Usually has what I need. Years ago my wife gave me a very nice watch. When the battery went, unlike my usual $7 watches I repair with a Dollar Tree battery, I couldnt do it myself. By this time our only watch repairman had retired. I expected to pay plenty for replacement of an odd battery, but for $15, I now have lifetime free replacement! Wish Id do this sooner.

Feel compelled to write about a recent positive experience I had at Batteries Plus. I returned from a month long trip to a car with a dead battery. Had the battery charged and decided to take it to Batteries Plus to see if I needed a new one. When it comes to anything to do with cars my knowledge is limited. I didnt even attempt to conceal that to the people who helped me at Batteries Plus. They spent a far amount of time checking out my battery and decided my current battery was good for a while. I would have willingly purchased a new battery and surely they knew that but... Integrity won out!. There is so question that when I do need a new battery, Batteries Plus will be the place that will get my business. This is a place I trust.

Ive never been to any location before, and tonight I arrived about 20 minutes prior to closing time, but the representative was happy to help me, answering all my questions about lights. He even found me the best deal, based on energy rebates that were available for certain bulbs. Illldefinitely return, and Im looking forward to trying the new bulbs!

I was very disappointed. They had the batteries I needed but there were 4 employees there and none were wearing masks. I said something and the employee just shrugged it off. That tells me they dont care about their customers or are too ignorant to understand how important it is to wear masks and stop the Covid-19 virus

Easy to find what I needed, and it was in stock. Paid for it and picked it up the next day, and staff was courteous and was wearing PPE.

Got a new battery for my truck this morning and Alex and Alex were great to work with. They made sure I was aware of some aging terminals and made sure they were tightened enough so I wouldn’t have issues between now and when I could get to a mechanic to install new ones! Great service, amazing prices and quick install time!!

Exceptional Service !I had my IPhone screen fixed & a SIM card issue repaired at Batteries Plus and was impressed with their knowledgeable staff. I need batteries for my mobility scooter and they had them and even installed them for free.

Our sales man responded immediately to my questions and quotes. I was in need of radio batteries and Dan personally delivered them so we had no down time. We also have a problem going through Emergency Light fixture batteries every six months. Dan demo a LED combo emergency light/exit light that will have a 5 year battery life and 10 year lamp life. This will pay for itself in 1 1/2 years. That is the definition of SERVICE.-GaryUEMR

Fixed a key fob that had a battery problem and sticky button. They also will recycle batteries for you for a little bit of money. Awesome flashlights!

I stopped in to purchase replacement batteries for two garage door openers. The sales person was knowledgeable, courteous and helpful. The replacement cost of the batteries I purchased was less than I expected and I most certainly will return again to this location in the future!

My daughters car would not start in the cold, and I jumped the battery and drove it to Batteries Plus. Unfortunately, they had sold all the batteries for the size her car needed. I went to 2 other retailers who had the battery but would not install it. Finally I bought a battery from a third retailer who did not install and took it home to do it myself in the -10 degree weather. I did not have a long enough extension to reach the nut to loosen the battery clamp. I called back to Batteries Plus and explained my dilemma. They told me to bring my battery to them and they would install it. And guess what? They didnt even charge me to install. What a great place.

I live over 50 miles of Batteries Plus and I went there to get a new battery for my laptop. I received a new battery and when I went home, I found out that the battery was dead, so I went back, returned the battery and I bought a new one at Staples which cost $20 less than the one at Staples. I guess that helped pay for my 200 mile trip to buy a battery at Batteries Plus. I guess I was pretty stupid to think that Batteries Plus sells quality products!

I went to the Stevens Point location looking for an ATV battery. The Manager Justin helped me to choose the best battery for it since it sits for a period of time. And when my Children want to drive it I want to make sure it starts. He tought me about Cold Cranking Amps, and since I have no clue about batteries or vehicles, I belive in his knowledge. My experience began with calling ahead to see if an older cellphone battery was in stock. Im unsure who picked up, but the service was prompt, and to the point. Important note: they had 8 of them in stock! I jetted right over and was greeted by a gentleman (I didnt catch his name, but he had a mohawk), who picked up where my call left off. He tested the batterm my phone needed to make sure itd work *before* I spent my money, and installed it for me (simple but the gesture speaks volumes). He taught me quickly about how to make sure the battery got longevity and even coached me on how to take care of some software issues Id had on my phone. After the end of our (about) 10 minute conversation, he called me by my first name( again, super simple, but so refreshing!) I felt like my little transaction mattered. Hands down the best retail service Ive ever had, all inside 15 minutes. Thanks!

I needed this battery in a hurry so I placed an order online for pick up at their store. I received an email immediately saying that they had the battery ready for pick up, so I sent an employee from my Waupaca store to Stevens Point to pick it up. When he arrived he was told that they did not have the battery. Sheesh! They did cut their price and had it ready for pick up the following morning but I would recommend calling the store before ordering online.

Had to order a special bulb for me and called when it came in.

The manager Justin was very helpful and patient with all of my questions. The store was very clean and tidy, and I will absolutely return to this store the next time Im in town.

I had a great experience with an employee named frank. I needed a new battery for my phone and I was in and out of the store in 5 minutes.

Havent had the experiences that I believe they intend to give. I would like to think that when searching for a specific battery, it would end right there. It happens for us about 75% of the time. The other 25%... can be frustrating.Twice now, they have promised to research an odd battery by stating that they will call me the next day or days to let me know of availability. The last time however hit a sore spot. After telling my wife that batteries plus will know what to do I stopped in with our WII rechargable battery pack that would no longer charge on a Friday. Two nice guys looked it over, and said they may not be able to find a replacement, but could have the manager check into rebuildING it on Monday They told me I would be called on the following MondayHadnt received a call by Wednesday, so I stopped in. When I inquired about my battery, a young lady said oh yah, its on my desk. When she returned, she laid it on the counter and said cant rebuild it and offered no suggestions. I took it home, found a hidden screw, opened it up and simply replaced the two rechargable AAA batteries.Im not a battery expert, but Batteries Plus claims they are...

Ordered a car battery online, received an email that battery was ready to pick up. When I got to the store the person told me it wasnt in stock and would have to order it. The organization needs to update its online ordering system to indicate items out of stock.

Eric replaced the battery in my iPhone 5s. Even though he encountered a wire problem, he overcame the problem and did a bang-up job! Very service minded.
