When I went into Enterprise Car Sales the salesman RJ was awesome! The manager Andre not so much. Purchased a 2020 Nissan Armada and traded in my car. Everything was fine with the sale, until Enterprise never contacted my old finance company. I called spoke to Andre and he was so rude! I asked why they havent notified my old finance company? He was giving me answers that didnt make sense and I asked for his manager and he refused telling me I had to speak with him and no one else can help me? Really? I called and complained to their corporate office. No one should be treated so poorly when asking for information only Enterprise can answer. NEVER BUYING ANOTHER VEHICLE FROM THEM!

I’m so impressed with enterprise. Great selection and the application process was so simple. My credit was awful. But even in my situation I was able to get approved for two loans. Proof of income for 3 months using my bank statements and a couple of pay stubs and I drove away in a vehicle that was in amazing condition and had been serviced and cared for. Enterprise takes very good care of their vehicles. They sell the top 10% of their rental cars and I was sold my car for below blue book value which really helped in securing my loan. My car is still worth more than I owe the bank. I opted to purchase gap coverage as well as a bumper to bumper warranty that covered any issue with my car for another 4 years for a slight payment increase. Paolo in Stockton Ca was kind, personable and professional. I’m so grateful for my car and for enterprise car sales for making this possible.

Went in on a Friday, returned Monday and left with a 2020 low mileage vehicle less than an hour or so later. Cut and dried. And they gave me 3mo of free satellite radio. Hundreds of channels that I can listen to not only in my new car but also on my phone and laptop. You gotta love it!

They caught my attention just from their sign/logo and I knew I wanted a car from them. So I ditched hertz and went to Enterprise and I couldn’t have been more happy with my decision. The car shopping experience was great but I have an issue with the car I bought. I bought this car on 5/14/20. I went back to see the Stockton car sale depot on 5/21/20. I started experimenting the hood rattled. I did not think much of it and I forgot to mention it to the Enterprise Stockton staff. I am inclined to believe this car was involved in a car accident and I was not told the truth. It is a 2019 Kick (compact SUV)with 15. 300miles on it. Low mileage. I have made an appointment with car shop at meineke to check this car and surely wants to know if there was an accident, . Then I will see what happens from there..

Enterprise Car Sales did a superb job of finding a pre-owned car which is just like new, for me to drive my grandchildren here and there. Their salesman, Paulo, especially was very helpful, attentive and went out of his way to answer all my questions, helped arranged for payment, gave me some days to try out the car. My sons mechanic checked out the car completely, and pronounced it mechanically sound. Besides that, it looks like a brand new car. I am very content with my purchase!

I used to think buying a used car had to be a major fight, but not so with Enterprise. We purchased our car with Maria’s help and this was definitely a low stress purchase. The price on the car was fair from the start, so no haggling or games, the trade in value on my old car was also better than fair. We started by checking on-line and Maria brought in a car from another location so we could test drive all the vehicles we were considering. We’re very happy with the car we bought, with the service we received and the follow up to make sure the car was 100%.

Very pleasant experience. The car was delivered to a location near to me and the paperwork was done within 30 minutes. Unlike an experience at a dealership where I was there 6 hours with my last car.There is a 7 day return period which allowed me to get to know the car. Very good experience.

This was the worst experience at enterprise for me. Bought a car there and paid cash but then next day did not feel comfortable becauseof what sales rep said about warranty so returned vehicle next day only to have the manager james argue with me over an hr and stil refused to take back car although there is a 7 day return policy? So took it back the second day and they did take back vehicle but refused to refund my money for two weeks in which i paid them a certified cashiers check. Not a personal check! The manager there claims they take care of their customers. Thats bullcrap. Their very deceitful and and take advantage of them. Buyer beware..

Ryan is a representative that has worked with members from my own credit union; every member has had had nothing but positive feedback about him. I do not have any experience in auto shopping nor do I have the best credit. If you are looking for quality service and professionalism, then Stockton Enterprise is the place to go. We were so impressed with the guys that work there. They made the buying process a little less time consuming as compared to our experience at the traditional car dealerships. We pretty much knew what we wanted (Nissan Altima or Kicks) with lowest miles possible. They had three for us to check out. We went on Presidents Day to get a good deal, and we think that we did. For those a little leery of buying rental cars, I have to say that I bought a Nissan Altima approximately 10 years ago at a rental service and it has been one of the most reliable cars I have owned. I wanted another one for commuting, but I am keeping my Altima for driving locally. Im sure if we need another one in a few years, we will be heading back to Enterprise!

Dealing with Ryan at Enterprise Car Sales was better than I expected. It was nothing like going to a dealership with all the high pressure salesmen and the tactics that they use. Ryan was very helpful, knowledgeable, attentive and, best of all, down to earth. I felt very comfortable dealing with him. The initial vehicle I decided to test drive was going to cost an additional $600 transfer fee. They called me later that day and had taken it upon themselves to find the same vehicle, a year newer and closer (no transfer fee). So, I got a newer vehicle for less money. Would definitely recommend dealing with Enterprise!!

The last time I rented a vehicle(a few weeks ago) they failed to tell me it was a smoking vehicle...I personally dont have the sensitive nose but my sister does...it took a good amount of fabreeze to almost make it decent...I would have returned it but I had time restraints...next time before signing paper work Ill check the interior first...other than that I had no issues renting, picked up the vehicle quick and was able to drop it off with no problem

My experience with Enterprise Car Sales was nothing short of Fabulous. I needed a car quickly and was renting from Enterprise here in Modesto. They suggested their car sales in Stockton and I drove down and the sales person Mr. Reynoso was so helpful.They found a car that I liked and could afford. Found financing for me and when I was unable to stay to finish all the paperwork. Mr. Reynoso said he would bring me the car that eve and we could complete the paperwork at my home. He delivered the car we completed all paperwork and he took my rental car. So by the end of the day I had a wonderful almost new car.
