I didnt go to Alpine Market, however I went to the Taco Truck that is parked alongside the Store it is a kool-aid blue truck....THE BEST TACOS I have ever 😋 had.. 5 STARS. I have family from the Bay Area that have literally came all the out here just for them TACOS....

This store steals from its customers. They tried and almost successfully got away with a few scam. I made a purchase and got money back. As I was handed back my due cashback, I noticed I had a couple of one dollar bills. So, I counted and noticed I was short by $2. The cashier told me that it was because they charge a $2 fee for getting cash back. I said No, you cannot charge me for getting cash back. I am charged a fee from the machine andcorvmaybe my bank. But you cannot steal $2 dollars because I asked for cash back. After a brief and failed attempt on his part, and a slight argument he finally gave me my entire cash back. So customers beware, this market will scam you. Dont shop here! Its not worth it.

Nice, well stocked store with many items available, however selection is a little small in some areas. Could use some improvement in Frozen and Dairy section as well as lower some prices. Will visit again if item is needed in a pinch.

We purchased a Almon joy there and it was melted it was old it was nasty the coconut was in white it was Brown the chocolate has melted but they replaced it with a snickers bar. They need To rotate their candies. I mean it was really really discussing my bit in that bar and looked at us and all my goodness graces this thing has Brown coconut not white coconut. Anyway much love from the Chaka man. However the store was clean and so when the restrooms they had lots of paper towels and soap. AK ingredients for you to keep your hands clean dont you agree? This place could be way better. I would go here more often if they filled up the store properly and went back to making already prepared meals like they used to do. The staff is always nice though.

This store will be a 5 soon. It was a rundown market with expired products that has become full service grocery with a new meat department and deli that features a daily BBQ. The inside of the market has been completely cleaned and the owners are redoing the front facade. Working with the City of Stockton and because its a historic building, the State as well. So far, a wonderful contribution to the community!

This is a lousy store, with clerks that have really bad attitudes with everyone it seems, and they changed prices on items at the register instead of selling it for what ever they originally had it marked at!! Bad business!!

Its a market that mainly has water, liquor, very few items of food. I dont even know why theyre open they sell like I said act like a convenience store but its overpriced the prices are not on the items that you buy kind of like a trickery Market too much riffraff in and out I dont go there all the time but go there once in awhile if I need something desperately.

The BBQ is fantastic here. They also have a lot of other great food in the deli section.

Its a local market... The guys that work there are pretty cool. Prices are wired. Some things that are usually pricey are cheap and vice versa.. CHECK THE EXPIATION DATES ON ALL YOUR ITEMS. Some stuff is blantantly passed experation. uhauls are rented there and packing materials are available for purchase. Taco truck is located outside weekdays until dark.

Love their pan dulce and tamales. Now they have agua fresca and its delicious just like everything else

Its a typical neighborhood store and since having new owners it has greatly improved, huge selection of IPAs and liquor great prices, great hours, nice staff but parking is a bit cramped most of the time.
