Our company has been working with R & S for about 15 years. Today Kurt and Juan came out and repaired a high speed door that would not stop going up and down. Incident 1: Incorrect commercial garage door opener was ordered and had to be returned to get the proper one. This caused shop to lose business for closing shop due to the scheduled install now on 2 days. Instead of making customer wait I would of as a business owner drove to buy the part and make it right the next day.Incident 2: Incorrect quote was given and then some adjustment was made for a discount but still at the end of it the total was the same so that makes no sense but whatever.Incident 3: Conduit was poorly installed.Incident 4: Garage door opener failed due to some form of pin not being installed correctly.Incident 5: Paid for garage door repair but the repair wasnt done right.Incident 6: Bolts on the sensors were not properly put in and caused garage door to fail again. In the original paperwork it says 1 year parts and labor warranty in my opinion is a joke. If the device itself has lifetime warranty on motor and 5 year on parts why would the company give only 1 year? The manager said to fix the sensors that weren’t installed securely I would have to take down this review. I didn’t know the short 1 year warranty had a stipulation about a review now.From a company that is suppose to have a good reputation this is disturbing. On the flip side they do respond fairly quick. However, the manager tried to blame my guys for something we did not do.2/8Response to incident 1: You guys came out to physically inspect and still ordered the wrong part.Response to incident 2: The mishaps cost me more than $400 discount in business loss of customers.Response to incident 3,4,5: Job not done right thee first time and inconvenience but yes response was quick when prompted.Response to incident 6: Please send over pics of the original photo eyes installed if you wish to verify if it was correctly installed. We really did not ask you to fix it either we can easily take care of a screw. Its the principal of the matter of everything that happened and I did explain to you we can take care of it and only asked if you would rather do it since you guys installed it.Providing a warranty that is shorter than the actual device itself does not ring confidence. We are happy to update the review but by requesting a review to be removed that is truthful in nature wont be removed by google and threatening a company to remove a review for a repair/service wont happen.After all these incidents you have responded fairly quick when its brought to the attention of the right people. Lets see if things hold up moving forward and how this company responds.

I was very excited when I called the first time and received and immediate response, they sent Darren the same day to provide an estimate...but that was it, Ive sent numerous emails asking for a new estimate to include an additional commercial door and all have been ignored.I called today thinking maybe there is a problem with the Darren (you now with Covid and all) a new agent answered my call and he said he had to contact Darren before he could do anything, that he would get back to us asap...still waiting!Maybe our business is to small for them?

I ran into a bind this morning, with my roll up door, after calling different places, no one was available to come out until Monday morning. I was put in contact R&S Tri County and was told they can come out later in the afternoon, shortly after i got a call back From R&S rep Jason and said that he got my call and can be here with in 15 min. He arrived with his Service tech Casey. I was so impressed with their service. they had me all fixed with in 30 min. Very Professional Clean uniform respectful and clean work area. Casey the tech was very knowledgeable of the scope of work, i highly recommend this company.

R&S came through for my residential driveway gate operator. Enventhough they were not the original installers, they came and replaced the control board.
