Great service. Good job fixing the flat screen. I would recommend this place. They charge a fee to check your set and if you get it repaired, they take the amount off the repair bill.

This company repaired my television a few months back, they replaced a bulb in my mitsubishi. First a dot (bright light)started beaming through my television now there is several dots. I called in reference to the problem and was told to call mitsubishi lol.Long story short, they do not know customer service, they refused to fix the problem and dont care if you sue. Please seek services else you will be disappointed if you go with this company. They will find every reason in the world to not take responsibilityUpdate: I called mitsubishi technician on the way, problem was not my lamp its a SD card failing in my television. Not only do mitsubishi know customer service they are alot cheaper, I suggest you call the manufacturer.I appreciate customer service and a company that takes responsibility . I feel I am owed a apologie but the technician at California Electrics have a nasty attitude, very rude and can not accept he do not know his job! Take a chance with this company if you like just hope you dont have to call them back.They are friendly, quick and will temporarily fix your television when you are paying out cash. But call back and report a problem they will act as if they never knew you and treat you like a nobody.
