Was doing a little window shopping today and was surprised to see a video game that Ive been looking for.Also it was pretty cool to see some Star Figures as well. Ill have to comeback soon to get some.

Love the store and staff are always helpful but the lines have been insane lately most of which are people trying buy products to scalp for inflated prices. It is a shame.

Ive never had a problem. Everyone is always so hopefully. So sad that its closed for the moment because of the Covid virus but hoping it will open soon.

The worker was really helpful but there was only one person working so I had a question and I had to get in line for a question.... they need more workers. That place was really busy. Kinda makes it bad for business. Get it together managers.... would have gave more stars if there was more workers helping

I really like taking my boy there cuz the workers there are really good people helping and always be nice in the other hand prices are a little up there but other than that is a kool place to take your kids

I went in this afternoon and feel that the cashier was not interested in taking care of the customer. She was more interested in stealing from the customer- $26.00 to be exact. She could’ve done a better job of looking out for the customer, which brings customers back. In this case, my family, and friends I share this with, will never return.

The store needs a little bit of cleaning specially now with the virus going on the glass door was very dirty also the carpet needed to be vacuum also they need an air freshener. But the customer service is excellent the employees are very friendly and helpful.

Bought a Xbox controller for my kid and the clerk was honest in telling me I did not need to buy the extra insurance on it because it was a new controller. Thanks for saving me some money!

Great service and good selection. Whatever they dont have they try to find for you and give great recommendations for games and consoles as well as good info about what is coming out soon.

Store associate was very pleasant and went beyond to answer our questions.

I go to game stop all the time just to look around and see whats new. If Im in they area I stop to see what new pre-order I can get before it comes out. The best part is you can pick it up in store or have it shipped to you house.

Just went in today and bought a bunch of Funko pops and a controller for my Xbox Jordan was very helpful even gave my son stickers and a poster really appreciate great customer service.

The guy who was supposed to be helping us stayed on the phone for it seemed as if 10 minutes as the line grew longer and longer it was only one person to help a customers and it was ridiculous

Not the best selection of games, old games that are 10 -15 years old are still priced as the day they were put into stores and as usual, if you pay for a $60 game and return it to only get $4 dollars or less
