Cant say enough about Roy at US Motors. Really great buying experience, not only did he work with me on the price but since I was coming from out of town he came in on his 1 day off to make it happen for me. I would definitely go back for future purchases and recommend to friends.

I was told I couldnt test drive a car I was interested in until we came to an understanding on the price. I have been to a million dealerships and have never been told that in my life. Found it rude & unprofessional.

My husband and I have purchased three SUVs with Roy over the years, the two most recent being made over the summer of 2017. Roy made all our purchases very easy, in and out within a couple of hours, and we didnt feel any pressure. We went to several different dealers, wasting our time, who wanted money down without looking at our credit, or tried to put us in vehicles that we didnt want. Roy checked our credit first to make sure he wasnt going to waste our time and get us the best possible interest rates out there. I explained exactly what type of vehicles we wanted and what type of monthly payments we wanted to make; no down payments for two of the three vehicles, so our payments could be where we wanted them to be, and a down payment on the third since we really wanted this SUV. Roy kept it real and casual, worked hard to get what we wanted (especially with our third purchase experiencing mechanical issues that prevented it from running as smoothly as the first two.) and Roy made it his priority to ensure us that everything was corrected and fixed in a timely manner. Roy has not let us down. Roy will NOT take your money and run, Roy will NOT put you in a vehicle that you are not happy with. I highly recommend Roy and will definitely continue to purchase vehicles from him in the future.

Never get a car here . These people have stole my down payment Im now talking to a lawyer. I have recorded calls with Roy telling me they should of returned it but still have not returned my down payment. If anyone wants to join this class action lawsuit contact me and my lawyer but dont get a car here

I loved my experience at u.s. motors...my brothers mom got here corolla there her boyfriend got his truck there...now I got my focus from there made it super easy..I think i was in the office for a hour or so ...
