Monse and Mitzy fixed my phone in less than 5 minutes at the location on Pacific. It was broke for 2 days and I went in and WOW it works!!!!!!

Do not buy a phone in side of boost they will charge you around 100 dollars if they order the phone for youThey may say small fee but it’s notBuy it online at the apple store or boost store onlineonline cost 1308 for an iPhone 12pro max 256 gbFor the same phone In store it will cost 1420So if you don’t want to spend the extra money buy it online they will scamming people for simple things like ordering a phone

Its always a pleasure to pay my phone bill at Boost. Grace, one of the sales rep there, is always extremely helpful and very friendly. She has always made sure that I pay the least amount of money every month for the 3 lines I have. The facility is always clean as well. I havent had a bad experience since Ive switched to Boost a year ago, and I will happily continue shopping at this location.

My husband and I went to Boost mobile on Pacific ave last week. Were an older couple so were not to savvy on the latest phone technology. Ali was so very helpful and patient with all my questions and lack of knowledge. We had to get 4 phones and He gv us a great deal. These people are crooks. The charge more that what Boost charges for phones. They dont know what they are doing when it comes to phones, and end up loosing your information. They should be put out of business.

Went in there to pay my phone bill quickly after work Gracia was so nice when i walked in and not only processed my phone payment but was able to help me find the perfect new phone for me since my phone came out when i was in middle school (no joke) let me know about all the specials and even noticed i was paying 50 bucks for a old 3G plan when i can pay the same 50 for 4G and unlimited data and i believe calling to mexico ( i dont call mexico but if its included i might as well make some friends in mexico) she was very professional and very upfront i will make all my payments in that store. I might even get a second line on my plan
