My Father has been getting diapers delivered from this company for a few years now and the service is just never consistent. It seems as though they have started to use different shipping methods/companies and there are always delays and miscommunication. Packages have been sent to the wrong address, they have not been left at our door because for some strange reason a signature was needed (which was never the case for 3 years prior) and currently out most recent delivery is 4 days late. Customer service is friendly but not always the most helpful and often time don’t really know what they are talking about. I worry about the elderly who have to deal with this company alone and have no one to speak on their behalf. Please do better!
I saw an add on facebook to get diapers through insurance. My mom spends so much money buying them for herself. I signed her up and she received her first shipment in less than a week. It did not cost her anything. They are very friendly and are the real deal.

This was a very disappointing experience. My daughter and I went in after a painful and uncomfortable surgery to get equipment and we were not only treated rudely, but asked inappropriate and illegal question regarding my condition. I had a prescription from my doctor that gave all the information necessary. When we pointed this out, the owner would not serve us and told us to get our equipment elsewhere. There is no excuse for treating us with such disrespect when what we needed was help and compassion at a very painful and trying time. I cant understand the motive for being so cruel when one most needs support and certainly could not recommend doing business with them.
