Online it says theyre open til 8 P.M, i got here 15 minutes ago which would be 7:45 p.m. & they were already shut down, locked up, & gone... Most annoying & Unprofessional thing ever... Smh..

I love card city. The bay area doesnt have anything like it. It can be a true lifesaver selling gift cards you had lying(laying?)around.

Ive sold several of my unwanted, unused & partially used gift cards and store merchandise return credit voucher cards here without any problems.. theyre fast, fair & efficient.. youll usually get around 50-65% of the cards available balance paid in cash, on tvs spot .

They are always nice sweet and to the point. They give very reasonable prices for your gift cards too.

They paid 65% for my best buy gift cards.I couldve got 88.5% if I sold online to cardpool but I didnt have 7 business days to wait on a check .

First off this place received a giftcard from me for $326 since they supposedly couldnt pay out the $174 we agreed to half now half later which was $87 with a receipt owing $87 I go bk and they hand me a piece of paper stating I owe them cause the giftcard lost its value so I owe $102 plus there will be other fees for each gift card I purchased. I am so madd I dont know who the hell they think they are but KEEPING my $87 WHEN I NEED FOOD AND DIAPERS CAN CAUSE A WAR!! NOW SOMEBODY PLEASE TELL ME THEY CANT DO THIS CAUSE I WANT MY MONEY THEY HAVE MY GIFTCARD WHICH NEVER LOOSES VALUE!!

Only got 55% of cards value, only a portion of the 65-85% of gift card value if you were to go to say the machines in Safeway that buy gift cards. Heed my warning. Hope this his helps.
