I had a hit and run two years ago on the tail light of my 2006 Toyota Tundra, and the tail light cover had come off a few weeks ago (I am thinking someone had taken it off). I called AF&D, and was asked to come in the following day so that someone could inspect the part. I arrived and was promptly assisted by Alan, who was professional and considerate of my concerns. He was able to have a replacement part ordered, called me on the day the part arrived, and I was able to get the replacement taken care of in less than 20 minutes. To many this may seem like an in inconvenient, pain in the rear repair, but Alan made it feel personable and I sincerely appreciate that when it comes to customer service. No repair is too big or too small for AF&D; they always provide excellent service and no matter what car issues I have, they have been my first and only choice. The clerical staff was also incredibly professional! While sitting in their lobby I heard then talk to customers on the phone and they don’t miss a beat. Keep up the great work, AF&D!

These folks are great. Full Stop! Everyone is always highly motivated and friendly.If youre not aware, any operation that is authorized to service Tesla models has to be top notch as only the highest quality work is required to satisfy their standards. If they can handle that, they can handle anything exceptionally well. They use all the latest technologies and estimates are quick and easy. They simply come out and take a series of photographs and youre done. They do their calculations while you go back to your day and email you the results in an hour or two. Their shear size and reputation ensures youll be pleased. If theres a downside it isnt anything they can be faulted for since theres just so much work due to the shear volume of accidents this area produces. Your repair may take a little while, which all shops are struggling with.

Lets start with the customer service. Friendly, knowledgeable respectful and on point. From the ladies behind the desk to Marcus my adjuster and everyone that worked on my car toget it repaired and back to me fast and well done guys. I felt like I bothered him alot lol. But at the end of a day I would bring my business to them. Craftsman ship is on point. Very knoll staff hands down. Thanks again guys!!

Got in an accident in my 2020 BMW M340i. I was devastated. Had my car towed to All Foreign and they took care of me. They handled everything with the insurance and got on them when they didn’t want to handle certain things. Justin kept me very updated and answered any questions I had. It took a while at no fault of theirs but they kept updating me throughout the process. I wouldn’t trust my vehicles going anywhere else. If you need any work done make sure you talk to Bijan or Justin !!

I took my Mercedes SLK280 in for repairs from an incident that had occurred at a gas station, I had been clipped by someone trying to pull into a pump, anyway, they did an excellent job on the repairs, and while I had the car there I had them address a few door dings which they did flawlessly, my little car is black, so it really shows any minor flaw in the surface, I must tell you I am very impressed with the repairs, the quarter panel and tail light were pretty much a straightforward repair, which I was sure would be done without fault, however the door dings and one in my trunk lid, I was not real sure about, as I said my car is black so it is not forgiving at all as far as reviling surface flaws, they did a “Perfect” repair on everything, I am very pleased with the results, I highly recommend this shop for body work, Very Pleased.

Wow! That is the one word i think of when i think of this shop. I have gone to a few shops and this one was the one that impressed me the most. They did everything to get my car in and out as quick as possible. All while making sure it was 100% done correctly. I was helped by Kevin, and let me say he is a wonder. I loved how he treated me as a customer, and didnt sound like he knew more than me, he made me feel like i could actually do the process with him, told me everything that would happen and i even asked questions and he answered them perfectly.The ladies in the front were great too, they made sure i was taken care of and when i called in, i always got an answer. I was worried that itd be the same story as the other body shops i had used, where since my car wasnt the newest car, they didnt really seem to care about it, but here they made sure that i knew they would take care of my car. As one of the only Tesla Certified shops in the area I had to bring both of my Model 3s here for service. The first time was after being rear ended on the freeway; I was away from home for a month, but Zack kept communication via phone calls and email consistent and always called the same day there was a change. The second time was even better. Zack again maintained absolute professionalism and constant communication.The ladies in the front office are a breeze to work with and I never had a sense of being put on hold or passed off any time I had a call. They were always knowledgeable about where Zack was with my vehicle and could answer most questions I had immediately.As a nice bonus, Enterprise has a work station on site so I was able to get a rental during repairs pain free and without leaving the shop. WILL NOT GO ANYWHERE ELSE FOR BODY WORK!!!

Wow! We were sent to the shop by our car insurance for a repair after a minor accident. The repair was well done in a timely manner; they called to update me on the process twice, and I was encouraged to bring the car back or call with any questions or concerns about the repair. It also had a lifetime warranty. The car looks brand new! But the true star at All Foreign and Domestic is their customer service! Dropping off the car was quick and easy. When I returned to pick up my car and drop off my rental, I had my colicky, overtired three-month-old in tow. The wait was a little longer because they were obviously busy. I was reassured several times by the people at the front counter that the crying was no problem. They waited until I had the baby calmed down and then brought the paperwork to me rather than calling me to the counter. Nancy was absolutely lovely! She finished my paperwork quickly, and even tucked my receipt into my purse for me. Then she insisted on loading my bags into my car. She helped me out to the car and even left a cold bottle of water in the cup holder for me! That level of care and customer service is so rare and impressive. We are definitely repeat customers, and I cant recommend this shop enough!

Ive taken my car here twice and I have received excellent service both times. Both times was better than I expected. They go an extra mile for their clients. I received my car fixed and I was given some helpful service tips. I also needed another car part that I was putting off because I didnt have time to research it and they were nice enough to find the part for me at a great deal. The communication was excellent too. They called me with any updates. My car was ready when I expected. I gave it about a week because it was my bumper and hood they had to order the original from BMW and they had to paint match. And pretty much it was ready in a week. The rental was provtaken care of there. So happy with the service. Big thanks to Zack at AFD!

Our 2009 Honda Civic needed front end repair after a collision. AFD handled everything. No excuses, no baloney, people so friendly and accommodating we couldnt believe it. The repair was perfect. I dont know how they do it, but the total experience was amazing. They even have an Enterprise rental rep there most of the time. I have never had this kind of experience from an auto-related business. A++++++++!

Took them a while to get me my car back however I understand my car was not the only car there . The work these guys did on my baby, yes my car is my baby, is amazing !!! We got rear ended and my baby was tore up !! When I went for it, the paint job, everything was to the T!! If you take your car have patience remember your car is NOT the only car they gotta work on!! A small fender bender left my car in dire need of a nose job. My experience with All Foreign and Domestic was fantastic from the start and kept getting better. Not only were the repairs done earlier than expected but the car came back to me washed and buffed and looking better than ever.First, the gentlemen providing my estimate, Joe, did his best to ensure my car would not be totaled despite the borderline cost/worth analysis.Second, because I dont have rental car coverage and needed to wait a week until the parts would be in a friendly mechanic assured me that I would be safe to drive around until they could repair the damage and even re-secured the hood with wire to replace the zip-ties I was using.Third, I was given a ride home after dropping the car off and back to the shop to pick it up, a big help not needing to make arrangements with family.All that on top of fantastic workmanship and I couldnt be more satisfied.Thank you AF&D!

I guess for the many great experiences theres got to be an occasional bad one. When I picked up my car after the repair, I found badly mismatched paint, a misaligned rear bumper, an inferior wheel alignment, bubbles in the clear coat and unsanded paint in the door sills. After their attempted fixes they gave me the car covered with contaminants that necessitated a clay bar treatment. They were very nice throughout the process but I ended up having the flaws corrected independently.

The worst worst worst body shop that I know ever . They have my car for 1 month only to fix a fender and every time I called they said they will call me back but they didnt. The parts they put to my Toyota are very cheap parts and also scratch my tire ring, I didnt shouse this bad shop but my insurance forced me to used. Bad bad bad.
