Their ram gave my computer multiple blue screens, tons of errors in chrome and absolute headaches. Computer is likely permanently damaged due to their poor service and suggestions .Edit in response:I did contact your support team. They told me to remove my stock-installed RAM from the first slot and put your RAM in the first slot, moving the stock RAM to the second slot. This resulted in multiple blue screens, chrome crashes, and likely permanent damage to the system. Hence the rating. Thank you.
