Went in to buy boots. Was rushed through my purchase. He stood over me the 15 min I was there. They didnt fit so I brought them back. Was told I wasted his time and to not ever come back. No problem wont ever go back. Grouch of a man.

I called about what female pant size they carry for a certain type of pant I need. I was not done asking my question and was interrupted with if you want to try them on come on in, ok bye now. and hung up on. Pretty bad customer service.

So I went into Work Boots today. I wanted to get a new safety vest for work. He showed me a catalog and he said that it would take 2 day for delivery. I said I was good and he then proceeded to get upset that I didn’t want to buy right away. I told him there was no reason for him to be yelling at me. He told me he didn’t give a f and told me to get the f out. I proceeded to start walking out and I told him he really didn’t have to yell at me. I was getting into the car and he followed me out there and tried to take photos of me and the car. I told him to back off and go back into his store I was done. He kept pushing up on me to try to take pictures and said he was going to call the police. So I beat him to it. He then tried to act like nothing was happening. I am immune compromised and he was in my face screaming for nothing. I hope he didn’t have COVID-19. all I wanted was a new safety vest for work but I got this. Please do not support this store.

Excellent place to buy Wesco Boots and Wrangler Jeans. Good prices too. They actually took the time to find measure both my feet. Sam and Fidel took good care of me. Parking lot a little awkward to get in and out of.

I wish I could give a negative star review. Honest to God. I went into this store looking for a pair of boots for my new job. Im not an unreasonable person and I asked the older man at the counter for some help he told me to wait. I waited for twenty minutes while he cussed someone out over the phone right in front of everyone. I decided that was enough for the day so I walked out and as I did he said good dont come back. Is this a real business?? I mean really.

I cannot believe what just happened, the older gentleman with a strong accent of this store just called my husband cussing him out.. my husband went this morning to explain to the older gentleman about his boots ( the sol was coming off) after just having the boots for aa month and half ... he kept cutting my husband off and would not let him explain.. we left ...... a few hours later out of no where he calls my husband ( I believe he got the number from the receipt) and starts cussing my husband out and calling him a liar ?? Who does that ? Literally? Is this real ? Very unprofessional, very rude .. beware people

Please be warned do not buy from this guy I rarely post reviews but I think this time is worth this is the most rude terrible vendor I have ever came across in my 30 years of existence he was telling throwing his phone around I even recorded the encounter because I was afraid he might lie about what happened you should never feel this was when purchasing something. I returned an item for store credit and they refuse to honor the credit. I keep getting the run around with these people and they went so far as telling me the order was placed when it wasnt. They have poor communication and lie.

I review when service is exceptionally good or exceptionally bad. All prices are doubled or tripled from suggested retail. The main seller is also a car dealer so beware of the sale pressure and fake discounts.

Did not do my research. Paid $70 more than the actual price of the boots I purchased. The owner is a smooth talking salesman so be very careful. Will give a discount as an illusion for the sale. Eventually they will run out of suckers like myself and go out of business.Would return my boots but ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Gonna look into the legality of this though.

The son Sammy was a true gentleman and excellent salesman they have a lot of product knowledge and products the father Fadel convinced me to go with the red wings for comfort and durability and gave me 10% off and a pair of socks I recommended this is the place to go for work wear !!

This place does have really have nice shoes&work gear but make sure you hard working people goggle what your buying and see how much it really cost

Bought $600 of jeans from these guys! Sam, I guess runs the Stockton office, and said hed order the jeans and get them to us. He called us the next week and said they were on back order. This was in April. Since then, every time I call them, Sam has some excuse about how the pants are in their Vallejo store, or his dad was just there with the pants but just drove away 5 minutes ago. Last I heard, I talked to Sams dad and the pants were in the Vallejo store again, and Sam was in his way to pick them up. This was last Wednesday I think, but I have not heard from anyone since! This company is dishonest and will not follow through on their promises. I will never buy from them again and I plan on taking as many of their customers away as possible so that no one else can be cheated by them.

I agree..This place is a joke, i should of did my research before I made my purchase. Bought 2 pairs of boots here..I over paid for them.I shop in this center, the owner is so rude. He parked his car in the way of exiting the parkimg lot. So I waited a min..than honked. He pulled up to me and told me to go around..and that he owned the parking lot! Well i had my two young daughters with me. I said your so rude, I bought 2 pairs of boots from you! He said I dont care!! I dont want your business! Really..be very cautious about his over priced items!

The owner is middle east people. He is rude, low quality brand, over prices, No returning policy. Everything people comment below are so true about this store. This store is more of a flea market type store. I am strongly do not recommended shopping at this store.

The old heavy set guy with thick accent is rude when he knows you will not buy the item after he helped you with some items that you are looking for. He pressures you into buying. If you are just looking around and not sure what to buy DO NOT come to this store. He told me you wasted in my time, bye! Go somewhere else to buy your gear.

There are know refunds and they are over priced if you go online you can find them for cheaper but he side he sales them online but they are missing a stick basicly he just dont want you to buy them cheaper i spent $268 and looked on line they were 68 dollers.......my husband works in the construction and i dont have time to buy overpriced cheap shoes ......i will never go back agin i shopped her twice and every time i learned how they try to run game on the customers so i went to stockton mall and found better shoes for only 89 bucks and they didnt fall apart like these shoes didafter 3 months

The man who works there is very rude he yelled at me his attitude was very unacceptable i do not recommend this place to anyone, i hope his store gets shut down.
