The staff is amazing. Management really needs to staff up for flu shot season. The pharmacy staff deserves better planning. So do the customers.

Terrible service at the drive thru. Should have people come in to take care of business that takes over a half hour. Apparently you cant wait on 2 cars at a time. Unexceptable service.

False advertising. Sales shown on shelves require a coupon which requires a rewards card.

An hour wait because the pharmacy workers cant enter in an insurance ID properly, and then another half hour wait because apparently prescriptions being ready means they arent even in bottles yet.

Pharmacy always takes forever!!

Sunday, they refused my prescription even though I have insurance and willing to pay for it despite the insurance not going through. Said they would call my doc on Monday. They never called. It’s Tuesday and they still won’t give it to me.

The line for the pharmacy is often long, both inside and out--they seem to be understaffed at high-volume times of day. However, Ive usually had excellent service; the pharmacists are helpful and most of the techs are friendly and kind. Store is clean and well-stocked.

Worst customer service ever. I try working with them and they always come up with any excuse they can. They told me my prescription would be ready in 30 minutes on a Tuesday, then that Friday I called to see why it wasnt ready and they said they couldnt fill it until the following Monday and that it will be ready then. I say ok. Then I go in to pick it up and the staff tells me that I have no prescription, then says they cant fill it and cant call my doctor to verify. I LIVE FOUR HOURS AWAY FROM THIS DOCTOR! It didnt help that they had the WORST attitudes. I didnt yell or get snobby, I talked in a calm manner, so now Im pissed. This isnt the first time Walgreens has screwed me over either, but corporate doesnt care when I call, so Im screwed either way. I swear, if I die before I get another prescription, Im haunting the hell out of that place. I can always count on Walgreens to let me down every time.

Is everyone there just hating their lives or what? Stopped after work one morning, clock turns 7am get out of my car. Woman comes to unlock the doors, unlocked the door I was standing in front of last. No good morning nothing, literally gave me the death look and walked away..... Hey, thanks for ending my day on a great note! Today, go in after work and wait at the register for almost 10 min. Before someone finally came up. No sorry for the wait or anything. Bad attitudes every time I have been there which has only been a handful of times. Smile once in a while, be friendly it can do wonders......

This place cant EVER get anything right. If they say they will have your order ready for pickup, they will not. Dont count on them even giving you the correct perscription. People make mistakes but EVERY TIME?

Came in to print off a few photos, first time doing so. Anne went out of her way to help me print off all of my photos in both 4x4 & 4x6. Great customer service!

I love coming to this walgreens. there’s a SUPER cute older lady that works there and she’s absolutely adorable and super friendly!! 😋

The drive-thru cannot be any slower. Some people have a life to live I cant afford to sit around for half an hour with two cars in the drive thru.

I moved my Rx to the Church Street Walgreens. This one has always manages to lose my order or are really late processing it. The lines are always really long and takes for ever!

They always have what I need. I go thats strange time so I can avoid the long line at the pharmacy- avoid noon and after work.

Walgreens is a convenient rip off. Buy one 20 percent more than Walmart or get two (which you dont need) for the right price. How often is that really convenient? Id rather go to Copps or Walmart. Sorry Walgreens. Just being honest

Though I have had mixed experiences at the Pharmacy once in a blue moon, more often then not the staff is helpful and knowledgeable.

Pharmacy is terrible, I had to go without medication because they couldnt fill it. This is medication i cant go without and my doctor was upset that I went without. The lady who serviced me shouldnt be working in customer service she yelled at me and lied to me even after I verified with my insurance company. She then told me I never gave her my insurance information which once again was a lie. My insurance rep called Walgreens to help and then my insurance rep told me they had never even called to check on my coverage and were incompetent and just rude to her (which I so agree with). I will never go back. I would rather drive 50 miles to get the meds. Save yourself from pure disappointment and go anywhere else in the area.

Everytime I come here my prescription is never ready. However, I check my insurance website before I leave to pick it up and it shows it was ran through. I fill them in the morning and dont arrive for them until after 4PM! Something in the pharmacy department is not working.

Terrible wait times, typical meds often out of stock and ordered medications not available for pick up the same day or even the day after they arrive. Today, I waited in the car pickup line, just one car ahead of me, for 25 minutes before I had to leave.

Pretty awful pharmacy... Ive been waiting for almost an hour when they said itd just be 25 minutes. This isnt my first bad experience here either. I wont be coming back anymore.

Staff are friendly however prescriptions are constantly not ready when they are supposed to be done. If it wasnt for the staff I would be going to a different pharmacy

I dropped off my prescription at 2:15 and went to go pick them up at 4: 30, then waiting for half an hour for someone to help us just for them to try to tell us that they just got them 1 min ago and thats with me physically dropping them off. This isnt the first time! That place is a joke!
