Purchased 4 new tires.. smooth process and Fast installation BUT I had to go to another shop to get them rebalanced because once installed it was causing vibration at freeway speed. Tires are now balanced and ride is as smooth as it should be.

Extremely DISAPPOINTED with their service! I went in to get brakes and rotors done and had to wait three and a half hours.! Not only did I have to wait this long to get my brakes done they ordered the wrong parts for my car which took even longer. I had my kids with me and they wouldnt even let them use the restroom and told my son to go to the bathroom behind their building!!!! 😠😠😠😠 I would not recommend this place to anyone!!

Bait and switch!!! They posted a wheel and tire package on facebook for $1,899 for a set of 22 chrome us mags with tires. When I was about to sign the work order, it was not the chrome wheels they promised but a painted set. When I pointed the mistake out, he said they didnt have the chrome ones in stock and the price would be $2,499 so I walked out. Theyve done the same thing to me a few years back and I figured I would try again since their advertised price seemed like a good deal. Apparently they havent changed!

I get my tires here because I dont get jack around for hours like the other tire places. Prices are good. ALL 4 VEHICALS OF MINE HAVE TIRES FROM HERE.

I paid 1740$ IN FULL for a set of wheels and tires from TIRE and WHEEL ZONE in Stockton ca on Saturday may 29th. I was told the wheels would be there the following Saturday, I called back to check in multiple times and they repeatedly kept telling me they dont know when theyll be arriving. After a few weeks went by i called back they told me they couldnt get the wheels from their supplier I asked for a refund on June 22, 2021 and they told me it would arrive in 3-5 business days. it is now July 1st 2021 and I still havent received a refund nor a response back from any employee or the owner. I believe hes trying to Rob me and keep my hard earned money i cant drive my car because I have no wheels for it and cant afford another set. They even played games and told me to call after hours and that the owner would answer and of course he did not. These guys cant operate like this and im sure it has happened to other people like myself, please dont let them take advantage of others. REPORTED to BBB

Yet another great experience with Tire and wheel zone. Alex and Sam always take care of my rides. 4 tire mounted and balanced in under 40mins since it wasnt busy.

Great service and prices

Really messed my suv up, lied about the product they put on my truck. And lied about the payments. Worse business I have ever been to. My suv has been in another shop now for over a week, because this company cut wires and didnt properly fix nor tell me of the issue. And misplaced bushings on my truck that they took off and never put back on. I have talked to a lawyer and I have a solid case after going over all the issues they caused. Do not go to this place for a lift they will cause more damage then good and completely lie to you about it.

They did a terrible job on my jeep, they took 6 days to do a suspension lift work, clearly they didnt know do this kind of job.Owner never tried to fix this wrongdoing.Had to take my jeep to a different shop, and spend more money just to make drivable.

I know people are hard up for money but need service. No one works for free. Some of these bad reviews have not been my experience here.For tires they can not be beat. I drive 1 hour to buy tires from these guys. For tires they are A1 great prices and no screwing around on install time. I routinely am in and out in like 30 min.I go an alignment there one time for 40 bucks and I dont think they did anything to it because the car still pulled. So dont get any work done there but your tires. For tires they can not be beat. For Alignments got to pep boys down the street. Lifetime alignments for like 200 dollars. For tires only go here. They are top notch

This is one of the worst tire shop, l got a new 4 tires whit a 60,000 miles warranty from them after 30,000 miles the tires were done, l when back to the shop l call them a lot of times and after a couple weeks they told me that 30,000 for $350 lt was a good deal that was nothing they can do abated. Don’t make the same mistake l make .Make sure to check your invoice they never put the miles on it so you never know how many miles are you getting on the set of tires.

These guys are great! They have good enough prices that I drive 45 minutes just to buy my tires from them. They are always extremely helpful when Ive been in to buy tires and I recommend them to anyone that is in need of tires.I recently had an incident where I called ahead to make sure they had my size in stock (before driving that far to get them). I got stuck in Friday traffic and they had just sold the tires 15 min before I got there to someone else that also called in... (my mistake for not asking them to hold them under my name). They asked if I could return the next day and they would have more, but I had planned to have the tires mounted and in use by then. Then they offered me a great deal on 2 used tires so I didnt have to leave empty handed. I took there deal, but got stuck again on a road closure due to an accident on the drive home. During that time, I started having buyers remorse after realizing I was not going to have time to get tires in use by the next day. So I called back to ask if they could order the new tires for me and let me return the used ones as a credit. They called me the next day when the new tires arrived and held them with my name this time.Now, more than ever, I will continue to use these guys for my tire needs and make it a point to send business their direction!

Decent place if you need okay Chinese tires. Actually I’m not going to lie those Chinese tires they sold me were good. Traveled to Texas and back with no issues. Did pretty good in snow, and lasted 40k miles. I paid $215 mounted since someone told me that they have my tire size in stock but didn’t. So they sold me a pair of 215/35/18s and did a decent job at stretching the tire.

My first time and my last time. Very unprofessional sales representatives. Out of the 3 men in the office none had a clue of their own inventory and deliveries!! Took them all 40-50 mins to figure out they were out of the already paid for tires!! And when questioned about there own business process 2 of them got an offended demeanor!!

Best deals on tires in the area. I was quoted $211 out the door for a set of 4 195/60R15 tires with 50k mile warranty! After tire Install they also recommended a front end alignment which was $49. It took about an hour to get it all done. Great and quick service. Will be back soon with my wifes car. Thank you guys.

I definitely recommend anyone to come here. They have fast service (Even when busy). I went in today for all brand new tires and even fixed a problem ( ball joint) with my car, they walked me through every step and the tires are amazing! My car is actually driving wonderfully now and the ball joint that they replaced has the steering in my car in tip top shape.

They damage my car by jacking up at the wrong spot. They also don’t honor their advertised price. Take your business somewhere else.

Service was amazing. Regardless of it being 4pm on a Friday with a full house they instantly greeted me. I started to say that I had ordered Nitto Ridge Grapplers, but before I could finish he knew exactly who I was and assured me theyd pull my truck in as soon as they pull a Tahoe out. Less than 5 minutes they were ready and under an hour I was headed home with some bad a** new 35s. I love the tires and they performed incredibly during my 3 hour drive home in the pouring rain.

Cant even drive my truck after they put they hands on it never have work done here but tires are cheap and affordable you get what u pay for and never finance here they will illegally overcharge ur interest and not tell u anything till u get the email from the finance company.

Work took 2-3 hours longer than expected and the alignment was not done before the technician left for the day.The owner refunded me for the alignment and overall cost was fairly low.Customer service was fantastic and the price was good, but the lack of attention to detail worries me.I would have given 3 stars but they do not properly torque lug nuts, they just use an impact.Come to think of it, I think they even kept the key to my lug nuts. Ill have to check.*Update*The wheel key was left in the truck.After my suspension install the left side had 4 degrees of caster and my ride side 3 degrees negative camber. It took an ASE mechanic and a computer 1.5 hours to align all 4 wheels because there was no attention paid to detail.The alignment after installation was so bad you could see it was off without measurements. The details ignored were not minor.The only reason this place isnt getting a one star review is because I think the owner cares about being fair. I got a smoking deal on the tires and he negotiated labor pricing.I hope it was just an off day for the mechanics and there is some company review. A catastrophic failure from their work could lead to lawsuits or lives lost.

Fair prices excellent work. Got 4 new rims and tires on our vehicle. For the size they charged a few hundred less than some other shops we priced even with the tax and disposal fee for the old tires. Love the look of the new rims and tires. The crew changed all 4 so quick I didnt even get out of the truck. Management or the owner was interacting very well with customers also. Seems like a popular place to go business kept coming the whole time I was there. There are other shops along the street but none had the steady stream of customers like this one. Glad we found and went with them.

Dynamite place worth the 2 hour drive I made from my hometown. Got a set of 4 Steel/Radials w/50,000 mile warranty for $255 out the door. The place was hopping yet they took care of biz in 40 minutes, mounted and balanced. I am happy!

Got in go out. Once I got to the shop my first time there I was greeted by one of the workers or manager and I was helped and waited for the installation. The 2 tires in the back look great.

Just a warning. Bought 4 tires and requested for wheel alignment. Yes its $49.00. After they installed the tires. They drove away with my car. Dont know where they went. 20 mins later rhey came back it was all done.I paid the bills and asked for a copy of the wherl alignment which they COULD NOT provide. So i am now have to either believe they done the alignment to my car or did not.My advise is just buy the tires but dont get your car alignment in the same place.

Very dishonest and misleading on pricing. We were quoted a price including tax with free installation but when we get there a guy named Martin advise me he has to add $80 for the installation because we were using financing to pay for the tires. There are no disclosures stating any additional fees using financing. The finance company is a separate is a entity and they will pay the tire company the money. Cash or finance the tire company gets there money. Dont let them trick you on adding additional fees if you finance or use a credit card.👎

If could give them a negative I would worst service ever went there for a noise in my suspension ended up w same noise and $1000 later w same problem never fixed it and did little to help me out these guys a RIP off plz make sure u read before u buy there cheap products and services Im calling better business bureau to see if anything can be done in there shark tactics. A couple weeks ago I came in and bought a full set of Firestone tires for my Fathers car. I have been bringing my business and other family members cars here. This year alone we have bought 3 full sets and those will be my last. My father was driving to Stockton from fresno when he had to pull over and get a tow truck because one of the tires had a blow out being only a week old. So than he proceeded to come in and ask about warranty and they did not want to cover the tire. Or atleast help on getting a discount. So we still had them order a new one. They told us it would be here Saturday and it wasnt! than come in Tuesday and its still not here. They had my father drive on a spare donut tire from fresno here for nothing!

Totally bummed out.....My dad has cancer, its serious. Im taking my family on a road trip to Idaho to be with him but first I wanted to get new tires to keep me and my family safe on the road. I saw an add on FB saying tires are on sale with good deals. So I called and got a quote for $219 out the door for 17 inch tires. Turns out I only needed 16 inch tires and it should of been even cheaper. Came the next day, they put the 16 inch tires on and the total was $243. I mentioned the phone call I had and was told $219 and the guy said oh thats without tax and there was a deposit fee? So I paid it, I shouldnt have but I did. Ive got to much on my plate and am too depressed and exhausted to argue. I feel ripped off and spent more money then I wanted to that I needed for this road trip. I will never go back there, and highly recommend you dont go there either. Money hungry and thoughtless.

I had a great experience here with purchasing tires! I found their post with a tire sale on Facebook. When I contacted one of the sales representative, Zahra and Matt were great.They were upfront with the price when I asked with taxes, installation, and tires they were upfront and honest on all their prices. Even when I changed my mind from Style to Style they were very patient with my questions as well as researching the price and information that I asked for.I ordered the tires the night before and they arrived promptly when they said that they would. I arrived and the staff treated me with respect and courtesy. I was in and out of there within 45 minutes. I know sometimes might be longer depending on how busy they are. I ordered Hankook all terrain tires and when they arrived they were legit no knockoffs. The installers were safe with my vehicle and used appropriate tools for installation. Even one gentleman torqued the lug nuts to my specifications for my vehicle upon request. It should be standard operating procedure to use the torque wrench when finishing the install.I definitely will be referencing them again in my next tire purchase and any of my friends that need tires. I hope that they maintain this consistency in their customer service all the time! I did not utilize their Finance or installation plan so I do not know if there are any other hidden fees or charges if you use that option. I paid cash.compared to other Tire stores such as Walmart and the local owned businesses in my County were overpriced by two or three hundred dollars. Thank you all again for making it a good experience.Their store also has a wide selection of rims that I liked! And they also do other services such as tie rod ends and oil changes and such. I got a quote for ball joint and tie rod replacement which was reasonable and I look forward to using them in the future

Good prices. BAD SERVICE!! Bought tires and 22s, they said they could ship them and I paid for a 3 day delivery. I give them the add, they repeat it back to me, tell me they will call me with a tracking #. Needless to say, its going on week 3, my full set is split in two at two different addresses and not the one I gave them. They have been giving me the run around and acting as if Im bothering them. I went here because of the good reviews as Im not from here. You lost a loyal customer that is constantly in need of sets. WILL NEVER GO BACK HERE.

Did not do the work in the time frame they said. They did a lift kit on my truck. Told them I wanted a 6 lift and got a 4 lift. Wheels shook so bad when I drove it home. Had to take my truck to a different business to fix them. Never gave me my old tired and rims back when I told them I wanted them back. Said they would send me an invoice by email. Never received the email of the invoice which I need for a tax write off. Customer service sucks. Go anywhere but there. They were lucky to get 1 star.

I was very happy when I finally found the wheels I wanted and they had them in stock but as soon as I place my order which was Monday morning it seems as to me getting the tracking number is impossible! Been calling for 3 days nobody will call me back with the tracking number I don’t even know when I will receive my wheels or if they’ve even shipped not happy with my purchase

1st tried to put wrong size tires on. 2 didnt have my size I was paying for so I found the alternate size online and bought those. 3 they used the gun to put on lug nuts did not torque them.

Both mine and my wifes vehicles needed an alignment. They were quick (30 min) and under $50. With the drive past other shops.

This place is a scam. I was approved for $1000.00 for finance and they sold me tires that are $500.00 and told the finance company they were $985.00! I think they are laundering money for some shady terror group.

Called for a price on 2 tires for my daughters truck. Asked price out the door total was told $172.00 when she showed up 15 minutes later, the price went up 100.00 . I have bought around 8 sets of tires from them in the past and this is the first time I feel raped! Will never get tires from them again
