Good option if youre looking for a place open 24hrs.... You can always get basic essentials here like milk, bread, cereal, soda, ice, beer, cosmetics, and of course pharmacy related items.... You can also use the photo kiosks to create and order custom prints from your phone, smart digital media card etc. & Purchase or Re-load prepaid debit cards issued by popular banks like MetaBank & GreenDOT etc.
Scheduled an appointment online for my COVID-19 booster only to get here and be told since the approval literally just happened, they weren’t giving them at this time. But I can call back this afternoon for an update. Unbelievable
Had 3 issues of the same problem! They don’t check there (Q) when doctor sends medication request, always waiting 2 to 3 days later, I always call my hot line to see if my doctor requests was sent to cvs, and always to my surprise it is, so yeah…..Who ever supposed to check the (Q) is not doing it! And when you call them, and ask if your medication 💊 was approved? And they tell you NO! like really fast! How would they know? If they don’t CHECK the Q……Because? The Q in another system…..for Hot Meds……
Went online to check for booster shots for my parents, who have busy schedules. It says that they do shots ever 15-30 minutes of the day (24 HOURS). I set their appointments for midnight, they went in, and they were told that the shots end at 6 pm because theres no longer a nurse after that time. IF YOU DONT HAVE AVAILABLE APPOINTMENTS DURING THOSE TIMES, DONT REPORT THAT YOU DO!
Great customer service by all means. The store is very well kept as far as cleanliness and organization. Managers are attentive and they always have a security guard ! Never had a bad moment here at this CVS.
This CVS gets a 2 star only because its open 24/7 and convenient. I have tried for several months to get this pharmacy to fill my medications accurately and timely. The counter staff in person and on the phone are always rushed and chronically understaffed and inaccurate. The pharmacists are burnt out because of their high volume. I will use them for after hours urgent medications needs, but I cannot recommend this CVS for any other service.
Employee working the window needs to work on customer service. Had my girl give them her contact info and they employee read another number on the screen at which point she answered that the number they had in the system was wrong but then proceeded to read the correct number and she told the employee to correct that issue please since the last time she had gone through the drive thru window. She kept asking the employee where did they get the contact info that was in their system and he had no idea. She didnt even recognize the number on file. Wooow it seems that now a days any number they put in their system they think it belongs to that customer. Instead of asking first for a recent contact number and then asking the customer if their number has changed..
I came to this cvs because it claims to be 24/7 and drove 30 mins only for it them to have a note “closed until 4am” on the door. Update the store hours
I dont understand why they can never answer the phone at the pharmacy. I just had a wait time of 2hrs. This isnt the first time. Something has to change at this pharmacy.

They are so unorganized at this place. They have no clue what they are doing. I came in yesterday to get my prescription after my Doctor called it in and changed the directions. He says it is okay come back tomorrow and we can fill it. I call in today and some little kid pics up the phone and has no clue what I am talking about. I am trying to get my script before work and the only reason I went to this one is because it is 24 hours. He told me to wait until 8 am until the guy I talked to yesterday comes in. Completely unprofessional and horrible customer service. If I don’t take my medication I get a seizure. They could not even care.
New management is absolutely Horrible! There are a few new He/She’s that are in charge and both have no place in customer service. They are rude, unprofessional looking and not friendly at all. It’s amazing how quickly with just the switch of a few people, that the whole store just became TRASH. Will definitely not be going back and will encourage others not to waste their time either.
This place is a total mess... I paid for home delivery and never got my prescription.
CUSTOMER SERVICE! thats what you get paid for people. I visit this store alot customer service has its good and rotten a** apples. Ben a clerk there is always rude and talks about the most random things that will hold up a line. When asked a question he will give you false info to dismiss you. Hes no help on the sales floor. This place is a fast in fast out type of store that you want. Anyways, Todd always has great customer service, I appreciate his time and assistants when I shop.
I was in a motorcycle accident and needed pain medication I called the pharmacy and waited for 30 minutes for them to tell me to come in with my prescription when I get there with my prescription they tell me they cannot fill it till 12pm waste of my time 24/7 for nothing
I do not wear masks Because I have a medical condition and it is also against my religion but they still kicked me out. I will no longer be using CVS For anything. This company is garbage.
What is going on with the outside of CVS??? The landscaping is dying from lack of care and maintenance. The parking lot is littered with discarded cups, papers, leaves that have hardly been swept, and overgrown weeds in the flower beds. Where is the gardening service? Where is the maintenance of the parking lot? Is this the image you wish to project? The lack of care is rather appalling. I was shocked the other day. I couldnt believe it was the same pharmacy. Why doesnt management care? Businesses around you try to keep their property looking well. CVS is the worst in this area of March Lane close to the freeway. I guess CVS at this location is trying for the Halloween look. Again, all the plants are dying and ill-maintained. The parking lot is hardly ever swept. Is it money?

Did not have the medication on hand. Asked to check back by 1 pm and We might have it by then. On the phone on hold over 20 minutes without a response. No effort to check other nearby CVS pharmacies for availability. Wish I could provide less than 1 star for non existent customer support.
Pharmacy InefficientEnsure that you call to update your insurance if there has been a change. The staff will not fill your prescription until you call and update. This is the 2nd occurrence this month, that Ive called about a prescription and have been told sorry, we have someone that is supposed to call patients to obtain updated insurance info. Have been on hold for almost 20 minutes waiting to provide my insurance as the person I was speaking to, doesnt update insurance. Have been with this pharmacy since they were Longs for convenience in proximity of my home. Will be switching!

Dont buy gifts from this place. If you lose your receipt they refund you the sale price even if you didnt buy it on sale. Lost $10 on a $20 purchase. I was told if I signed up for a membership I wouldnt need a receipt because they can look up my purchases with it. Completely lied to.
The cvs on west lane gave me a hard time about using my coupons and I came to this location and they totally helped me and never gave me trouble. Bobby and another employee that was working side by side was so patient with me and I love how they helped me and never gave me a hard time. I literally just left the store and I had to leave this great review and this will be the only cvs I will be going back to thank you.
Only gave 1 star because I had to, to leave a review. Dropped off my sons medical medication at 7:00 PM was told 2 hours since I had to pick up the medication for the morning. My son can not go without his medication and this was told to the lady at the window. She told me it would be 2 hours. Ok no problem, I called at 9:15 and they moved it to be filled in the morning. They never called me and told me so its a good thing I called to check. I told them I could not wait untill the morning I was told 2 hours. The man on the phone told me it would be another 1 that means I would have to go back down there at 10pm. Not ok with me. He told me they would rush it so come down and get it. I went down there and then was told it would be 30 mins they didnt even start the process. Im done and over this pharmacy.
The employees are always extremely helpful and pleasure to be around. Not a bad experience there yet.
I refuse to come back to this CVS. I just left there they only have two people working and the place is semi packed, I understand the wait and waited to have my question answered. When the time for me to obtain assistance cane the employee that helped me was rude and impatient and condescending. The lack of customer service will bankrupt this company! Never going to another CVS again in my life!

I just came for 2 additional copies of passport sized photos of my son, which I had done here before but the guy just told me No we dont do that upon explaining my self again, his answer was a cold no not at this time. Once again, I paid an Uber to pick me up, only one was ready. That third one was finally ready, AND YOU SHORTED ME 10 TABLETS! The ones I pay cash for!! Im sick of you guys! Youre incompetent, and I plan on changing PHARMACIES AS AS P! Ive had enough. Ill pick it up when Im damn well ready!

Have alway had great service from the overnight staff. Super friendly and move through the lines quickly. Tge store has a good selection of product and with the discounts and coupons the prices cant be beat if you shop smart.There is a redbox outside down away from the entrance so parking for that doesnt get in the way of store patrons which is nice.

This cvs never has any of its sale items in stock, I went almost everyday this week trying to buy the tide and dawn on sale but they were always sold out and couldn’t tell me when it would be restocked.

Junette, horrible cashier. Rude, seems careless, and lazy. She was rude to my mom when she was asking for a price on something and seemed to not want to come from behind the counter to show us. She doesnt have a friendly attitude and I wasnt satisfied at all.
I turned in my 9 year olds prescription on 12/23/2016 for his REFILL of bipolar medication and its now the 10th of January 2017. After numerous calls and complaints, the supervisor finally admits that they made a mistake. My son has been off his meds for over a week because of a mistake. Worst pharmacy ever, uncaring and most definitely incompetent!!!!
Phamacy sucks.They take way to long to answer the phone, 30min on hold and no one answers and when they do the place me on hold again. Dont chose this pharmacy. Switching ASAP. Bad management, need more employees.
This location was never opened for 24 hours, this location is next to Wing stop. Not to be confused with the real 24 hour location whose also on March Lane on the east side of town next to Applebees.
Pharmacy people rush you through like cattle, one lady barely looked at me while she continued typing at the register. No one offered to give me a consultation about the meds. The place is unorganized or understaffed, either way, its not the customers fault. The store overall is ok, clean, well not the parking lot

Not my pharmacy, but I had an awesome experience. When the line backed up managers and assistant managers hopped on the registers. That almost never heard of in California. I will be returning.
