This place is literally the best!!!! The staff are super helpful and patient! Honestly the best place to get a facial Brianna is super calming and talked me threw everything she was doing because I was nervous because it was my first time.

I was super excited to have a new Merle Norman open up in town. It is owned by a mother and daughter duo. I have had two spray tans there which I loved and i thought the girl did a really good job & they were very kind at first. I had even mentioned I was going to do her Mother’s Day lash special and come back for another tan this week. The special was to honor mothers on mother’s day. Their Facebook advertisement was confusing and did not have an end date. And obviously I am a busy mother of three with a newborn and mentioned i would love to do it multiple times to the daughter, because that was going to be my mother’s day present from my husband. I contacted the daughter no less than 24 hours after mother’s day was over to set up my appointment, and I was floored when she said she would not honor it. ( I had been busy with my new baby and two other children, and that was my first chance to call.) Lets not forget their Facebook mother’s day ad was extremely vague. It’s honestly not even about the 20% off or the money to me. I can afford the extra twenty bucks. It’s about customer retention and principal here. In cases like this, sometimes you should just honor it. Because sure she lost my $80 or $100 bucks for lashes, but she also lost someone who would have continued to refer friends to her and would have been a a regular for my two week lash fills and spray tans. And that adds up fast! I have already found another lash artist that might be more expensive, but i don’t even care. If you don’t have clear ads up with an end date, please own up to that and make it right. If the person misses by less than 24 hours on mother’s Day of all holidays, honor it. They also don’t have a public bathroom or one up to code, so you will have to walk all the way down to Browns Shoe store if you need to go, (and if you have a 4 year old that needs to pee really bad, it makes it very difficult & stressful.) Long story short, this could be a great place & they have the potential to be, but they are going to lose customers with this kind of business etiquette and may not make it like the last one.
