Friendly and good variety of timberland work boots

Had exactly what I went for rep was helpful and service at checkout was friendly and prompt

I remember about some years back when I was little, I came with my father to buy boots and other gear for his work. Now its my turn as I came to buy my first pair of working boots from the store. It reminded me of that time when I came with my dad. Moments Ill always cherish.

Hubby was super happy.

Just recently went here and they do have nice stuff still but the workers there oh my goodness they act like they have a hard job both of them are overweight so don’t even ask the girl to try to look at something way up on top you might be asking to much of her cuz I guess her job is hard enoughTried another place down on north pacific ave freaking crooks, and hustlers its on Lincoln and Pacific it’s a corner shop;you don’t treat people like that.

This store is is great, been coming here for my work clothes for many years. It is a little pricey due to the location being in the mall I believe. The products are very good, the staff is very friendly and helpful.

DO NOT BELIEVE THEIR UNLIMITED - LIFETIME -NO EXPIRATION WARRANTY LIES FOR THE WORK SHOES. WE BOUGHT A PAIR LESS THAN A YEAR AGO AND BROUGHT IT IN DUE TO THREAD RIP WHICH CAUSED THE FABRIC TO LIFT FROM THE SEAMS ( ON THE SIDES OF THE SHOES). THE MANAGER DENIED THE REQUEST SAYING THAT DUE TO THE FACT THAT WE BOUGHT IT ALMOST A YEAR AGO THEY CAN DENY IT BASED ON WEAR AND TEAR. THERES NO MENTION AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE OR ANYWHERE ON RECEIPT ABOUT THIS AND I MADE SURE TO ASK A WEEK BEFORE THAT WHEN I CAME IN FOR A DIFFERENT PURCHASE.

The manger is very nice the employees are great I had the best help from employees jazmine and Vanesa I look forward to shopping there again 👍🏽

Kinda high prices. But they are located in the mall, what can u expect? Lol. But they definitely got what u need for work! In Stockton, its either here or this other store on Pacific & Lincoln St. That other place is called the works dont go there! They will rip u a new one & smile while doing it! 😟

Wow!!! What an experience!!! Jazmine, the store manager is not helpful!!! I dont know how she became a manager but omg! Every question we asked her, she said I dont know. Ive NEVER met a store manager like her! I will never come back to this stockton location again!!
