Infinity glass installed all of our glass shower enclosures and glass shower doors in our new track home 10 years ago. Naturally the bottom door seal fails after time and I have had nothing but excellent luck dealing with Patrick at this company who always goes out of his way to fix me up with the replacement seals as they fail. He certainly has his company at heart and does a good job. Their products and quality are equally as good.

Infinity Glass installed our shower doors in our new build home. I have called 3 times to purchase a new door sweep. Each time the rep taking my call tells an installer will call me back. I have not once heard from them. Poor customer service. Also, several of our neighbors have had their shower doors shatter. The homes in our development range from 1 year to 4 years old.

Very poor on delivery estimated and follow through. They initially said that it would be 2 days to receive the shipment. A week later they scheduled an installation appointment only to cancel it because the glass hadnt arrived. They did this again a week later only to cancel again. 2.5 weeks after the original estimated delivery the shipment arrived and was installed. This was a horrible experience! We arranged our schedules around the phantom installation appointments only to be told that it wasnt happening. The communication was poor and the organization was horrific. I would have been much more understanding if they just started by saying that it would take 2 weeks. Never again!
