The customer service at this location is terrible! I came in to this store because I was having issues taking advantage of Verizons BuyOut promotion. The online system had rejected my final bill from T-Mobile saying that it was missing the required information. I took my final bill into this location to rectify the situation. Long story short, the manager here, Marissa, refused to accept my final bill because it did not have the exact language she wanted, even though all of the necessary information was there. Instead of helping me to resolve the issue, she sent me back and forth to the T-Mobile store, then made me call customer service. The customer service rep agreed that she was being unreasonably difficult. He was actually able to figure out that there was a system error and the online system made a mistake in rejecting my final bill. Had the manager taken the time to look in to this matter, she would have figured that out. She refused to even look into it! She was condescending and completely unhelpful. I am currently waiting for a call from the district manager to express my concerns as this lack of effective customer care does not live up to the Verizon standard of delivering superior customer experiences.I do not recommend this location at all. I have not visited the other Stockton locations, so I cannot speak to them, but the Manteca location is always welcoming and incredibly helpful.

Worst experience I ever had with a cell phone carrier. They told me I can try verizon for 3 days and cancel at no cost if I didnt like. But ended up sending me a huge bill and after so many phone calls and visits to the store, finally reduced it to $20. For less than 3days of service $20 is wayyy too much. I am just upset I was told I would be charged nothing if I cancelled within 3days, but they still took my money.

Had a bad experience with the rep I was dealing with. Left the store without buying anything. He tried to tell me the cost to add on 2 lines plus phones was $537 but I did it thru phone with customer service and it only cost me $187 and that included the addition of a Samsung gear 3 watch. Im a loyal customer with Verizon and this made no sense.

Decided to switch with Verizon because I thought I was getting better service What I noticed I wasn’t getting no service at work and calls are dropping . I made the biggest mistake by switching over and getting a bigger bill .I wish I never did switch over if you have metro just stay with them .

I know we are experiencing a pandemic and a lot of us are scared but it gives us no excuse to mistreat our fellow humans nor show no compassion which is what Angel Manzo showed to myself today. I came in to take care of business and was told I had to wait outside while it is very hot. Not only is it hunid and hot but now we have wildfires taking the little bit of oxygen we have left. I relayed this to Angel and he did not show the least bit of compassion. In fact, as Im begging to conduct our business in the store and told him why, he couldnt even look up from his tablet screen, he just simply said, no mask, no entry. As he rushed through my questions and left me waiting outside for over 5 min. To get me a new sim card, I felt less than human. This is how Verizon shows its customers appreciation. This is why Im leaving after 7 years and YOU SHOULD TOO.

My Partner and I did some research as to Data, Service, Plans, Customer satisfaction, etc. We decided on Verizon. We went to the Verizon at 6123 Pacific Avenue here in Stockton where we met with Veronica, Solutions Specialist. Veronica was patient with us and she is professional. Together we spent enough quality time carefully deciding the best for us. My Partner and I are pleased with the entire process by educating ourselves and the support and knowledge we received by Veronica. Phone upgrades, changing our service from AT&T to Verizon, selecting our new phones and accessories. Thanks Veronica for your professionalism and fun.

Set an appointment Sunday afternoon. Was interested in switching from T-Mobile to Verizon. So basically here is a rundown of what happened:1. The employee wasnt very friendly or enthusiastic in helping us.2. He spoke so quietly that we could barely hear him.3. There was a person testing a speaker right behind us and blasting it so loud that we couldnt even hear ourselves think. (Testing for a bit is okay, but it doesnt need to be tested at full volume for 5+ minutes without consideration for those around you).4. Employee showed absolutely no interest whatsoever in gaining our business.5. After all these things, I told him its okay were not interested, thanks. Walked out. Never going back again. Verizon you need to work on training your employees to serve customers better, but I guess this is usually what happens when you become such a big company that the customer experience doesnt matter anymore.

Official Verizon store, not a contract store. Friendly and always helpful staff. This store does get very busy so bring your patience during their peak hours. Even when they are busy they take their time assisting you.

Went in to get to upgrade my device and surprise my wife with a new phone and my sons with smart watches. Price was great and the rep was very helpful. Got home to find out a watch was not working, i returned it in less then 24 hours, a different rep stepped in, told me I would be charged a restocking fee and I had to order a replacement. Me not being happy about the fee I mentioned it and was told I had to call customer service. I got the replacement and everything has been great. Today i look at my bill to find that the watch i returned was never disconnected and i have been getting billed the past few months for something i didnt have. Customer Service has taken care on my issue, i truly feel and hope this gets back to the store and is at the least a training lesson to the rep. People depend on honest service and when we are told something will be done its done. Its not the customers job to check up and follow up.

I needed to get a screen protector and case. Took me 30 minutes to be helped.Looking at the replys for dissatisfaction results in an apology followed by a token, well try harder to service you.Notice how all of the replys saysVerizon (Owner)Not a direct store, authorized franchise dealer with Verizonlogo.It would be more helpful if you had more floaters to help people wanting to make small purchases.Trying save on labor. More commissions in phone activations.Sales people make more commissions on phone activations. More money for and the house.Sales staff are weak closers it takes more than 30 min to activate and demo phone.Get accessories online cheaper and less wasting of your time.

I went in to get a copy of my bill. They could only provide the first page. My bill was twice what I expected and asked why when I had not changed any features. The associate said she had no idea and I would have to call the 800#. Really? If I wanted to call an 800#, I would have stayed home. And since when does a company not provide a breakdown of charges on a bill?

Customer service rep was not helpful in the slightest. Eligible for a phone upgrade and when they found out my phone screen was cracked they expected me to pay 200 bucks for the same phone new and then another 200 bucks to upgrade it. Stupid! I even told them T Mobile would pay off my remaining charges through Verizon if I switched. The rep couldnt care less. Didnt even bother to talk to his manager about it. So I went and switched to T Mobile with no problem! Bottom line: Either Verizon doesnt care about losing customers or this rep in particular doesnt care if they do 🤗

Every time I have ever had to go into this store I have been greeted with poor customer service, rude employees and ridiculously long wait times. Today I was in the store for 45 minutes to take advantage of a special they had going on. I was told to go home and order online it would save me money. After going online the computer system wont give me the in store discount that is on special. Obviously they dont want business, or they would have better customer service.

Lazy/uninformed employees need to be fired ASAP!!!! I am beyond appalled at the complete incompetence of some of the workers in this Location. I went there three time and those three times I always helped by the young asian/white young man with a combover(forgot his name). All I wanted was for him to print out my past bill and all he ever did was make up BS excuses as to why he couldnt just simply print it out just because he was f*ing lazy or because he didnt get payed for that. I called customer service and they explained the situation and I went back and this time I was lucky to be helped by this lovely lady and she fixed my problem in under 5 minutes. Thankfully you guys at least have a couple of good employees like her.

I went in to this store with my mom and brother, to take care of a rather complicated process. I was on an individual plan on contract until November, 2011, my mom was on an individual plan out of contract, and my brother was on a family plan with a person who passed away recently, on contract until December 2010. We wanted to roll all of these lines together into one family plan, while keeping the upgrade eligibility times and contract expiration dates.Although it was a very complex and complicated process, the woman who helped us was VERY helpful and nice, and made the entire process smooth, explaining everything very clearly and without any confusion. She answered all our questions, and got the entire plan setup exactly how we wanted with no issues. Now were saving a massive amount of money per month as compared to before, and my brother can upgrade his phone around August, just like before.The only complaint I had was we were waiting about 10-15 minutes before the service rep got to us, but that was no big deal, and we just played with the phones the whole time.

The employees at the Verizon dont have a clue on what Electronics theyre selling they dont have any idea on what the product actually does theyre just there to assist you and looking at new products on the shelves they dont have any idea on what the actual Electronics do and what theyre capable of doing or what is in back order in stock or old I should say a little outdated product I recommend that you follow up and do your own research before buying any products there they greet you at the door and make you wait for the next sales agent to provide you with assistance then the sales agents dont actually have any idea of what theyre selling Verizon does have good products but their products are also very overpriced.
