The Overhead Door company in Stockton sent out a tech named Joe. He was very personable and did the job in less time than was projected. Excellent work and the garage door hasnt been that quiet in a long time. Definitely will call them again if garage door has issues.

He emailed me my quote and answered all my questions. I also got quotes from other companys and Overhead gave the best price!

Today I had Joe as my service technician. He was very respectful and answered my questions that I had for him. He was very professional. He replaced both of my springs and programmed my garage door remotes. I will be recommending the company and Joe the service technician to my friends and family.

I came home from a work appointment on Valentines Day in the early afternoon to discover the big spring at the top of my garage door was broken. That made the door too heavy to open. This was a Friday afternoon before a holiday weekend. I had visions of a long wait followed by a big bill. My wife had bigger concerns. She couldnt get her car out of the garage to run some errands that had to be run that day and she did not know how she would get to work on Monday.My wife picked Overhead Doors name from the internet and gave them a call. They asked my wife a few questions to determine the problem and gave her a very reasonable quote.Within 30 minutes Joe and Chris arrived and went to work. Within another 30 minutes they had replaced the spring, adjusted the opener and gave me some handy tips on user maintenance.The price was as quoted on the phone and there was no attempt to sell me any additional work I didnt need. Joe and Chris were both knowledgeable, professional and appropriately friendly.Thanks to Joe and Chris, our crisis was averted. You can bet the next time we need anything related to our garage doors, we will call Overhead Door.

Joe and Chris came to replace the spring for my garage for this morning. They were very professional and efficient. They even arrived earlier than I expected which was a HUGE plus since I was already late for work. I would recommend them to anyone!

We had a very good experience with this company. Our garage door opener was needing to be replaced and they came out in just a few days. Robert installed the new opener and showed us how to work it. He took the time to answer all our questions and made sure we were comfortable with its working. He also programmed all of our remotes including the old ones. Very patient man who was very thorough.

Not a very reliable company, be careful doing business with them. I called to have garage door opener replaced. Had to wait three days. On day of appointment did not show up, called office. They said could not make it. With no excuse. They wanted to schedule it the next day.No thanks.

Called this company for locks to put inside my garage door the guy on the phone said that it couldnt be done and I had said I had spoke to other company and they said they could do it. The guys response was that it couldnt be done, good luck and hung up. I guess they didnt need the business..,..

The worst company Ive ever dealt with. Three times to get it right 1 month later broken wheel called for help they say sorry we cant help you your warrenty is up!!! WHAT $500.00 down drain have to call someone else smh. Horrible customer service and creepy crew!! No recommended shady!!!
