It took me almost 2 hours to get to the dealer with friendly, dedicated and patient staffs and so I chose for myself a nice car, at good price as I wanted. I highly recommend anyone to these guys.
Quite possibly the worst new car buying experience I have ever had. Let me correct myself, I didnt purchase as the initial experience was so appalling. I have been to low end used car lots that look/act good by comparison. Genesis is supposed to be a premium brand, this stealership has as much snake oil as any I have ever seen. Go to Acura, Infinity, BMW, Lexus, Mercedes and you will find polite people, clean dealerships, salesman that know their product, and a low pressure buying process. None of which exist here. Slimy tactics, dirty cars, no knowledge of the vehicle, and constantly reaching for your pocket.....run away!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Terrible service. You would think that with the amount of money that I spent on a Genesis G80 that the service would be a little better. I can never get a call back from the service department. At one point their mailbox was full and I couldn’t leave a message. What kind of business operates like this? Love the car but as long as Genesis is tied with Hyundai dealerships it will always be lower class service.

These guys give the new car business a bad name! Not only are they marking their vehicles up thousands above MSRP, they are also offering far less in trade than other dealers are. I am shopping for a new Genesis throughout the west, and I have found these guys and a few others to be taking advantage of a temporary problem. Be patient and move on, and stay away from these boneheads! Very dishonest

Horrible customer service, very manipulative. Just dont understand how this dealership can make money with the kind of sales staff and management. Just to get a call back takes about 3 days, if you do get a call back. This is besides the run-around. The management doesnt understand the importance of minimum contact and exposure during this pandemic and the importance of closing deals remotely.
