Decided to build a metal gate for my back yard, found AAA Ornamental Iron online and drove there for the supplies that I needed. I found everything I wanted there. Prices were reasonable, higher than normal due to inflation, but I figured it should last for the foreseeable future and I wont have to build a wooden gate again.

Need a gate for my backyard. Waited in line and was clearly the next person in line. The person at the register looked right over my head and said next. When I asked my question he was rude and seemed like he didnt wanna deal with me. Very nice to other customers though. Hmmm

I have been a constant customer here for 2 years now. I am a business owner and have been very busy working on quotes and needed a couple prices so I can report back to my customers. Called and lady refused to give me prices on more that 1 or 2 products. I needed 4 items prices. When I asked if she could call me back when not busy to get the full pricing she declined. Said she would give me two prices and that’s it. I said well I’ll have to give you a call back get the other prices. She told me she knows my number and will not answer my call and that I have to come in for prices only so I let her know that it is an hour and a half drive from my shop to theirs and back and my question will surly only take 2 minutes. This was EXTREMELY rude When I spend 3000$ here monthly if not more. So I went in to report the incident and the lady on the phone claimed to be the owner and when I told her I was upset with the way she handled that in these situations she told me not to come back then. So in this case I nor my business will not be coming here or any one that is looking for a place to get steel that asks me. Do not go here. Very very disrespectful to their constant customer and do not appreciate them what so ever.

Absolutely hands down the best prices on steel in Northern California. When I was in Tracy they were a quick 30 min away. But recently Moved my business to Union City. Now I get a price gap between areas for overhead and such. But Im constantly quoted 3 times the price in the bay area. 3 TIMES THE PRICE! It is worth the 60 miles to go see me favorite ladies in the industry. Oh the service is amazing way.more helpful than any big named wholesale company in the bay. Plus the biggest selection of scrolls, leaves and any other part you would need for your job or project. They have helped me succeed with their knowledge and low low cost. I will never not use AAA Ornamental. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Have everything you need to make gate and fencing and have neat big bird there that speaks Spanish

If you need any metal supplies (round pipe, square tubing, fence panels, decorative pieces etc..) save yourself some money and go here..much better prices than Home Depot or Lowes

Went to my normal iron supply store off Stewart, guys closed a hour early on Saturday, when I got there there were three other customers waiting outside, we pounded on the door, they opened it and refused to help us, so we all drove here to AAA. At my amazement they had way more to choose from, actually professional people and family operated. Win win.

Front desk Staff helped me on all my questions and are very friendly. They definitely have my business. A lot variety to choose from.
