Customer Service was amazing. I was charged no money for fixing my MacBook keyboard as they looked up and found that my Laptop was still under 4 year warranty. Very Helpful staff, will definitely comeback for further issues.

I had multiple problems with an iMac mini and dropped in to see if they could help. They took the computer at that time and and had it repaired the next day. Staff was professional, took the time to listen and upon return of the computer, made sure we were satisfied with its performance. Definitely would use them again.

My Macbook screen stopped working and after contacting Apple, it was eligible for a warranty repair. They recommended Compulink since it was close to my home. They did a great job and were able to fix the problem and have my computer back to me in 3 days. Tony was super helpful and kept me updated about the repair status. Would highly recommend this computer shop and will be coming here if I ever have any problems with my electronics.

I had a couple of computer issues. Tony has always been very helpful every time that I have gone there. He assigned the work to Paul who helped me with these issues. Paul took care of my two concerns and was very patient in explaining things. I have always been happy with the customer service that I have received from the people at Computer Link.

I had taken in my 2020 MacBook Pro because at first, half of my screen turn black and then went fully black a day later. I was originally quoted $670.00 as a worst scenario for the screen repair, labor, and for possible damage under the screen. The repairs were done in less then week and to my surprise free. The individual who assisted me explain that apple offered a type of warranty that covered the cost for which I was extremely greatly for as I am a college student with not much money to spear.

I have brought here a Mac and a PC laptop and both times they did a great job at a reasonable cost.

Love this place. We have been there many times over the years. They have been life savers more than once to our panicked high school and college aged children. They have been efficient and straightforward about what could and could not be done. Prices are reasonable. Highly recommend.

They were very professional and super courteous. I use my iMac for work everyday and when the screen shattered one week after buying it, (thanks to my 7 yr old), they allowed me to bring it back home and continue using it after they assessed the issue. When I brought it back to be repaired, it took them less than a day. I was able to not miss any work in the process.

Be careful a few years ago the owner Stole my computer, he took all of my information and loaded it on an old computer that didnt even look like my computer, put all the certificates from my newer computer on the old computer and had the nerve to charge me for stealing my new computer. The last photo is what my real computer looked like. This happened a few years ago but I still have the box my computer came in. Just be careful of this guy.

Needed my screen replaced literally kept my computer for over a month due to needing to replace a part that was being shipped from China. When I received my computer $300 later I was informed my mouse keeps jumping by the tech who replaced my computer screen. My computer came back completely hacked!! I could of just bought a whole new computer. Run DO NOT go here at all cost!!!!

I went into this store desperate to save my 9 year old macbook pro. They did not only save it, it works like brand new. Now that I an working from home full time I needed my computer to operate fast and efficient. ComputerLink saved my computer and I cannot be more thankful. I walked in and had had it ready in hand 4hrs later for less the $300!!! I am so happy!!

Tony was AWESOME! He was so nice and actually cared about me as the customer rather than what he could get out of me. They were extremely busy with phone calls and other customers, but they were able to get my computer fixed quickly. I cant thank them enough for their help!

The owner and staff that I interacted with were all very friendly. They fixed my laptop for a quarter of what best buy said it would cost.

Tony the owner is the man, his team is awesome and very knowledgeable and will get you back up and running. Sometimes they can have a lot of workload but rest assured that they will get you back up and running with confidence! I dont buy in with the poor reviews because that is not the case! With part ordering etc, especially with the Covid pandemic has put suppliers in great demand and things can take longer. This is no reflection on their quality of service and dedication to the customer. I highly recommend them to anyone!

Went in a few months ago for a battery change and had to go out of town for a few days afterwards. I asked if they could hold the battery and they said they could but that it would count against their scores. When i called them a few days after they threatened to return the battery (that i already payed for) if i didnt come that same day. Very unprofessional and battery also seems not 100%

SUPPORT LOCAL BUSINESSESThe battery on my 8 year old MacBook Air needed to be replaced. I contacted Apple support to arrange the service. Computer Link was offered as an authorized Apple repair station. I have done business with Tony and his crew at Computerlink before. So I am computable with the excellent quality of the workmanship, High standards of customer service, and best of all Computer Link is a LOCAL BUISNESS. We must remember in this age of online sales and services if we as a community do not utilize LOCAL goods and services these LOCAL providers will not be there. I may have to pay a little more for the convenience of utilizing LOCAL services but the peace of mind that I am supporting a LOCAL business that I may need to be there in the future.

Hands down best computer store in san joaquin county

These guys gave my 27 iMac (which was 6 years old) an upgrade to a 4 GB SSD (Solid State Drive) and increased my RAM to 24GB! $850 bucks saved me from spending $4,500 on a comparable new imac. This beautiful machine should last me another 3 years. Excellent.

Always have what I need

I love to support small businesses especially during this time, but this is a business I will never support again.Took my office computer in on the 16th, was told that it would take a few days to look at and start repair. It has now been 2 weeks waiting. I had to cal them and speak to someone myself for them to remember to diagnose my computer on the 20th. 3-5 more business days they spoke of. Cool, that’s not fine since it is my only work computer, but whatever.27th I was called and spoke to disrespectfully. I have been waiting for my computer for two weeks now and they said the next part will come in Saturday due to their order not shipping completely. I asked for some discount because I was waiting yet again another week. The person on the phone stated that they are not giving discounts and should be charging me more instead. I said that’s not right because it’s not my fault their part warehouse didn’t send the part. After a back and forth I got annoyed because he was disrespectful and incompetent. He threatened to just stop the repair and cancel the part. I will be getting my computer and going somewhere else from here on out.

They are great they can be used for Apple Warranty. I call Apple to have my computer fix that’s either under warranty or recall. Apple try’s to have me drive to Sacramento or Modesto which sucks with Traffic no matter which way I go. I know about computer Link from along time ago. I asked Apple are you going to pay for my time to drive to Sac or Modesto and or give me gas they all ways say no. So I asked what other option do I have and they send me to Computer Link which does a great job. I never had a problem with them ever. Thank you computer link. You Guys Are Awesome.

He did his best an made sure apple wouldn’t charge me, he did everything he could and it worked out. This is 100 percent real review not being biased but I am being honest this place was great an did an amazing job will be going here again and I strongly recommend this place to everyone who read reviews before going to a place.

Made an appointment and was told they didn’t have the pieces to repair my camera and was told I was going to receive a call the following day. Was also told to return the following Monday. First, they seemed to have forgotten to give me a call. I call Monday and they couldn’t remember who I was and said they would give me a call within a few hours... that was 3 days ago. Not the type to leave a review but this is terrible customer service. Sorry!

This place is a huge rip off, I gave them my MacBook Pro on a Tuesday because my KEYBOARD wasn’t working and I just wanted them to replace it and all and they say they were gonna give me a call the following Friday or next Monday. It’s been 4 weeks just to tell me that it would cost $400 to replace the keyboard with a battery AND a new top on top of that with a $60 scan. And even if I don’t want to get it fixed I’m still charged $60 out the door. If you live in Stockton and need your electronics fixed DO NOT COME HERE.

Please stay away from this location, extremely rude. I dont want to leave my system that has a warranty with this establishment. They are not trusted.

Just had my late 2009 IMac crash on me, so I upgraded to the newest OS X, and got the glass screen replaced as well. All for a bargain. Tony and the team took care of my issue and had my computer back to me the same day. Thank you Computer Link. I will return the next time I need your expertise.

Some inaccurate but quickly fixed

A rip off. My computer wasnt charging anymore and thus I sent it to them to give me a diagnostic check and to fix it. The man said there was nothing wrong with the laptop, and still charged me 60+ dollars for a simple diagnostic test. There are plenty of places in town that will do a diagnostic test for free. Avoid at all costs.

I went to this place to repair my MacBook Pro. They forgot to put the screws back in the bottom of my laptop. Then when I signed on they had put a password on the computer. So I am not able sign onto the laptop. After paying them to replace the hard drive because it had crashed on me. Doesn’t seem right the a right way to do business. They are supposed to a Apple authorized repair dealer. I will be contacting Apple and all other sites.

This is my new go-to for any computer related issues. The service was awesome, the people were awesome, and the final bill was awesome!! No pitch to sell you something you dont need. I highly, highly recommend this place.

I had a very good experience here. Didnt know what to expect since Ive never really had any computers or laptops repaired. Ive always had my electronics repaired by the manufacturer under warranty. But rather than drive to the nearest apple store, i came to computer link which was recommended to me by an apple care advisor. So I went and Tony the gentleman who assisted me was very friendly and helpful. He asked a few questions and checked my macbook air right in. Dropped it off Saturday, he told me diagnostics would be run on Monday and laptop would be ready Tuesday. Surely enough his words were true. Laptop was repaired around noon. Overall great first experience, would recommend to others. Laptop was in same condition as i dropped it off in.

Just got off the phone with these guys they told me they were gonna call me back in a half hour and let me wait over an hour to call me back wouldn’t set up an appointment to verify if my new CPU tray is functioning properly. Basically these people are douche bags.

Went in for one thing that could not be done, because the new hard drive would not have fit. However, came out with a machine that was no longer sluggish - after they operated on it!! Great guys.

Was looking for a 650 watt Psu they had it in stock and saved it for me.

Very quick service and helpful staff

So far the tech been called out sick since friday and I again today after telling me they were already looking at it, to me this is very shady. I dont like being lied too, so far my patience has been tested, if I cant get a response by tomorrow, I am just going to get my laptop back.

The place can be a hit or miss depending on what you need done and whos helping you. Tony is very helpful and polite, along with another gentleman that helped me today.

First of all, I have been using computer link for some time and have had no issues until recently. My daughters tablet would no longer hold a charge so we took it in to the computer link staff to have it repaired.A few days later we checked in with computer link as to the status of the repair. We were told the battery was no good and needed to be replaced. We were told on two occasions the new battery they obtained was also bad. One month later with numerous promises to provide an update as to what was happening, we got my daughters tablet back. I was a little irritated but understood it may have taken them extra extra long to obtain a new battery. I can get one from amazon in three days free shipping but, whatever. I probably should have fixed it myself! Moving on, the tablet now holds a charge, mission accomplished. Not so fast...My daughter told me her tablet wont connect to the internet. After examining the tablet the 64gb sd card was missing! Still not the end of the world. My wife called them up and they said they would look for it and call us back the next monday. No phone call, which seems to be a common practice for the staff at computer link. My wife called them, they claimed they had no idea where it was and refused to replace it. Quite a waste of time and money followed by copious ammounts of frustration. I will NEVER USE COMPUTER LINK again.

Repairs on laptop were supposed to take 2 days. Took 2 weeks.No communication, no estimate.Got the laptop home finally only to discover that the DVD player no longer works and one of the USB ports is ruined.Oh, forgot to mention, they lost my power cord and had to give me a new one.
