Dont waste your time with these people, like I did. Not even 2 weeks after getting a 2014 Chevy Equinox from them the check engine came on. Noticed the transmission started pulling after changing gears, and the trunk hasnt been working since I got it. Steering wheel sounds awful when you turn it, heating seats dont work, list goes on. I was in a rush to get a car for work but like they say, if it sounds too good to be true. It probably is. #lemoncars

This place has very nice cars. Would recommend if you are buying your very first car. Lucky was very helpful and professional when it came to selling me the car. I had an issue with the catalytic converter but lucky got to the issue fast and got the problem fixed in no time.

I have to say that Lucky, the sales person was nice and very up front about the cost and discount. However after purchasing the car the Customer service has been horrible. No matter the issues I can never get a call back from ANY of the numbers or extensions I have. The only way I can get any assist is to first start with Lucky, a sales person who has to stop his work and call around. Although I appreciate his help I shouldnt have to go through this route in order to get simple questions answered. They need to quickly hire some new people to help them change the level of service or theyll continue to have low scores. The company is way too big and been around long enough to have worked these issues out already.So Id give the car and the purchase experience a 4, and the customer service a 2.

They sell wrecked cars and lie like crazy dont believe what they say do your own car fax before buying.....owner is rude....

Ripped me off!!! Some bald headed guy with a goatee sold me an SUV claiming that its a 4 cylinder, and all wheel drive.I dont remember his name, but he drove a white Toyota FJ cruiser. He doesnt know anything about cars if he cant even say what engine it has!Later on I found out that its a 6 cylinder and only rear wheel drive.Not only did he sell me the wrong vehicle, but it wasnt in good condition!I already had to change the radiator, and the starter. I will also have to change the A.C. compressor due to being noisy, and the valve cover gasket! The valve cover gasket leaks, and causes oil to get on the starter, and made it go bad.Dont waste your money with these people, it should be used a lot more wisely.

Uhaul needs to get on top of these guys. I was already warned about 209 motors not wanting to take a uhaul rental return and makes people drive into town (Stroudsburg). Paid at the pickup location and when I dropped off the truck at 209 motors, I wake up the next day and noticed I got charged an extra day plus fuel. Make sure theyre not ripping you off or tell you that you cant drop off the truck there.

They are a total rip off I purchased a 2007 Honda from them for $7800.00 in 1-2019 and put down $2200.99 and made three car notes in the amount of $286 and another driver totaled the car out. My insurance company called them to settle and they told them the payoff amount is $7317.00 stating I’m required to pay a $1921.00 finance fees which was based on a 30 month loan time frame that actually only lasted for three months!! Do not trust them they are a total rip off and do NOT ever buy a car from them!!
