Just great experience all around, superb customer service and pricing is great. Knowledge of the workers is great, and all my doubts and questions were eased and answered. Went in just to compare and ended up, placing my order within one hour. Hopefully i get a chance to comeback and shop around again.

Great place to get materials, they stock a lot of the items, and if not can order it within a week or so. Some items on the shelves are discontinued, but not many. They have kitchen cabinets, countertops, tile, hardwood, shower surrounds, shower doors, faucets, vanities, and much more.

Huge, beautiful showroom with many choices, helpful and friendly staff. Prices are fantastic.

Theres a nice selection and an easy in & out vibe to the place. There customer service needs a little help but over all a good place to find your full project needs. Install is fast.

I had a not-so-pleasant experience at first contact with Granite Expo in Stockton, HOWEVER, Victor at this store saved the day. See Victor at Granite Expo. He is awesome, knowledgable, competent and he cares.

We went in to look at granite countertops and the selection was great but the service was non existent. We tried to get a couple of sample tiles of the ones we liked the best but had no cooperation from anyone. It was like they did not care so we left and are getting countertops somewhere else.

My husband and I were a little lost on how this all works with cabinets and pricing. Had a few quotes from other places already. Went into Granite Expo, not only were they super helpful but they were the most affordable. Definitely will be back for more home projects!

This was my first visit to this shop. They have great prices. The displays are well done. You can walk the warehouse to see whats in stock. There is a section for clearance items that is crazy cheap. The only issue is I was there for an hour and not a soul asked if I needed help until I was walking out the door. They need more staff. However, the woman was able to answer my questions and gave me a card. I will return with my ducks in a row and a appointment so I dont have to wait. Good luck and check this place out.

Its big with lots of selection but considering what they charge and sell, they have a one size fits all mentality. Personally, I dont buy merchandise I sell my money and if someone wants it they better offer what I want or Ill shop elsewhere.

Excellent granite-marble and man made tub surrounds. And vanities-sinks-tiles etc. BUT....there is a communication gap. So...if you want your order done right only speak with Keith. He is awesome...

Super cheap granite and installation prices. The staff in the stockton store are friendly and helpful. Ive been there several times before I purchased something and they were friendly and eager to help every single time.

The worst place. To buy cabinets I waited a month and they give me the wrong cabinets I have to wait another week and the cabinets glass came broken I had to wait one more week. 😏😏😏

Best value for a kitchen remodel

First impression is impressive with their large display area of cabinets, counter-tops, flooring, stone and bathroom fixtures and the large warehouse of granite and cabinets in the back. Counter staff was very helpful in producing an Auto CAD drawing with the provided dimensions. An estimate was generated based our cabinet selection. The turn around time is 7 days once the order is submitted. There are a wide selection of quartz counter tops that we were interested in, all made in China. They do installation only, no demolition and their cabinets are warranted for 5 years and the cabinet doors for 1 year. The Granite Expo brand KOVA quartz counter-tops (which are made in China) look okay on the display floor but reading some of the negative reviews from some previous customers gives me caution about their product. There are also questions about their customer service practices?? Still deciding whether to go with them??

I said a lil joke about the tile, because, it had some dust or small stain, I thought it was the style I got the ugliest look from the cashier. Peopl no longer have a sense of humor. I wasnt complaining, it was just a joke.
