They have a great assortment of bedroom furniture, dining room furniture, sofas, accent chairs, coffee tables and servers.The prices are reasonable and the sales staff are helpful.But, if they dont have all the furniture on the website available in the store and since they dont have a return policy and everything is final sale, it is hard to order what you havent seen.

Spent 7000 on a bedroom suite and living room suite in October of 2020. When they came to deliver my bedroom suite they brought the WRONG ONE!!! I called the store and spoke to the person we made the purchase from, and told him that they had sent the wrong bedroom suite….. His response was that was what was on our invoice! I told him I didn’t careWhat the invoice said that was not the correct set….Then he called me LIAR!!!I was livid!!!We finally got the correct bedroom suite the next day!They delivered our sofa and it was the type that had electric recliners on both ends…. They brought it in and we’re NOT GOING TO PUT IT TOGETHER!!! Like we know how to do that!!! With many calls, one of the delivery guys put it together for us…..Now here we are 1 year later and the couch is broken!!!!!They picked it up and said there is no warranty passed one year!!! We made it right under the wire to get it “fixed”….. needless to say the couch is no longer in my house!!This place will tell you anything to make a sale and not stand behind there furniture!!!

Extremely pleasant shopping and purchasing experience - friendly, informative, did not hover.We were also pleasantly surprised by the affordable prices and quality of the pieces. Made it an easy buy. We receive our sofa and chairs next day only and I would highly recommend checking them. Delivery guy call us before and inform about the expected delivery time. I’ve bought my furniture from them multiple time the quality of the furniture is outstanding. The staff is very welcoming and always willing to assist you in finding exactly what you need. I have been to many furniture shops but nothing beats Home Style Furniture they offer quick delivery, unbeatable prices, a wide range in variety, and are operating in a very COVID friendly way right now. I have gotten furniture from sofas, beds, to tables from them and they really work hard in making your vision a reality. Home Style Furniture is the only place where I will be doing any of my furniture related business in the future.

Would recommend not to buy any thing from them. They sell very poor quality stuff at very high prices. Customer services and after sales warranty very is terrible too.

DO NOT BUY HERE. If you see a review over 1 star it is staff or friends/family. For whatever reason the drag it on and tell you your furniture is coming this Friday or the following Monday and dragging that on for the next month for no apparent reason when then can just tell you the actual date. I am pretty sure they lie about calling the manufacturer.In my case after a month of telling me its coming driday/Monday suddenly the manufacturer made the wrong size couch and canceling was near impossible. They always say they will call you back-they dont.Just go somewhere more reliable where you know youll get both quality and at the very least average at best service. All the negative comments on here are true!

*I dont even want to give any stars but google makes you give something in order to post a review* We were not happy with our purchase of a $1400 recliner chair that they classify as a transformer chair. Raj seemed to be honest and polite when we visited the store at the time of purchase but then came delivery day. We made it known on purchase day that there were certain times of the day we were not home due to working. When I called to enquire about delivery time, I was greeted by one of their ignorant sales men over the phone who just blatantly was rude and didnt care about anything I was saying. The miscommunication between him and the delivery people was unreal. In the end, the delivery people just literally dropped the huge box on my front lawn and left while no one was home. We sat the chair up and within a few days my husband noticed a small clunking noise and movement coming from the foot rest. 12 days after purchasing a brand new chair, you shouldnt have any issues with it. I wanted to return it and get a full refund but even though Raj told us we had 30 days to return it, he told us no refunds at all. So we are stuck with a broken chair that they said they would have a technician come out and look at. Not good enough in my books and the way I was spoken to on delivery day and today when wanting to return the chair, is just plain ignorant. I made sure to record the conversation in case this plays out in a way where I have to get the BBB involved or more. I dont recommend them at all and should have stuck with my gut when I read the other bad reviews on this place. They are two faced and will tell you what you want to your face but after that, be forewarned. So unprofessional. Only after your money, they do not care about honoring quality workmanship or service.

I had a great experience here. Raj and the Home Style Furniture team created a custom couch for me with a chaise and European-style built-in bed in the colour and material of my choice. They even called me back after purchase to offer a sturdier option for the couch which is better for the pull-out bed. I received my delivery today and love this couch more than my original purchase! I also purchased a great carpet to match. The delivery was quick and easy. Highly recommended!

I just made a purchase of a large sectional sofa from Gary and was very pleased with the exceptional customer service over the phone and via chat.I left a voicemail to inquire about a product and when he called back, I forgot which model I was inquiring about. I told him what type of sofa I was looking for and he recommended me the perfect model very quickly. I now have to wait for my product to be shipped to the warehouse to my home and hoping that it arrives when expected. We ordered a dresser from Home Style Furniture. Delivery was delayed by several weeks. When it was finally ready for delivery, they called and left an incoherent message. We tried calling back and couldnt get through. Delivery guy showed up the next day in the pouring rain without calling first. Then he literally dropped the dresser off the truck bed (looked like about 3 or 4t high)! He told us itll be fine and left our dresser there getting soaked in the pouring rain.Edit: I dont want to blame the delivery guy specifically too much. Its the company that sent only one guy to deliver a big heavy dressor. And they probably had the driver on a rushed schedule too. Seriously, you guys need to work on the delivery service. Very unprofessional.

I bought a king bed and a couch from the online store and I’m stuck with a couch in beige when I ordered a grey which looks like I’m stuck with. My 1500$ bed has center leg support crumbling like wafers. The shop wouldn’t help because online store is different from the physical site according to them. Any email sent to their customer service at info@homestylefurniture is a joke which I’m still waiting to hear back. They sent me one single slat for my center leg support which I don’t know what to do with. Fix your website and have the decency to reply to your customers.

Bought a sofa when it was delivered we couldn’t find a back cushion. Called the store and spoke to the very rude and ignorant Raj who hung up on us and at one point said he would fight me. We did find the cushion under the couch in a zipper. If your not setting these up send instructions for people to be able to find the parts. In the end got the sofa it’s set up but this store lost a customer for life and everyone I speak to will be told to take there business elsewhere

I went to the store about 4 weeks ago and the showroom is very large, they have new styles from about any brand you can imagine. Andrea helped me purchase a few items for my home and they have everything I needed. The prices were fair as well for the quality of the items I received. Needless to say I walked out of there happily. Around came delivery day and I got a call from Gary to confirm my delivery between 3 and 6. I have never had a delivery come to my home with a scheduled timeframe before so kudos to the extra attention they give in terms of customer service. The crew brought everything in and their expertise in handling the sectional and dining set shows. Khan knew exactly what to do with each piece. I put everything together and it was all perfect. They also told me if I needed help with anything just to call the store and they will look after me. I had an amazing experience with this store and I highly recommend them to anyone. A few weeks ago our beautiful new sofa arrived. This sofa is totally amazing. Our problem right now is that the temptation to just sit and enjoy the look and feel of this sofa is a little overwhelming. We are very satisfied with the service of this company. We received a very nice leather recliner couch, it is very comfortable and it lights up. It even has a wireless charger! We are very happy and we highly recommend this company and the product. We got our item literally the NEXT DAY!! We hope that we can have a location in Mississauga so we dont have to travel to Hamilton though haha but it was so worth it.

So I cant review the product because I havent received it yet 🙃I ordered my couch in June. Paid in full. And was told Id have it no later than the end of July.End of July comes around and I still havent received a call to schedule delivery. I call and text Multiple times. Often Im told that theyll call me back and then they dont.I finally go in and Im told that my fabric was backordered but Ill have my couch no later than labour day.Surprise... No couchNow the last month and a half has been calling the store over and over for updates. Being told theyd call me back. And they dont. And also promises that my couch will be here by the end of the week.They really just dont care.-EDIT-Couch finally came. Quality looks pretty good. However after be reassured multiple times that theyd deliver it up to my apartment.. they didnt. It is currently in the buildings lobby while I wait for someone to come help me bring it upstairs.-EDIT 2-I was reassured multiple times by Raj and Mike that they would bring it upstairs. So no thats not an excuse. Everyone had a mask and was socially distanced.

Home Style Furniture has great items but terrible customer service. If you have the time and patience to deal with their employees, you might find something worth effort.

Worst Buy ever.I purchased a Lucy HSF left chaise light grey off the website on sale for 749 and waited 3 weeks for it and when i got it the color was incorrect. I requested a light grey as for the ad says and i received a Ivory. when i called the store the person told me we dont sell that color and after taking photos to show proof they understood they were wrong. They informed me that the image on the website is old and out dated and they dont sell light grey. Worst Service I ever had i will never shop here again and will tell all my friends and family never to shop here

This is absolutely the worst furniture place to purchase from. Their delivery service is garbage, i received my furnitures all chip up when i tried to get a new one, they tell me this isnt mcdonalds. I gave the benefit of thw doubt and still decided to do businesse with them cause i really wanted to get the bed frame, i lost the receipt and they told me if i couldnt get the receipt, they cant help me out. They are a bunch of scam artist. They will sell you fake wood and tell you its real. DO NOT PURCHASE OR DO LAY AWAY WITH THEM. AND DONT BELIEVE THEM WHEN THEY SAY THEY GIVING YOU A DEAL.

I was thrilled to have front door customer service and exceptional work ethic with all the staff at this location, transactions with the person helping me with finding a proper bed and everything going with it. Then delivery date and time were right on schedule, then it came down to delivery guys, I understand that theirs a deadline or per delivery time slot, but be a bit more about the customer service representative position of the store you work foranf take care of the expensive side of the items youve delivering to the customer.

Worst place ever!!! ordered a couch in august was told it will be 2 months wait. Got in december 2nd and it is the wrong colour. Called back and Mike the salesmen said that was the colour we picked. Now we have a $1500 couch that does not match anything. DO NOT waste your money here should of known with the no refunds and no return policy. sketchy to deal with from the start. Just BEWARE you cant get your money back if they screw up. Final sales on a couch I have not seen and delivered in the wrong colour. We even have the sample picture from the store that was taken that same day to make sure it was correct. Sent a picture of the correct colour and he said that was wrong. Once we called back he said well can you make it work? $1500 can you make it work? wow again just be careful people. Sketchy place to deal with.

They sold me furniture which was completely different dimensions then described on the website, and then refused to return it or exchange it.DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM.March 27/21 REPLY TO HomeStyle.....I’m an essential worker and my father died from covid the day I was supposed to return the tables. I told you this and asked for some compassion, and you said TOO BAD.The tables are un-used and still in their original packaging. 1 table is in an unopened box. Which I told you.As a company, your policy is terrible. As a human being, you have zero compassion and should be ashamed of yourself. I stand by my review.

Worst experience Ive ever had. Never again. My items werent delivered on scheduled date, despite the fact that I told them that I wont be at the address until December 11th. Item was delivered on December 7th and left at the door. Thankfully my neighbor was nice a enough to lookout for it. Still havent received my sofa that I ordered back in October. Apparently they brought the wrong color. Then shipped me another with different Configurations, which i dont mind because at this point I just wanted to received my sofa and just forget about this whole experience. I was told I would receive it on December 30th or 31. Still havent received it. Ive had to personally reach out to them every time just to know the status of my order. And the delivery guy didnt even want to unload the items. Overall I do not recommend ordering from here!
