I had a very good experience at Mattress Firm. I went to the Trinity Parkway store and Alisha was the person who helped us. We were looking for an adjustable base and a good mattress. Alisha was very knowledgeable on what her store had to offer. Once we picked our items, she rung us up and had a flawless delivery three days later. We did get a mattress protector which was not brought during the delivery, but she called me to let me know and I was able to pick it up at the store. Great customer service and great transaction. Great experience all around. The salespeople were helpful, but not pushy. They helped me pick it a great mattress that was still in my price range. The next day delivery was prompt and efficient. Putting together the adjustable base was simple and quick. Fifteen minutes after my delivery i was laying in my new bed.

We have always purchased “cheap” beds to cut costs and realized we were going through them like crazy. The amount we’ve spent we could’ve invested in a better bed. We went on the hunt and decided to go to mattress firm and we couldn’t have had a better experience. Mes was extremely knowledgeable, didn’t try to show us the most expensive or the cheapest, he genuinely cared about meeting both of our needs. Explained everything thoroughly and patiently. We spent a pretty penny and a good amount of time but he was so understanding and even helped distract our 2 year old so we could make a honest choice not a rushed one. We came in today to find the perfect Tempurpedic mattress. We were greeted quickly by Gentleman named Mes. Turns out he was the store manager and we couldn’t have been happier with his service. This guy was so informative and patient. Real professional and respectful to both my wife and I. Most people who work at a store like this would have left us high and dry when he found out that were there for warranty replacement and not actually buying a new bed. Instead, he told us how much more important it was for us to find the right match. So he stayed with us and talked through out our visit and helped compare prices and gave us all the important info we needed. When we left he walked us out and sent us off with smiles and the perfect mattress. Thank you Mes, we appreciate you.

Me and my Fiancé were shopping fora new bed but couldn’t decide on a mattress. The person helping us was Mesfin. He really helped us decide on the one we really wanted. We probably tried 18 different mattresses, we went to the one on hammer and ended up in Trinity. My fiancé likes a firm bed and me well I like it firm but not too firm. Mesfin was able to find a perfect one for both of us.

Absolutely the best experience. Both Michael and Mes were absolutely fabulous! There was no pressure to buy. They were both very professional, polite, knowledgeable, and kind. I actually went almost 2 weeks ago and told Michael Id be back, or I would send my husband over in just a few days to try out the 2 mattresses I fell in love with. We just went back today, when he was on his way out. Not only did he remember who I was, he turned back around to help us, aaaand remembered the 2 mattresses I was considering. My wife & I came in to look for a new Mattress/BoxSpring set. The Manager greeted us with a smile. (through a mask at a socially acceptable distance) He was very friendly & we could tell that he truly wanted to help us find a product that would serve us well. We tried some options & had a pleasant experience deciding on what features we felt were nice, necessary & must haves. When it was narrowed down to a couple options he gave us space to talk things over & once we decided; he quickly helped finalize the details of purchase & delivery.

Ive gone here twice for two separate mattresses. Both times, the staff, two separate staff members, were extremely polite, not pushy, and knowledgeable about their products. They encouraged trying out mattresses and were personable. I had a great time when I went in both times.

The sales lady who helped us was named Taylor. Taylor was knowledgeable, honest and kind . She really new her products and didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need. My husband and I thought it was going to take us all day to find a mattress, but Taylor made are transaction easy, quick and smooth and we are very happy with the mattress we purchased. The store had great Labor Day prices and it was very clean and sanitary inside.

We purchased our 1st new mattress from the amazing Mesfin at the Stockton location. He greeted us with a warm hello and walked us through many options. After deciding on the perfect one, he completed our order quickly and throughly. I highly recommend the eight mile location, as Mesfin is knowledgeable, friendly and made this experience enjoyable.

Went in the store and was assisted by the store manager Mesfin who goes by Mess. He seem cool and everything sounded good so we purchased a Tempur-pedic. When it arrived, we only got one side of the king size flat foundation. Was told by the delivery guys that that’s all they had at there warehouse and the other side would get deliver in a day or two. I decided to call the store two days later to make sure my order was coming. Spoke to Mess again. He explained that it was his fault for only ordering 1 side of the flat foundation and I would have to go in the store and buy the other side. Coming on! You’re a store manager and you knew what you did wrong. Try to say you gave me the bed cover and foundation for free. Then now I can’t even enjoy my bed until I buy the other side of the foundation. Couldn’t even offer me anything for messing up my order. A place that is suppose to be great and that customers can trust. I don’t think I can go back and trust Mattress Firm anymore. What a bad first experience. For the price I paid, I didn’t expect to have to go through this.

I want to thank Shannon for her excellent customer service on helping me with choosing not only a bed but a base that would supply comfort to my expecting wife and I. She took us through many options of beds and bases that would help us with our breathing, circulation and over all sleep. This has made me very happy as i was just diagnosed with a heart condition that requires me to sleep on a more upright position and after i left the mattress firm i was confident that i came to the right place so thank you for all your help. Update on recent visit on 9/4/20...Taylor...was no longer the BEST professional salesperson after all. I came in today to get some clarity with the finance company about an exchange and upgrade to a higher priced mattress, and was met with a calloused and condescending attitude. You are a knowledgeable, informative, patient-people-person professional I‘ve had the most pleasure dealing with my mattress exchange/purchase!!! Tried going to Ashleys for a bed. Prices where to high. Went across the parking lot to Mattress Firm and Alexandria there took exceptional care of me and my wife. We got the same bed at Mattress Firm that we where looking at Ashleys for half the price. If you ever need a bed go see Alexabdria at Matress Firm, she is the best. Higest marks for her.
