I came in yesterday at 7pm thinking it was open but unfortunately their hours “changed” it would be more convenient if they changed their hours online as well not just paper written on the door. And again today I came in right at 10am it is now 10:10am and still NO ONE has opened the store at least 6 people have came by me after I checked if it was open. Sally’s get it together.

I understand the website has they close at 8pm May 22 I see a sign on there door they are close! at 5:00p.m

Just came from this sallys and the lovely employee was absolutely friendly and welcoming. Extremely helpful and knowledgeable on top of her willingness to assist in my needs. I havent had customer service like this in what seems like forever. Thank you to that lovely lady youve made my day. Will definitely be returning.

My kid sneezed and the cashier went down the aisle spraying a ton of Lysol making a more challenging issue for an allergic reaction. Please if you are that worried stay home! We left without purchasing and will not be back. If I could give 0 I would rude and unwarranted overreaction.

Love this store. Has everything I needed to do my hair. Im guessing its the owner of the store Im not to sure but she is always helpful and she is very kind. Ill continue to shop here. 🙂

If I could give -☆ I would.I went to make a return and she turned my item away stating it was used with out even taking it out the box.I asked how she was able to know the item was used with out taking it out the box and she stated I JUST KNOW.I told her I just bought it this morning it was not open I wanted to speak to a manager .she grabbed my item and went to the back came back and said she opened it and it was used turning me away again.i filed a complete on them and still waiting to hear back from management

Ive been a Sallys Beauty customer for over 10 years. I enjoy shopping there. You can always find something good! The ladies/gentleman working is always willing to help, answer questions, help you find/get the right product. The only negative thing I have to say about this Sallys Beauty store is the location.

They are so good people and one of worker know sign languages to help me communication thank for help me

I had no problem with the service; They got my hair done just the way I wanted it.

Employees are friendly and very knowledgeable however their refund policy is really poor. If youve used a debit card it doesnt matter that its been long enough that they already have the cash they must put the refund back on the same card you used there are no cash refunds.
