My experience with this dealership seemed to start out favorably. However, after my car purchase - Iβm a young girl purchasing her first car - I quickly came to find that the 2020 used car I purchased was in an accident, despite the dealership telling me several times it was not. I contacted the dealership multiple times about fixing the car. Knowing that they can get more money for the car due to the demand for used cars, they offered to purchase the car back. I wanted them to fix it, because, purchasing another car would be a whole new hassle. I reached out to Derek, the salesman who sold the car, about speaking to the general manager; He did not respond. Mike, the sales manager, was terribly rude and was of no help. Iβve attempted to reach out multiple times to have the dealership pay for the repairs of the accident (brackets falling off, bumper misaligned), but my outreach has been met with hung up phone calls.I drove from San Francisco to Stockton several times. The lack of professionalism and integrity from this dealership is immense. Give your money and business to a place that respects the time and money of their customers. I am disappointed, and hope that you will heed my advice and my unpleasant experience by choosing to take your business elsewhere.

I have leased both a 2014 and 2018 LEAF from Nissan of Stockton. Both experiences were nice and stress-free from beginning to end. I just turned in the 2018 LEAF at lease end to Ernesto R., who handled the process quickly and professionally, providing me a ride home from a very personable co-worker in under 45 minutes total. I always appreciated the courteous service appointments headed by Amanda, where I waiting in their coffee-equipped lounge. The vehicle was always ready within the promised timeframe. Highly recommended, and the service will make me consider a future all-electric Nissan over the other manufacturers.

I wasnt contacted that car was ready, no call with cost and it was 150.00 more than what I was told when I made appt. The only time the staff was friendly is when I finally came back after 2hrs of wondering the mall thinking they might finish if I was waiting in lobby. I was greeted by name and told they would print up my paper work. Thank goodness I didnt wait any longer for the call or text. Sorry to say I could have gotten the work done less expensively if Id listened to my friend. Then I asked if they could look at something that stopped working after I had worked done at dealership before and I was told they would charge me diagnostic fee of $167.00. I can get this level of service elsewhere and less expensively. Lost my future business. The new owners of dealership lost a lot, my good review and any future business. My neighbor has an Altima too, and I always raved about going to dealership. Now I will share this experience and I call my other friend for her mechanics number. Hell be doing my oil changes and anything else. Plus it will be far less frustrating paying someone else to right the oversight in work done at the dealership.

I went in to Nissan to sell my 2018 Honda Accord. I was looking to downgrade on our vehicle. We found a 2015 Nissan Sentra for 8k.. So we went with that car. Nissan was paying us out for our 2018 Honda and we signed a new lease with them for the 15 Nissan. The 15 Nissan wasnβt ready yet, Nissan said they had to do some minor fixes and clean it up because it just came in a few days ago. The sales guy (I forgot his name) said it would be ready by Friday (one week) so we said okay thatβs fine. We signed the papers for the new lease and drove with our (18 Honda Accord) until our 15 Nissan was ready to be picked up.One week passed no call. I called after 12 days passed to see what the update was on our car.Nissan Stockton representative said we donβt have you in our system. Let me ask my Manager.Ernesto the Manager said βWe have no update on your carβ. At this point my husband and I said just cancel the contract. Thatβs super unprofessional of them to not call their customers and let them know whatβs going on. Never again will we be going back to them.
Buyer be aware! I guess this pandemic crisis has bought back some old tricks at this Nissan dealer. False advertising, bait and switch, sub par customer service.. etc. Advertise a low price on-line and inflate it on the back end when you inquire with a bunch of useless dealer add-on not requested by the buyer. Glad we figured it our prior to making a drive to Stockton to waste our time! I would stay away.. do your due diligence and only deal with businesses with ethical and professional service, after all it is the least we can ask for as consumers. Cheers!

I really wanted to get into the new 2022 Nissan Frontier Pro X and that particular model is in high demand. After getting haggled on pricing with Lithia Fresno when they tried to mark up the truck $10,000 above the MSRP they have it listed at and advertised on their website as, I called Nissan of Stockton. I told Nissan of Stockon about my Fresno debacle and worked with Derrick and Mike who were really awesome and helpful. They listened to what I went through at Lithia of Fresno and guaranteed me the MSRP that they had listed without worry of a mark up. We were able to work the lease numbers out and get my monthly payment UNDER my max. This was amazing because it ended up being $150 dollars a month cheaper than what Fresno was trying to charge me. They were really great and got most of the paperwork terms completed over the phone. I took an hour and 20 minute drive up to Stockton where the truck was gased up, detailed and ready for me. I quickly completed the rest of my paperwork and then sat in the waiting room for the final financial signing. Most of the time in the waiting room, I was waiting with Derrick and was also visited by Mike to make sure I was being taken care of. They were extremely friendly, transparent and did not play any dealership sales games with me. I highly recommend giving them a call FIRST even if you live further away. Their professionalism and customer care far outweighs the convenience of your local dealership. You know you are going to get a deal that is mutually beneficial and not get taken advantage of. Nissan of Stockton will be my go to dealership from this point on and if you are a serious buyer who hates dealership games, they should be yours too!

3+ Months and no license plate yet. I suspect they didnt fulfill their responsibilities of the seller agreement. Trying to get to the bottom of this, but have seen others say the dealer didnt do smog and fulfill seller responsibilities. If its fixed or Im wrong Ill update the review.Update - They were quick to make the sell and didnt do any of the smog or other needed verification. Caught up once my temporary plates expired/fell apart. I had to drive 3 hours to them to get it taken care of. Its all good now, but I would not return to do business there. They really dont care about anyone other than the money they can bring in. Sadly typical of most dealers.

Purchased truck from them at the beginning of February and still have not received license plates. Stockton Nissan failed to smog the vehicle before they sold it to me. They do not return phone calls, so I was forced into paying for a smog out of pocket. When you do get a hold of them they lie and say theyβve completed their part and submitted information to DMV. Iβm currently driving around on an expired temporary plate and have to waste my time going to DMV to obtain a temporary operating permit.

If I could give no stars at all, I would!We had decided which car we want, and we were looking for that specific car in all the dealerships near and far. Nissan of Stockton had one. I communicated with Donald Knowles, told him that we are coming a long way and made an appointment to go see and buy the car. We drove 50 miles only for them to reject our sale.We arrived there and test drove the car, the AC was not working. This is a car that is only a year old, and close to $40K... the AC should not fail that quickly. That was first thing we addressed with Donald. He said he can fix it for us. I requested that he offers us a guarantee on the services because I dont want to see the AC fail again a year later. He got really irritated at my request as if I had no right. This was the first sign his service was not good.As we were discussing the price, he was adding a punch of line items that didnt belong to the sale. It was either services they provided on the car, or things added which we didnt want. We asked that he removes some of the things as we didnt want the added items, he got more irritated and refused to remove them.Then he kept pushing for our financial information, which we didnt want to share until we agree on a price, he got more irritated and left the room. Someone else who works there came in the room and asked Are you here for the Buick enclave 2020. We said yes. He said and I quote We dont sell cars like this in a very rude way and showed us to the door.I have never in my life felt so disrespected before. When someone is about to give you $40K for a product, learn how to be politeBtw... we ended up buying a better version of the car the same day from Alfred Matthews Buick GMC Cadillac for a lower price. No added cost or services or anything. Just the cost of the car, taxes, and DMV fees.
Do your research before coming to Nissan! they sold me a 2021 car and already brought it back for multiple problems. They told me they fixed the steering wheel buttons and they didnβt and my door button donβt work another problem they said they fixed the screen completely went out. They have terrible customer service!

Went in for an oil change straight forward process right great. However I never requested a car wash nor was aware that a complimentary wash was included with the oil change and found out about the car being washed until it was in the process of getting washed so at that point no going back anymore. my black car was returned to me looking like completely a** and not only that completely swirled and holograms all over the finish also. You can clearly see that it was just rinsed down and had all the dirt wiped around the entire car. Not happy at all sorry... would of given 5 stars but the way the car was returned to me is totally unacceptable....

I was on the market for a new Altima and wanted to trade in my other car for one. I had gone through KBB.com to get a no hassle trade in offer. Once the offer was made, it referred me to multiple Nissan dealerships. I had contacted all those Nissan dealerships from the East Bay to the Central Valley. I can tell you hands down, Nissan of Stockton was by far the best to deal with.At first, I spoke to a dealership closer to me (10 minutes away). That dealerships salesperson was too pushy for me. Even though I told him I did not want to go through the back and forth price haggling and just to give me his best price available, he would not.Nissan of Stockton was an hour drive from me, but I am glad I made the drive. I saw on their website, the exact model and color I wanted. I drove to their location and was expecting the same experience I had with the other dealership, but I was wrong, their service was great.Ryan Hinch was the salesperson that helped me with my purchase and trade in. As he showed me the car, I told him I did enough research on the car and knew I wanted that exact one if we can agree on a price. I told him what price I was willing to pay, which was a fair price under the MSRP. Ryan went to the sales manager and got the offer approved without the hassle of price haggling. Thank you Ryan for listening, I really wish you could go to that other dealership and train them. Love my car but not happy that the dealership forces you to buy βpaint protectionβ βplastic door edge guardsβ and the βlojackβ system, all these things add upto a couple thousand in extras I know I for sure didnβt need and they wouldnβt remove them because βalready installed on the carβ - first wash of the car I donβt think it was ever paint protected water didnβt bead up special at all and as an enthusiast I can tell if a car has ceramic coat or a good wax job and this one did not. I live in an extremely low theft area for cars so lojack is really zero use for me. The door guards peeled off within a week of purchase and they charge like $400 for those and materials I bet cost less than $15..So good dealer other than their forcing you to buy overpriced things you donβt want. I would of took my business elsewhere but they had a very specific model car I wanted so I just dealt with it.
Purchased a vehicle here. I would give zero stars if possible. Within 2 weeks of purchase the transmission went out. We were also told that there were tire sensors that werent working well but there were never any sensors to begin with. We were told that they placed Kahu, the anti-theft device in all of the vehicles, well they must have missed ours because when we inquired about the service we learned that there was never a device installed on our vehicle too begin with. This place is garbage. Do not buy from here. We do not recommend it. They will tell you things are installed when in truth they are not. I cant believe pepple would do this. Cannot trust their word. Do not buy here.
