I was very impressed at not only the customer service from Gary but also his commitment to safety during COVID-19. He was wearing a mask properly, over his nose and mouth, while he was sitting at his desk when I waked in and throughout my visit. When I mentioned I wasn’t comfortable laying on the mattress due to covid he went to a closet and brought out a thick plastic mattress cover for me to use to lay over the mattress so I could fully test it out. As a heath care worker for the elderly I cannot tell you how much I appreciated all of his efforts. I have left other stores for not wearing masks and I was truly thankful that Gary was following CDC precautions. I got a great bed and Gary was transparent about any fees. Was told I had a 120 night trial period. Mattress was not for me tried to use the 120 night guarantee and was then told they have a $99.00 + 20% restocking fee. Not much of a guarantee. I dont mind paying for pickup,but restocking fee???... Am I to believe theyre going to resale this mattress. I definitely hope not. I will not return to Mattress Firm.

Would not recommend purchasing the mattress from them. I bought a mattress with 999$. On the day of the purchase, I asked return policy and answer was the mattress can be returned in 30 days. So, we 0purchased without further question. Now a week later, I found the mattress that I purchased give me backache. I have never had back problem before. I tried out by adjusting the bed, changing the sheet and mattress cover. But there is no change so I called them to exchange it with the one which I bought for guest room and found okay during tried out. I was told that I have to give 79 $ + 99$(10% restocking fee). Please dont get fooled by 120 days trial which is not free but will cost you the price of one nice mattress from online with free shipping. It is not done yet. They gave you free adjustable bed frame which cant be returned. So you got to pay 400 something dollars for that bed.

A lady was at the front desk helping a customer. I stood around for almost 5 minutes and not once did she acknowledge my presence so I left. We walked in to buy a new queen mattress. Earl was there to help. He greeted us as soon as we walked in. I told him what I was looking for and he showed me a few options. I have never written a review in my entire life, but the experience I had at this branched needs to be known. Please avoid buying your mattress from this place at all costs. I bought a queen size mattress gave it a try but did not like it. I contacted this particular branch and set up a return near the end of my warranty with the intention to get another mattress or just give the mattress back. I emailed one of the sales associates my sleeptrain invoice (Mattress firm had just acquired sleep train). Since the time period was 120 days and I was interested in sorting out the issue with in the 120 day period (day 115), I wanted the exchange done as soon as possible. But they had no pick up available for the mattress. To cut the long story short, the time period crossed over and I was told I could neither return nor exchange my mattress. When I asked to speak to a higher manager, I was told I am not allowed to. I honestly pray that the people who own this establishment are not into doing bad business, and I hope that they learn that their word is their bond.
