We bought a Chevy Colorado here about a month ago. The process was fast and easy as we were able to e-sign all the documents. When I pointed out a tare in the drivers seat, they insisted on keeping it until the could fix it, which only ended up being 3 days and then they delivered the vehicle to our home in Appleton so we didnt have to drive back. Great experience!

I recently made a purchase of a used 2016 Hyundai Sonata Hybrid from Stevens Point Auto Center. From start to finish the entire experience was great. I worked with Tim Thurber and he was very professional and knowledgeable about the car. He walked me through some features of the car and explained the ins and outs of owning a hybrid (my first). It took less than 2 hours from start to finish including financing and signing the paperwork. Overall I’m extremely pleased with the car, the overall experience at Stevens Point Auto Center, and the level of service that Tim provided me. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

The experience at Stevens Point Auto Center was top notch. Our salesperson, Kristin Devogel, was courteous and competent, as were the other personnel that we had contacted with, from the receptionist to the manager to the financial manager.We went there to look at Ford F-150s. They had what we wanted at a fair price, so we drove out of there with a new truck. The process was seamless and efficient.I would certainly recommend this auto dealership and Kristin Devogel.

I had damage done on my 2014 Jeep and called around for repairs. I was seen at Stevens Point Auto Center right away and no hiccups connecting with my insurance company. Parts were on back order from the manufacturer for a few months, however, communication was good and the final work was amazing. I got back to shiny new wheels with the washer fluid even full to the top. I was provided a nice brand new loaner vehicle for the week of repairs. Friendly service guys and clean, organized and pleasant atmosphere. I would return here, but I hope I don’t have to. Thanks for a great customer experience. It helps out when the chips are down.

Excellent sales experience at this dealer. I called ahead to verify that a new Volkswagen Atlas was still available and Tim Thurber our salesman had it ready to view when we arrived. No pressure sales, and the price was below other Volkswagen dealers in the central Wisconsin area. Every experience was great. From the first walk around of the vehicle, to the financial paperwork, to the purchase date. We were always kept in the loop, never rushed and all questions were answered promptly. Thank you to the staff that assisted me and to the dealership for the great service.

BJ was an excellent sales person. They asked questions and got me every rebate they could. They did not just run my credit through 15 different banks like I have had dealers do in the past. They discussed the options and rates with me at different places and got me the best rate and payment that we could get. They treated me with respect and I would definately recommend working with them if you have a difficult credit situation.

I didn’t want to write a review like this... had a great experience with Edward Pena great guy to talk to the process was fast and easy will still give them four stars even though they knew there was a flaw in the windshield and they tried to fix the chip but now it’s back and it’s starting to crack and said they would send a technician out to replace it and still haven’t heard back from them or the company that was going to come and fix it and it’s been two weeks so now I’m probably going to be stuck with getting my own windshield fixed other than that I would definitely recommend this place just make sure you check over the cars well before you buy them to make sure to have the things fixed before you sign for it!

Aug 14, 2019 had new engine put in F550 ($22,000.00) 4 DAYS past warranty and only 25,000 miles motor goes out and they & Ford say too bad we cant help you. Terrible, terrible customer service.

This 5 star review goes to Jeff Garsomke for all of his great communication and honesty when it came to buying our used Traverse with low miles. Jeff went above and beyond answering all of my questions. Even the ones I had super late at night. Chad was pretty awesome and straight forward as well and got me signed and out the door in under an hour. However I mainly communicated with Jeff and he even followed up with me after I got the vehicle home and had a couple concerns. Kudos Jeff! The mark of a good shop/dealer is not how they handle things when it all goes right, but how they handle things when it goes wrong. The used vehicle I purchased presented issues twice in the first few weeks of driving. I was offered the option to trade it back in or have it serviced at no additional cost both times. The service center was responsive to questions and very prompt.

I purchased an F150 from them with only 12,000 miles on it. This vehicle was supposedly inspected by their mechanic. I found oil leaking at both the rear main seal and oil pan. I am taking this to a different Ford dealer for the warranty repair. I don’t have confidence that Scaffidi‘s mechanics are competent

My experience with Stevens point auto center was not the best. The vehicle sold itself no question the vehicle was great. The sales expirence was not Drove 5 hours to get it and the truck was not even full of gas for the trip home under a 1/2 a tank. was sprayed down not detailed like a 50k truck should have been . back of the truck was messy and not cleaned. They seemed to have rushed us thru the sale .... was 3 dollors short on the $ wired in advance and they would not even throw that in????

My husband and I went their to trade in my GMC Terrain for a larger SUV in August. The man who helped us (Jeff Garsomke) was overly opinionated about my personal business from the start.. Asking if Im breastfeeding my child and what not; making me uncomfortable. He also continue to talk to me as if he was above me. After we decided on a vehicle we went through paperwork as well as the credit check. Im not sure why, but he decided to run both mine and my husbands credit through 4 different lending companies! That tanked our credit scores. Happy with my vehicle, but Ill never go back to Scaffidi.

John Cronce went WAY above and beyond my expectations of what a dealership does. I flew up to Scaffidi Motors from Dallas TX to pick up a cargo box van. Sitting on the couch one night I was trolling the web looking for a small RWD pickup for my husband around the Stevens Point area and clicked on a few auto dealers there. The next morning, bright and early, we got a call from Jeff G about pickup Scaffidi Auto had that he thought my husband would be interested in. He was, so he returned the call and spoke to Jeff G. The bottom line is we were able to close the deal by phone, which was an advantage for us because we live in Michigan and couldnt get there for a couple of days. I recently purchased a 2020 F-150 King Ranch from Scaffidi. This was the most pleasant and seamless vehicle purchase I have ever experienced. With all the Covid stuff going on and living a few hours away, virtually the entire transaction was done by phone/email. When I came in to pick up the vehicle it was detailed and waiting out front, ready to go. I felt very little pressure and the dealership was more than fair on both the trade in and new vehicle purchase price. This is exactly how vehicle buying should be. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SALES TEAM. Wanted to lease a Volkswagen atlas cross sport 2.0 T SEL. It seemed that this salesman had a lot of attitude where he thought responding to an inquiry of a paying customer was a lot of inconvenience for him. Not only that he did not show any interest at all in my inquiry and was only interested in fraudulently running my credit before answering any questions. He kept persisting even though multiple times I told him and the dealer that I do not give them permission to run my credit without giving me any figures.Not only that they tried to over charge both on the MSRP and interest rate. I usually do not write reviews for any business however from the experience that I had at this dealership and with my sales person named above I thought I write this review to warn other of this place’s fraudulent practices. If you are looking for a car, lot of other dealers around do not waist your time in this place, not worth getting ripped off. I wish I could give them no stars. You are more likely to get a better deal elsewhere.Clearly you are lying in your response below. To put it in perspective VW’s recommended MSRP was 41625 dollars according to their website, your dealership tried to rip me off by stating the MSRP is $45680 with money factor of 0.00254 which equates to interest rate of 6.1% which is a total rip off. If you are saying the 45680 deal is 5000 less than the recommended MSRP your math is wrong, for $50000 would buy a car better than VW. Like I said your dealership is ripping people off and it is better to go elsewhere.

Went to Scaffidi Ford looking for a 2020 Ford Ranger. The salesman, Tim Thurber allowed me to take an hour long test drive with a Ranger from their lot to make sure that was the vehicle I wanted. The test drive went well but the vehicle did not have the features/packages I desired. Tim went to work searching available inventory at their network of dealerships. Tim was able to find the Ranger that had my name on it, and between Tim and his manager they secured my vehicle for me. Two days later I was driving my new Ranger home. The whole experience was easy and genuinely rewarding. This is the 2nd new vehicle I have purchased from Scaffidi and it will not be the last! Thanks again Tim and the Scaffidi Team.

We recently purchased a truck from Scaffidi. Overall the experience was fine. The sales person and the finance person we dealt with were very polite and personable. There are two negative things I will mention, however. The first one is, there are some very visible scratches in the clear coat on the drivers door of the vehicle, that should have been disclosed prior to us seeing it. Although this truck is a 2018, it has less than 14,000 miles on it, so I feel this damage should have been disclosed, or repaired, before it was offered for sale. The other issue is, when you pay close to $40,000.00 for a vehicle the fuel tank should be full when you arrive to pick it up. This one had less than a quarter of a tank of fuel and no offer was made by the dealer to fill it.

I worked with Tom on the deal and he was top rate, helping with all the details and talking to me about how I planed to use the truck so then he gave me options for helping me protect my investment. I took my 2007 3.6 4motion wagon to this dealership because it was slow to start. I had already taken it somewhere else to have it diagnosed. I wanted a second opinion because they told me it needed a timing chain. I ate the cost and took it here because I thought maybe the dealership that actually sold these cars should know more. They also told me it was the timing chain. I elected to go with the dealership (Scaffidi) for the repair. What a mistake. The first two times I came to pick up the car after it was done it would not start. They told me it was the battery. I bought a new battery and dropped it off. The third time after fighting with them to test drive the car before I paid The car started. The first thing I noticed is that there was no power steering? The check engine light is still on and the car barely ran! They handed me a $23,000 repair bill and wanted me to pay! For a car that does not run. During the repair they had called me and said the book recommended the oil pump to be replaced while you have it tore down. There was nothing wrong with the oil pump. They knew that they had it tore down and checked it. The car had plenty of power when I brought it in there. The 3.6 is a rocket. I read all the threads on the oil pumps and they say they rarely need replaced. Since I had no issues with the pump why replace it for an extra $600 for the part? Of coarse they blamed the oil pump. I told them I bet if I paid you to put in an oil pump and the car still does not run then what? No answer. I would like to add that I had purchased all of the parts and gave them to them for the repair. Yes OEM. I ended up paying $1,000 for a car that is still sitting in my driveway and wont even start. It is not the battery. I told them I would not say anything on social media but my mind when my wife read me the back page of the repair on the $1,000 dollar repair plus the $600 parts. To put it short they lied to cover their incompetent mechanic. I would gladly pay them the $ 1,300.00 to get my car fixed. Sadly they they do not know what is the matter with my car. And I believe they are incapable of fixing it. If they want to fix it I will pay the $1,300 no more.

Brought my vehicle in to have some diagnostics done. Made an appointment on Thursday morning and I called them on Friday afternoon to check on the completion status. They had my vehicle for more than 24-hours, only completed 2 hours of diagnostics where nothing was found wrong. I called back to talk about my extended warranty and got no response. Terrible customer service, I would not recommend taking a vehicle here.

Just got a used 2017 Ford Fusion Energi Titanium. The service was great. I worked with Eric Escher as my salesman and he was awesome. He answered all my questions thoroughly. I test drove the car on one day, and we came back to make the purchase a couple days later. Eric had us pre-approved for our financing and once we told them we wanted the car it took only an hour and a half for all the paperwork to be ready to go and signed The car was cleaned, gassed up and ready to go by the time we were done with the financing. After my purchase he showed me around my vehicle and pointed out the multiple features. I have had my car only for three days now and I absolutely love it. This is my first hybrid vehicle and so far I am not disappointed.

Just had service done. Thought my alternator was bad. Found it was the new battery purchased from another dealer. Joey the service manager took the time to call the other dealer for my service records and found that the battery was totally under warranty. I didnt have to pay anything. Recently bought a one year old used car from Scaffidi . While the price was good the general experience was average at best. Had to come back twice to pick up the car and neither time were the things that needed to be added or fixed done. In the end they never fixed a broken latch and told me to take in under warranty when I got home. The oil in the car was not changed and the windshield washer fluid was empty. Car was clean. Staff was generally nice but lack of follow through was evidently tolerated.

I have taken my vehicles to Scaffidi for many years. Though I have a VW, I have also taken my Dodge Caravan, and now my Toyota Sienna for service there. Its a really great experience. The drop off bay is always in great shape, clean and welcoming. They are very quick to get you checked in. Their waiting room is clean and inviting with a great selection of snacks and drinks.Ive never had an issue with their work, and my only disappointment is when they find something wrong that I wasnt expecting...but needs to get fixed.Theyre very honest and fair in pricing, and will work with you to determine the necessity of a fix.Great staff, great facility.

Comments about the coffee, waiting room etc are all fine when there for servicing of cars, but what was important to me was the deal I got on my new car. I received a great trade-in amount for my old car, as well as a very fair price for my new one. All of that with NO pressure (and of course the great service, good coffee, etc.).

I brought my car in for an oil change on Saturday and was once again pleased with my service. Everyone is courteous and prompt. The waiting area is pleasant and comfortable. I had the task of bringing in cars for service for my family so I have been in for numerous oil changes and other service over the years. They have always been a pleasure and are very accommodating! The buying process was fantastic with no pressure. Pricing was completely fair. I worked with John Russell who was very diligent in finding the Hyundai Sonata with the options that I wanted. Originally, I thought I wanted navigation built into the car, but John showed me how to save some money on a lower tech package that has Apple Car Play. It uses my phones navigation (always up to date), reads my new texts to me, helps me respond to texts (voice, hands free), and plays all my music (Pandora, IHeart, ITunes, Spotify). I love it. I got my first oil change, tire rotation, and they also wash the car. All while I waited.
