Disappointed is an understatement. I am at a loss of words for how bad they messed up my order. I emailed over exactly what I wanted, printed out a physical copy, and brought it on usb which they uploaded. They said stacy was the one in charge of my order and if so she needs to learn how to read. I came in to order memorial cards and it came so botched. They decided to go from white paper to BLUE not only did they change the color they changed the entire font and format, instead of cursive they wrote it in print and only put ONE WORD in cursive. Like how?! Also they even misspelled the name! Its now the day of the memorial and they are yet to be ready! Spend almost $90 for these! The price is fine but at least make it right!!

I stopped on the way to an appointment. It was 1130am and I was #13 in line for printing services. I left and came back at 3 pm and was #3 in line. Friendly and professional staff! Even happily copied and laminated my CDC vaccination card. Great service and pricing.

Stacy helped me out she was so understanding and very helpful. I had originally ordered my cards online. When I got them they did not look as I planned I went in to this location in hopes they could fix them for me. They were not able to do Stacy ordered me new ones and they came out to be 100% better than I expected. Go to Stacy for all your business card needs shes understanding and percise.

This place is getting out-dated. Not a lot of inventory and products in the stock. However, some of the services are still amazing and available just like times before. Clean environment and atmosphere. Doesnt take too long to get services done. Just wish they would keep up with the market and stock new and more products like other big companies.

The latina woman was very rude to my grandfather. He is elderly and does not know how to use the phone he recently purchased. She was in the copy and print area, and told him it wasnt her job to help him and he should go somewhere else. She told him to buy a landline phone on aisle 9, and to leave her alone.All he asked for was help looking at his text messages and making calls. I can not believe she treated him like that. She should be ashamed of herself. I hope you get closed down for discriminating against him like that.If you keep treating senior citizens like trash, you will go out of business. Karma hurts.

This is the worst store Ive ever been to. The customer service was garbage. Spent 2 hours at the store asking the staff if I could buy a display piece desk. They said no, but then, another guy came in and said that we could buy the display piece. I paid for it (400$) and went home, telling them that Id come the next day to pick up the desk. I came the next day, in a truck to pick up the desk, but the staff in the store were too lazy to help me disassemble the desk and take it to the van. I got mad right there and even told them that Id pay extra to have it loaded. They still refused to even help me to get it to the van. They didnt even offer to give me a refund! If I were you, I would drive another half mile to the Office max nearby because that one has much better customer service.

I usually order on line and pick it up here. I save money on shipping charges. The staff is always friendly and helpful.

With the COVID-19 they are keeping things in stock, even though their running out of some of the ink cartridges for printers. They didnt have the colored ink for my printer, but at least they have the black ink cartridge. So if you need ink for your printer and you dont want to order it online, then it will be a good idea to give them a call before going there to get ink for your printer

On me I picked the wrong location for my online copy order.I got there and though there were five waiting customers at one point; there was only one person to serve everyone.He didnt really acknowledge me or let me know what was going on for quite some time, I am talking five minutes or more. He finally stated that someone was on lunch.A customers son vomited and we tried to tell him, he dismissed us and said someone was coming. When the person arrived it was to help the customers, not to help with the vomit. At which point we told him he should not be so quick to dismiss people. Rather than apologize, an unnecessary conversation ensued.Though I received an email stating my order was completed, paid for and ready for pickup. I still had to wait in line as if I hadnt done anything of these things. They have online orders ready for you, but nothing to speed copy orders on there way.I definitely recommend the Quail Lakes location. They are more fully staffed and have excellent customer service!Due to customers son who vomited and the delay in getting it cleaned up I was given cuts in line. Even still spent 8-12 minutes to pick up my order that was done & paid for 😕

Employees are extremely limited and have no idea what they are doing. We wanted one item printed and not only were we standing there for an hour waiting because he didnt know how how to work the equipment he also didnt understand how to help a customer. In the hour that we waited 5 other people came in line behind us and he would randomly select a person, ask them what they needed and then not follow through. Then when one of them needed help with the copy machine the worker asked my husband to go help her! After we waited for an hour he asked if we could come back tomorrow. I wouldnt be standing here for an hour if I could come back tomorrow! We were ended up going to Modesto and were very happy with their service there.

The employees are always super friendly and always helpful when I ask for separate receipts.

Maybe theyll go out of business to the way of Amazon/Ebay or other Internet services. Bad attitude always seems to be something wrong. Atmosphere is shot. If I remember right they locked doors on me and waited until they saw me pay for my items. I know theres a lot of theft there because i used to do security for college square. I remember standing in the game stop thats where the problem used to be. One of the workers kind of followed me around for a while until they asked me if they could help me. Very uncomfortable places just ratty. But thats Stockton, ¢^¶ for you. Never seem to get it right.

The printing employee that helped us was very informational and helpful. She was great and even told us how to get prints easier thro their website. Wish they sold Samsung printers but otherwise I was satisfied with the service

Walked up to the door and an employee was standing there. As I walked up, a foot from the door, I looked at the hours. Before I could even locate the closing time, he said “we’re closed” and shut the door in my face. I looked at my phone’s clock 6:59. They close at seven. I get it, they are closed, but I could have done without the door being slammed in my face.

They are really customer service oriented and want to ensure you have what you are looking for. Love this place. We always use them.

Do not take your computer or any electronic devices to be worked on at this place, They steal hardware and purposefully damage your devices so your forced into buying something new and when you talk to corporate about it they all lie to cover their tracks and completely screw you out of your electronics. It seems a little mafia to me to go breaking peoples things that you offer services and sales of. This is by far the worst electronics store on the planet. Youve been warned.

Absolutely horrible customer service, no help whatsoever.

I was referred to this place to have my computer repaired. They dont explain their services well. I was explained that the file would be backed up and put back on my computer. When i picked up my computer, my files was not on the computer. Apparently, they charge separately for that service. It was not explained well in first place. If I knew that they do half the work, I wouldnt place the order. I would have done this myself.

Had to wait about 20 mins on line, only 1 cashier and it was around 2pm but didnt like it because the person in the printing area was doing nothing, not busy, while there were 10 cuystomers in line waiting plus 2 or 3 other workers on the floor not busy helping customers.

Easy to fine things

Sent a tiny print job with a deadline, was told theyd meet it and call us when its ready to pickup. Called to check about 30 mins after the deadline, still not ready but they only had one person in front of us and would call when its done. Waited FIVE (5) hours before finally calling back again and they still hadnt even started it. It was literally 10 copies of 1 print lol. Canceled the order and going elsewhere.

Office Depot is OK EXCEPT it has filthy floors. I have spoken to the cashiers about it and they dont care. You would think they could afford a mob. Store manager obviously doesnt care about the appearance of the store.
