I am so disappointed in the print area of this store. I dropped off and prepaid for 24 pictures to be scanned on to a thumb drive at 12:30pm. I was told it was going to take some time, but they would have them tonight and they would call me. I called at 5:15 and they hadnt even started. I realize this is a tedious job, but it doesnt take that long to do and this store is not that busy. So frustrated!!

Effective today Monday July 26th Staples in Stillwater is back to normal hours. Mon-Fri 9am to 8pm.

I would NEVER recommend this location. I called to inquire if they had a specific printer in stock since I have been unable to order it online for 2 months. The employee (unsure of his name) said he had it & put my name/number on it to hold for me. I verified THREE times which printer I needed. When I arrived later that same evening, it was NOT the right printer. This would not have been such a huge issue if I lived locally, but I had to get a babysitter for my 2 little kids AND drive 90 min one way. The manager (Dean) said there wasnt anything he could do since he couldnt order one. He didnt offer a type of coupon, compensation, or anything to try & retain a customer for the company. He simply said Sorry, Ill talk to day shift and make sure they dont do that again. He made it quite obvious he didnt really care & just wanted me to leave. I wasted 3 hours of my time, paid for a babysitter, & only gained the knowledge that I will never shop at Staples ever again.

All employees wear masks, they have hours for at-risk clients, hallways are marked to be one way and allow for social distancing. Shopping here is safe and pleasant.

Our experience was not a good one. The staff there are not familiar with there policy and procedures for the company. I ask one employee if they were able to make copies of a document they said yes only in black and white which was fine. But then there was a employee who seems to think he is more qualified to not allow people to get what they need. To sum up the story if you want copies of birth certificate or anything government documented dont use there establishment.

Do not use UPS, they will not take QR codes.

TERRIBLE customer service. The employee I talked to obviously didnt feel like doing his job today. We print all our labels for our business through staples but will be finding a new business to take our order now.

We were very disappointed Sunday when we went in to Staples to look at Laser Printers the dark short-haired lady who waited on us was very disappointing she discouraged us basically from purchasing a laser printer. She did not seemed very interested in answering our questions or giving us helpful information at all on purchasing a laser printer. She acted like we were wasting her time and basically walked away from us. She told us that we probably didnt want a laser printer at all, When we were in fact looking for a laser printer and wanted our questions answered before we decided on one. So we left and went to Best Buy and purchase both a very nice laser printer and an inkjet printer and the sales person at Best Buy was so much nicer and much more helpful. Best Buy went out of their way to answer questions and help us choose what was best for us.

They used to be our favorite place to get computer/electronic items on sale but they dont seem to have as good of sales as they used to. They also may not have quite the selection they once had, but you can still sometimes find things in the store that Best Buy doesnt have.

Great place for office supplies. What more do you expect? And amazing clearance, found LED bulbs for $2

I always go up there to get things printed as I did today. Well there were two girls at that counter today that were just absolutely rude. Ive never had a problem there beside today

Staff was very helpful and not hard to find when we needed assistance. Store was easy to navigate.

Two of the so-called associates that I came in contact with today in the Stillwater, OK store were snarky, bordering on rude. I spent around $200 and felt very unsatisfied with both of their responses to questions.A man with wire-rimmed glasses and sparse hair made a snide comment when I showed him that HP564 ink costs $1 more when bundled than when being purchased separately.When I inquired about the price match policy in reference to an Office Depot circular for one-penny notebook paper, I was quickly put in my place by the clerk at the cash register--it has to be the EXACT SAME BRAND. I also bought Kleenex that were buy 3, get one free. I told the clerk that I would just take a case, and she promptly told me that she couldnt sell me a case. I asked why and she said that there was a limit of 31. HUH????I have been a loyal customer for years and years. Now I might as well go to Walmart. They actually do honor their competitors coupons.Maybe your new 110% price match guarantee should have a few amendments--like we really dont match any prices unless….

Nice sales when you can find them

I was looking for a peppa pig back pack seen that staples had 2 in stock . I get there an they didnt have any an that they could order it for me . I told them I didnt want to order the bag if it couldnt be here by 8/15/18. They told me the bag would be in by 10 am on the 15th . I agreed an ordered the bag in store an paid cash . I call this morning an they did not have the bag so I asked for a refund so I could try to find the bag elsewhere . they refused to give me a refund until the package was processed in the store even though I PAID cash in the store . They told me I couldnt get my money back till the 17th of August.

Pretty friendly staff and a fair amount of selection on most items. Its a Staples. Lol

Ridiculously unhelpful employees that refused to print my poster due to an Oklahoma State logo even though it was for a symposium at the school. Trashy store that’s unclean anyways, I’ll go somewhere else.

Salesmen were helpful when selecting a laptop.

Have tried TWICE to call the store, both times wade through the obnoxious phone menu only to be disconnected before I ever get to talk to anyone. Headed to Best Buy now.

I had a complicated order, but the young man who was checking me out, Richard, was friendly, competent, and patient. Staples is my favorite place to buy office products.
