Just recently started shopping at Family Dollar. Family Dollar covers all my bases. They have just about everything a household needs. The employees at the store on Harding Way and Lincoln St are energetic, helpful, courteous, friendly. I always look forward to shopping at Family Dollar, I always find what Im looking for there and share conversation with someone of the nicest people in town!

Although this is not my usual go-toplace when I need something, they sure did come in handy when i had an issue with my car and had to pull into their parking lot. Thankfully they had all the car essentials I needed at the moment.

We go there at least one today cuz its convenient and its right by our house other than that the store is usually filthy and theyre out of just about everything

Other than all the boxes in the aisles trying to slide through in a wheelchair it was all right- oh and getting charged $11 for a$1 pack of cookies😳

Fresh food items available for purchase. Social distancing definitely practiced at this location! Highly recommend this location for a shopping trip!

This family Dollar isnt the best place to shop, but it is definitely not the worst either. They have good deals, somewhat clean isles, and ok customer service. It is better then Dollar General on Alpine, thats for sure! They do not have a big selection of fresh or frozen food items, but they do have a little bit of everything. From clothes, shoes, to toilet paper, dog food, and grocery items. You name it and they prob have it. Just keep in mind they may have everything, but not a variety. Meaning, if you want a certain brand in a certain item they prob will only have one brand to choose from. Dont expect to get Ben and Jerrys you might get lucky and get crystal ice cream in vanilla or chocolate only. I myself like variations more then one brand to choose from. Other then that and the parking being awful in the front of the store. The store in general isnt that bad.

Good store. Very nice and helpful staff. Lots of stuff on sale. As anywhere, buyer beware. Good prices on housewares, cosmetics, cleaning supplies, canned goods and snack items. Do have lots of stuff for a dollar but other stuff is not. Dairy is best at a grocery store. Good price on smokes. Wish they had a rewards program. Overall I do most of my shopping there. Ill keep coming back.

The cashier was awesome, incredibly friendly, personable and helpful... She was the highlight of the trip. To me everything in the store is crazy overpriced, same stuff you can pick up at the Dollar Tree but twice the price.

I guess the store cant control the clientele that comes in the store. While I was there a man ran out with stolen goods. The cashier yelled for loss prevention but no one ran after the guy... It happens all the time there.

Love going to family Dollar. Find things I dont normally find in grocery store, or department store. Fans, lamps, home decor,and clothes and food all at great prices. Especially for someone like myself on fixed income.

Great day wasnt busy, more stocking would be great. And more check outs & of course clears. These clerks kept rolling no wait.. 5 star day!!! What is going on? There is a note on the door saying they r closed will they reopen? Is this temp. Or what? This is where l buy my food. Whats going on?

Love this store they got a bit of everything

Long wait in line. For having only 2 registers, most of the time only 1 is open. Otherwise, the store has great deals. Ive been shopping at this store since they open. Never had a single problem, until recently. I had just purchase my items, as I was walking outside the parking lot, I was stop by one of the staff from the store. I was asked: Did you pay for that? I was shocked! & the worse part was he had confronted me from afar! Yup, everyone heard from the parking lot! I was so embarrassed.

Its local. Has just about everything​ you need. Prices are high for a dollar store. Lower your prices. Service is friendly and professional. One young black girl stuck out. She appears to be very angry. Good morning was always dry. Never smile, just a terrible attitude. But in spite of, 4 🌟s from me.

I was just in the neighborhood and saw a Family Dollar store, never been in one, so I thought I check it out. I walked in and 30 seconds later I had to walk right back out. This has to be one of the messiest a store I have ever seen. You cannot walk down the aisles with a shopping cart, because there are SOOOO MANY merchandise boxes on the floor that have to be put on the shelves.The employees had a nonchalant attitude, or no sense of urgency in wanting to get it done.Very unsafe, sorry but I will not be back.

Convenient and easy location. A lot of products are actually over priced but its disguised by flat dollar amount rates. Most staff are friendly but theres an extremely rude, customer service lacking female manager there. She gets the job done but is not pleasant what-so-ever

Incredibly narrow aisles with merchandise all over the floor in stacks. About 8 people in line and only one cashier. One plus is that the staff is pleasant and helpful.

This store is usually short handed in staff. 90% of the time I go there for b something there are boxes on merchandise that needs to be put in shelves stacked in the isles. They are constantly running out of products that are on sale, which I feel they should order more of items that are placed in their ads since they know ahead of time what is going in ad

They need more people on the register most days but there customer service is ok could be a little more assertive and friendlier

They have such a nice selection of hot sauces for a great price. I also got some of their yoga pants once and theyve become my favorite pair to wear.

The stores aisles were a bit cluttered with boxes of product that hadnt been put away yet. On the positive side the cashier named Moe was very nice and courteous.

I went to family dollar in Dayton, Nevada for a part-time Christmas job. The manager was so rude. She said ive already hired and pointed to 3 young girls all of them were behind the front counter including the manager. I told her ive owned my own retail store for 7 years. She kept looking at my white hair and me then proceeded to turn her back on me. I said can you at least take my name and number. She did, I could see by the ages of the girls, approximately 18 - 21yo and herself i would guess around 25yo. That store could not possibly be bringing in top dollar. D. R.

The worst condition Ive ever seen a store. Racks in throw out the store all merchandise looked like rummage sale. The only good thing was the cashier.

This place has alot of stuff. And the majority of the employees are really sweet. Except for the old white guy with a pot belly.

I go the only for the curtains and rugs. A bad experience with cashier who clearly was a racist and hateful attitude. I was gonna buy a single roll of tioler paoer and the cashier ran up 3 dollars. Another time I was standing in line and I was first in line but I was not served and ignored until a person if their same race came in line. If you happen to have white skin then expect to be treated bad and be taunted and bullied

This place is deceiving - most everything costs several dollars. They place a brand name at say 7.99 next to theirs at 3.99. Their comparasons are not that accurate and their own product is still expensive.

Never enough cashiers...but they do greet every single customer who walks threw the door.
