Many times Ive went and the office is locked and no one is there. The last time I went (4 days ago) I called the 800# and the person I spoke with attempted to reach the property manager and the area manager but no one answer. So I left my # requesting a return call and here we are, 4 days later, and no one has called me.

There is something wrong with this place. There have been a lot of storage thefts recently. Last week somebody lost over $10,000 in property but the cameras that cover that section were mysteriously not working. I live in the trailer park on B st. Which is a stones throw from the storage place. On Saturday Oct.23 at around 2 am I heard a bunch of noise at the storage.. so I called the police. Told them how to get in and gave them the code to get in. I dont know if they caught anyone but two hours later it sounded like they were taking a sledge hammer to the doors. Called the cops again. I dont want them getting into my unit. Around 1pm I stroll over to tell the office but no one is there. Strange... there is a sign on the door that says they are open on Saturday. Sunday comes ánd I check my unit. Its OK. I check my ex wifes unit. Its ok... but in that same row I found 6 units with no lock...äll of them except for one had property înside. I did not go in. I dont want the blame. Ánd to top it off the front gate is stuck open. The poor people dont even know they have been robbed. Is this an inside job? Your property is as secure as a mouse in a cat show. This will be my last review on this place cause my ex and I will be moving our stuff to another storage facility. Good luck to the ones that stay. Ok. After talking to the manager and seeing the frustration on her face and hearing it in her voice I am sure it was not an inside job. But the owner needs to step up and get better cameras and repair the entry door and fence. Maybe hire a guard to patrol on random days for a month. But thats just my opinion. Eliminate storage pirates.

Excellent service answered all question and resolved problems immediately. Busy place though unit empties not for long. Not many units available as they go quickly

Ive been renting a unit here going on 4 years now. Its clean and the hours of operation are unbelievably awsome.Open from 6:00am and close at 10:00pm. These are the perfect hours fo anyone!Ive not once had any problems that they company caused. The staff are very helpful and polite.Im handicapped and I use to take my pymt over and the office clerk ALWAYS came out to my car to take and process my payment then bring my card and receipt back to me, even in the rain.

They are on their stuff with making sure everything is secure. The lady helped us so much when we lost our keys. So kind and helpful. The cost just keeps going up. Theres not enough cameras ever where. Someone changed our locks one time without telling us. Not professional at all. Some of the people that work there are rude. I wouldnt recommend this place all together. 😒

I am new to Extra Space, but to this point, I have been extremely satisfied. The manager, Jessica, is outstanding. She is professional, courteous and accommodating. She took the time to answer all of my questions honestly to help eliminate any of my potential concerns. The space is clean and well protected. I received a fair price for my unit.

Good storage facility 👍, its ok had a little problem with the units sprinkler system which had a little leak and then after my dad died and I continued to pay for the unit, they would not let me try to break the lock because it was still in my dads name and the office manager knew that my dad had died right after it happened. I was so upset 😭 and now I have to get a different unit and put it in my name and have my sister as a second person to be on the account to be able to get the lock broken off. Im not going through the process of problems that my mom has to go through for my dads unit, luckily we found the key for the unit that we thought we had lost. 😌

The staff here at Extra Space will go out of their way to accommodate your needs. You cant beat the high level of service that is provided at this location. Im glad I am a customer here instead of the other guys who just dont care as much about your business.These guys continue to check up on me to make sure everything is ok, not because it is their job, but because they want to make sure I dont have a bad experience. Michael and Devin are great and they will be the only ones I do business with in the future, even though I live more than an hour away.

A good clean and well managed facility. Moreover, a fantastic experience with the manager, Jessica, who went above and beyond to problem solve. With new construction blocking access to my stored trailer, she scrounged up wood blocks for ramps, asked contractors to move trucks and shoveled gravel while wearing all black in 85 degree hot sun to ensure I had access to my trailer. Wow, impressive.

Called today to see if there was any space available and spoke to Jessica Gray, she was very polite and very informative on the size Id be needing by my furniture I needed to move. I went down to see the sizes available per her advise. Jessica was very patient with me and showed me the spaces and was able to give me peace of mind. Thanks Jessica👍

Very good hours. Excellent customer service. I particularly worked out a solid deal for my storage unit with Devin. He was able to provide me with a manageable price and was given a nice, clean unit. Better than most of the other storage companies I have went to in the past.

Secure and safe. Staff goes above and beyond there duties. Always get a call when extra late fies apply. And super friendly. I ha e been doing business for years and zero complaints

Devin is the go to guy when it comes to your storage needs! He gave me a great deal and was able to accommodate me immediately! I only needed a storage for a couple of months and I was assured that when it came time to cancel the unit it wouldnt be an issue. If I ever need a storage again I would def go back to Extra Space Storage! Devin is a great asset to this company.

I rented a large storage unit from this place for about a year. When i picked up some of my belongings today, i was heartbroken to see my wedding and baby memories ruined by some sort of rodent. My unity candle was chewed up and looked like cat litter, my bouquet was saturated with urine and my babys blanket full of rat or mice feces! While i was there i saw a few roaches. I DID NOT HAVE MICE OR ROACHES BEFORE! When i talked to the person at the desk ( i was very calm and in no way yelled) he assured me they spray quite often and all he had to say was Im sorry. The whole reason to have a storage is to save your things. Now i just paid a whole year to store my memories only to throw them away. I have not checked my couches and bedroom set yet. I hope i can save a few things. I would NOT recomend this place to my enemies! No body deserves to loose their things and pay for them!

Look at the storage place I dont have my stuff there theyre too expensive

I talked to extra space over the phone and got a great deal and was called back very quickly by my local facility. Within a half hour i was looking at a unit and signing my paperwork. Jessica helped me and was very informative.

I love my storage Company, its right around the corner from me. In fact we share the same property line via a wall.Opens at 6.00AM -Closes at 10PM 24/7 with some exceptions for holidays.Clean inside units and a garbage bin to throw away the things youre tired of.The daytime attendant Andrea is absolutely awesome. She sees me pull up and comes out to take my payment because she sees how much I have to go thru getting out of the truck. Thank you so much Andrea you make SECURCARE SELF STORAGE ROCK!

This place is nice and clean. The price is awesome. I welcome anyone one to rent here.

Dont fall for their online special price deals. In their contract (which they will not fully explain to you) it says every 6 months or so they have the right to raise your rent. The woman in the office said that corporate evaluates and compares the prices to what people are paying before raising. I am paid up 2 months in advance and it shows it going up in 2 months so that does not seem like a review to me but more like a scheduled raise. They will continue to do so until it is more in line with their regular price. Good if you only want a few months at a cheap price with no contract but long term their are better options in Stockton in better neighborhoods. Plus the woman who was helping me was absolutely no help by just asking me if I wanted to come in and read the contract instead of trying to fix the problem. Do not recommend this place at all.

RAT INFESTED DUMP. Company has gone through so many hands and nobody has taken any responsibility. You pay for storage and then have to pay the dump. Not one thing was salvageable. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!!!! I CANT GIVE IT ZERO STARS OR ELSE ID BE GIVING IT A NEGATIVE ZERO.
