Stopped in because I was having problems with my derailleur. Thought I would need to leave my bike, but Jacob was able to get it on the stand and make the adjustments. 15 minutes later I was out the door. Great service, thanks for your help

After months of research, I decided I wanted the Verve 3 to replace my very old Trek Navigator. The Trek Verve 3 was in stock and in my size at the Stevens Point Store. I was surprised to see the bike especially since there is a bike shortage in our area.

The staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. We went in for a flat tire and they did an overall inspection and kept the inner tube to show us the tear.

The staff were very helpful in helping me pick out a road bike. Jake was very knowledgable and took great care during my fitting to make sure I was ready to hit the road on my new Trek bike.

I couldnt have asked for a better team to help me decide what bike to buy. When I walked in, I thought I had a good idea what I wanted, explained my ride style and budget. Was pointed to a marlin 7. Awesome thing is you can test ride some bikes to get a feel for them. Upon ordering it only took about a week to get. Spent some time riding and getting a feel, if something felt wrong I went in and they made minor adjustments to make sure it was perfect.You know the saying you get what you pay for. Well, Ill admit I spent about 1,000 for my bike and a few addons, and it was money well spent as they go above and beyond every time I stop in to say hi and check out new things.Thank you Justin and Ethan.

Love our new Trek ebikes! I deliberated for the last year on whether to pull the trigger on a couple of ebikes for my wife and I. Visited our Stevens Point Trek store and was assisted by Ethan and Justin. They were truly knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful in selecting our bikes. Its a bit of an investment, but worth EVERY PENNY when you consider the use the bikes will get. Its great to not have to worry about the wind or the hills when heading out on a trek, plus you can really extend the distance compared to what you could do in the past on a non-ebike. Highly recommend the guys at the Point Trek store!! Snag an ebike for yourself, you wont be sorry!

Great shop, nice employees, well designed space. Ended up getting a fitness hybrid from trek after trying similar bikes from several other places in town and I am very happy with it.Returned later, bought a Domane carbon fibre road bikeReturned again and had them size my wife on bikes.
