John Y, was an amazing worker. My battery change was not an easy one for a Mercedes C-300. When I first got there I didn’t even know where the battery was, and he was able to do it regardless. He was also very nice and kind, and was looking out for me by recommending I get the warranty, and corrosion resistant pads or something like that. I will definitely be back.

They usually have the parts I need and if not they get it in a very timely fashion. Prices are usually competitive. Tool rental program is good and the people there are pretty knowledgeable on most things and honest when they dont know.

Thay had my parts n I got the car up and running again

Due to the weather and having an older battery, I was having issues with my vehicle starting. I went to this autozone to get a new one. It was about $130 to replace the battery. To me that was a little expensive but it came with a two year warranty and a staff member took out the old battery and put the new one in for me. That in itself was worth it to me. And the help was free. Great staff and extremely helpful. Thank you!

Bought a set of shocks one of them turned out to have already been installed/used brought it back and eventually got it free but I have to wait an extra 6 hrs for a new one to arrive. I have done allot of business here and it’s not the first time this has happened, shop elsewhere, or visually inspect everything you buy here.
