Michelle is absolutely lacking in customer service and communication skills. We had a door installed, with various issues. The replacement has taken longer than expected (which is understandable), yet she refuses to communicate the process and when she does she forgets that the previous correspondence is documented via email. Can’t trust a business with staff like this representing them.
