I took my truck in to auto select with a check engine light on. Turns out I needed both turbos and timing assembly replaced. I was lucky enough to have purchased a extended warranty when buying my vehicle. Tony from auto select handled all my insurance claim issues and spent more then 10 hours on the phone making sure I was able to get the most out of my coverage. Once all the paperwork and arguing with insurance was done, my truck was fixed and returned to me running better then new.

They were awesome as usual. Sure knew who I was when I walked in the door because she saw me drive past in my vehicle. That kind of customer service is unbeatable.

I moved to the area somewhat recently and had a few issues come up with my vehicle. The first place I went to gave me a laundry list of problems, enough to where I needed a second opinion.Chris at Auto Select on Church St. was great. He was willing to take a general look at the vehicle, with little guidance from me, but was still able to check on and resolve all issues (real and imagined by the other servicer) for a modest fraction of the first quote I got. All of this was done within a day as well.Its reassuring to find a servicer I can trust and helps my family feel more at home here.

I have been to Auto Express two times since moving to Stevens Point a few months ago - and each time - I have been treated with that home town feeling that you are hoping to find when moving to a new area.For this appointment, I had an oil change - and ac performance check (which I scheduled after receiving a bulletin in the mail regarding Auto Expresses service deal for the month of July).My appointment started off with meeting Sue who schedules the oil change appointment. It was nice to put a face with the voice - and she was as pleasant and professional in person as she was on the phone.When completing the oil change - and the ac performance check, Sue called me with a message on what items needed to be replaced (oil and air filter - and back wiper) - which I approved to be done.I was also told that my ac had a mouse nest - which was probably why the ac was not working effectively!!The next was removed - and the Auto Express service personnel were able to squeeze me in to get the freon recharged. I was very grateful for the service - especially with a vacation trip scheduled for two days later.Auto Express will be my new auto service place for years to come.I would also like to mention that I have 116,000 miles on my car - and keeping up with maintenance and performance checks is a big priority!!Thank you to Sue and the staff at Auto Express - see you in another 5,000 miles!!

Auto Select did a fantastic job fixing up my truck! I was out of state, and the still updated me on changes and progress that was being made. When I got back to town they had everything working great, and I was able to pick it up.

I have updated my original post with them. Auto Select is great, they treat me very well, do not try to mansplain or take advantage of me. I always feel like I get quality service from them and they are extremely helpful. They have a shuttle to pick you up or drop you off when you dont have a vehicle. They are my go to mechanic around here.In my previous review I was a little weirded out about their mask policy during the pandemic, the owner contacted me and made me feel better about the ordeal. I will definitely be going back to them.

I was in desperate need of new brakes and rotors and had put it off wayyyy too long. The guys got me in within a day of calling and were extremely friendly and professional. They were upfront about pricing and I felt what I paid was very reasonable. These guys must have daughters of their own because I always feel respected and comfortable taking my car here knowing they will do what needs to be done for a fair price.

Called a location that didnt have openings, the friendly and respectful guy on the phone referred me to their express location since it was time sensitive. I went to the wrong part of the building, guy was friendly and respectful and walked me to the right door. Man at counter was friendly and respectful. One of the tires got poked by a wire. I was trying to get the tire replaced but Sue said she will have to order the replacement tire. She recommended to check the tire to see if it can be fixed by a plug patch. Her team did so and put a plug patch on it and the car was ready to go in under an hour. I highly recommend Auto Select St Point South. I thought I needed a power steering pump, but it was 2 leaks in the line. The sway bar link was broken, an accuator was clicking, car went limp mode as i was driving it to the shop, was a sensor for the accelerator pedal. I was treated with kindness and respect. They were up front with all costs and kept me informed every step of the way. I was driven home, the repairs were done by 5 and the cost came in under budget. Thank you gentlemen, you have earned my trust!!🙂

These fellars are great. Always friendly always willing to help in anyway they can. Whether its a loaner vehicle while theyre working on yours also giving you a ride home if its going to take a while to fix your car and theres no loaner available.

I did go home with a very loud hum in my car that I didnt have when I came. They said it was the power steering fluid They put back in but now has bubbles. This was Wed, so far I still have the hum.

AutoSelect has great customer service and are very accommodating with their services. Prices are reasonable, too. I will definitely be coming back here for car services. Unlike other places in the area, they dont take advantage of you and this is important to me.

The ignition stopped working on my 1999 dodge caravan and they did not waste any time to make it priority for me and repairing it. They went as far as researching how to get it done quickly, hiring a local locksmith to custom build and giving me a free, new key to work with it! On top of that they found my battery was dead and installed a new one. They charged me nothing for the installation. And, not to forget, they even sent someone to pick me up to retrieve my vehicle. As there is no Subaru dealership here in Stevens Point, I was in a bit of a panic. I picked Autoselect out of the blue and called to see if there was any way they could squeeze my car in. I take my car here for everything major and have never been dissatisfied. This time they did a ton of work at once and managed to work me in the next day. They also went above and beyond working with their vendors to help cover an issue under warranty. I cant tell you how much that meant.

This was my first time taking my car to a mechanic since I moved out on my own. Everybody at Auto Select made my fears fade away. Auto Select is the only place I will take my vehicle. The team is friendly and professional. They help prioritize what needs to be fixed or serviced so I can stay in my budget. They look for current discounts they’re advertising to apply to my bill, even if I wasn’t aware of the discount prior. Most times they get my vehicle in within 24 hours after I call them. Even if they don’t have appointment times available, they always work my vehicle into their schedule if it is something crucial that needs to be fixed.
