The older lady in the wig department is very nice and helpful. She doesnt speak too much English but she knows how to help you get the best wig for your face.

The only place I go to buy my hair supplies theyre very helpful, theyre very respectful, always enjoyable, first time I bought a wig the lady is a little lady in the back shes awesome she helped me pick it out and everything was patient I know I had to a jobber so crazy I drove myself crazy but shes stuck with me was very nice all the way this is what Im still going back you like that youll like to place

The man who works at Gold Star yelled at me, he screamed yes were open when i ask them if they were open the only reason i ask was because he was doing something in the front of the store with the gate. I left as quick as i came . He act like i had to spend my money with them, thats what i wont be doing. I had to ask him twice were they open because he didnt answer the first time. I ask him politely both times. Thats the worse customer service ive ever experienced.

Gold Star Beauty Supply sold me some bad hair for 145.00. It is supposed to be human hair but mats and tangled like horse hair.. they have hung up on me when I call. I have spent over 600.00 in the last 3 months and I am upset at the miss handling and the unprofessional treatment from the owners. I am going in on Thursday and hope they will make this right.. if not... I will be writing another review of this place and how they handled this... not a happy customer.
