This place is the worst!!. RUDE employees who look miserable! I asked a question about the package being shipped and the guy helping me said I dont know I assume so all while looking annoyed. You work here dude if you dont know then find out, thats your job. After I paid, there was no thank you, have a good day. He just began talking to the next customer behind me. Adidas needs to partner up with someone else because if this is who theyre trusting to process their customers returns, then there is going to be a lot of complaints. To the FedEx on March lane employees, working the counter on 10/21/21 If you dislike dealing with customers then maybe you should find a different line of work because your customer service is TERRIBLE .
This place has the worst customer service. Stood in line for a prepaid print order. Get up to the counter 20 minutes after standing in line all for the man to tell me someone else needs to help me. Get sent to another counter to wait in yet another line when my print order was sitting on the counter right where the first man was working. If my experience wasn’t bad enough, I had to watch another employee be rude to an elderly woman shipping a package. Everyone hates their jobs here I guess. I’m sure they’ll be going out of business soon, and I won’t feel bad or be surprised. They’re not even trying to impress. Will be searching for another print center, because this place sucks.
This was my first time using the print&go there and right when i walked in Jake was there to greet me and asked if i had any questions or needed help. Told him i needed to print something and BOOM!! JAKE WAS ON IT. He walked me through every step and did it without looking at the printer. So Thank you Jake for your ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ service.
If I can give negative stars I would during this visit at this location I was trying to drop off packages that I received from Adidas.com as returns which were all taped up and labels on each of the packages. As I was dropping of the packages to the representative at this location he notified that I cannot ship back my returns back without fillers even though I was reusing the same box and condition as it was delivered to my home. He explained to me it was a FedEx Policy and I as I asked him where does it state this in your location or website during the return process? He said to me that they dont have a written policy on hand or dont know where on the website. So he called the store manager and she again explained the same thing to me but she also stated it was a policy but no written documentation to it which should be visible to customer at the cash wrap with the other policy regards to packaging returns and etc, so she said she would have to find it and she can call me when she finds it. Then I ask her where can I find it on your website and she said I dont know. So for a store manager how do you enforce a policy that seems made up you have no documentation nor dont have any clue where it can be found to back up what your saying to customers. This completely a sales tactic to force or trick gullible customers to pay $3.99 per package for filers. Lucky Im a Operations Manager for Adidas. I will be filling a compliant through your partnership with FedEx because that means they treat our customers the same as they did with me. I hope a FedEx representative reaches out to me regards to this matter to resolve this matter.
Slow as heeeeeeellllll for even the simplest job. Takes 2 days for one letter size color print with no edits whatsoever in high quality? This should take 2 minutes maximum. Yea not coming back no more... smh
Over the past couple weeks I have come to this FedEx 7 times. Everytime I am here there is a younger guy, I believe his name is Jake, that is always extremely helpful. He alone makes it worth coming here. With what is happening right now his fantastic attitude makes those around him feel genuinely happier. On top of this he is extremely helpful. Promote this man! I will definitely be coming back with more business.
Just seen a video on social media of two employees at this location throwing packages into their FedEx truck intentionally to cause damage. To make matters worse they threatened the individual who was filming theyre unethical behavior.
The obese latina woman with curly hair forced me to stand outside in the rain. I am very weak and have severe bone loss due to my treatments for leukemia.I told her I was going to stand inside away from every one else, and she ran up to me and started yelling in my face.Honestly, you are going to go out of business soon. And, Im glad because you deserve it.

For first time customers of returnsFedex should have advice me first that they will charge me for packaging. I didnt know that i can bring my item in a box and they could just do the label.The team leader/member just got my item placed it in the back without telling me first that i will pay for the pouch. After he sealed it he print the label and just advised me that the pouch will be paidThe bag he choose is 2.99 plus tax is 3.15 total.Felt bad since my item return cost only $7.19 and i returned it since the item is not that good quality.Then this fedex will make money out of you!
The company I emailed never received it and they would not issue me a refund.

I gave a star because I had to. I Expected a package on the 19th, the driver pulls up, then leaves, didnt even attempt to get out of the truck. I call FedEx, they garentee me my package will be delivered today. Lies. It didnt come. And tracking is changed to the 22nd seriously...! Its going to take you 3 days in the same town.... That driver should of been made to come back. Ill make sure the company I purchased from knows what you pulled.

I had to print some documents urgently right before 10pm on December the 1st. The staff has been amazing, extremely helpful. I don’t understand the bad comments. I think some people when it gets to their mail or parcels get really stressed but most of time the staff at the local office can do nothing about it. The whole process is responsible. What do we get, losing patience at their office? In my case, They offered me a great service, good quality paper for the printed pages. I can only recommend them.
In early April my Mother in law passed and I was asked by the family to print a handout for her funeral. It was late evening and the employees were all busy pushing out a large order that was going to take the rest of the evening. but the night manager stopped and walked me through the process, even taking control a couple of times, to ensure that my Mother in law would be honored properly. The level of care and concern was remarkable.
Ok so Ive been here before and had to wait a very long time for help at the counter, understandable but annoying. Today I went in to print copies of invitations for a birthday party. I brought my own card stock and printed it myself with the help a guy named Jake. He was super awesome and even showed that I could cut them with their cutting machine. This saved me an immense amount of time trimming them at home like I thought I was going to have to do. Customer service like that is hard to find and greatly appreciated.
These guys were great. They handled my e-submitted order right away. We were able to discuss it on the phone the first time I called. They called back to verify the pricing before finalizing. And they shipped it out same day to our customer in Tulare, CA.This was a great experience. With FedEx Office on line I was also able to save my document to have it printed at any location if I need another copy. So local and national Im a fan.
I usually go in for self service print. Today there were more employees than customers and needed help with a return package and print label. The man who seemed to be a manager sent me to the print and go email even though i had a package in my hand and said i needed a return label. Customer service number one rule is LISTEN TO THE CUSTOMER! Spent 30 minutes in the store for 3rd employee to finally tell me the code was expired. Even though my Email said it expired the following day.

I use this facility at least 3 times a week and every time I set foot in the place every employee tries their best to avoid any and all customers. If I need something down within 2 hours god forbid! I didnt realize printing 5 pages took 2 hours... If I ask for faster service I am met with anger and shock that i would ask for such a thing! I have used FedEx in every business I have been employed at but I am done using them. The rating would be lower except the gentleman who is the manager actually tries to give good customer service.
The staff is very knowledgeable and attentive. Someone is always ready to greet you and ask if they can assist. I am a long time customer and really appreciate the great service.
This place is awful. I waited in two different lines because no one was helping. There are plenty of staff in there but they dont ask what you need help with and when i finally got some help it was all self service still. Their machines are old and outdated and most of the time dont work. The two ladies that were ahead of me attempted to fax out their papers MULTIPLE times with fail. I attempted twice and just left. The lady helping shouldve stayed with us all to get it done rather then showing us what to do and leaving us to fend for our selfs. I will never go here again. Waste of time!

If there were a rating lower than one star, in fact negative stars, they would earn rating of -5 stars. I placed an order to have a book bound on the left-hand side. Upon my return to pick up this order I found the book spiral-bound at the top. I found this to be the most unbelievable thing Ive seen in a long time. I would strongly caution anyone considering using this store to reconsider. The service is slow and incompetent. I asked them to replace the book. They said no. It seems, they say, that I signed a waiver that they were not liable for any damage they might cause. I didnt think I signed a waiver for incompetence.
If your there to scan a document it can be a pain. The employees there will only go so far and then leave you alone to figure it out on your own. Then to make things worse once you do figure it out, theres a 50/50 chance your document wont go through. The employees will tell you theres something wrong with your email or the P.C cant accept that email for security reasons. If you want to scan documents without any issues whatsoever go to Office Depot right around the corner in the same plaza. 5 minutes tops they will scan your documents themselves without you having to handle it to make sure its being done correctly.

This is the second time the counter person wanted to repackage my shipment. The first time, I just took it to FedEx in Sacramento no questions asked. All I want to do is return a package back to my company via the prepaid mailing label in the very same box FedEx delivered it to me in the first place. Last time it was because the contents shifted ever so slightly inside the box. This time she rejected it for a small tear in the outside box. Had I used brown mailing tape she would have never seen the tear. Well guess what, the Sacramento store had no objection. The previous reviewer was dead on in the description of the employee. This is no coincidence and I plan to lodge a complaint to their corporate headquarters. If I could avoid using FedEx all together, that would be my first choice.

I needed to change the place for a delivery and tried to do it on line. I generated a username, password and answer to a secret question. Then I tried to log on and was told that my logon information was incorrect. So the computer offered to send the info to me if I could answer the secret question. So I did. The question was What was your mothers first name? I believe I know that! But when I entered it i was told that my answer was wrong! So I tried using the phone. That took a half hour as I got passed between a computer and some people. Finally, this was accomplished. Whew! Would not recommend this to anyone.
Worst fedex shipping center. They have a bunch of extra rules on top of fedex shipping. I had an irregular box with a fedex label. So it was just a drop off. They wouldnt accept the box due to the cardboard over laping. If they are not making money off you, they dont want to deal with you is the vibe i got.
I have been to this office today August 4th, 2017 around 7 :30 PM. I wanted to print 2 pages, sign them and scan them. I asked one of the staff to print them for me, he said go and use the self service computers, and choose the Basic workstation it should do it for you. I went a head and used the KIOSK. I printed the two pages and was charged $0.70 for using the computer, and 1.18$ for the printer.Later I wanted to scan the pages, I used the same workstation, and was charged $1.75 for using it and the software was not working with the scanner,, then a staff member told me I am in wrong station, I should have chosen different option Design station, and aI did that and got my scanned pages. It costed me another $1.96$ .. SO If you want, have to go there, ask for somebody to do it, and do not trust the staff to send you to the stations ! you will waste your time and money and then no refund will be given to you, they will tell you you already get the receipt ! !!!
I always use this Fedex to fax school papers, and the workers are always super nice and helpful.

They take sooooooo long to help. Their refund policy is a scam. I was charged then they said they would automatically refund me but I was still charged. Now I have to take a bank statement and my receipt back in the store to get refunded. Their internet and machines are extremely slow, I was here for 1hour and 30 minutes just trying to print from my google drive!
Awesome customer service and a very clean place to print papers/copies. I was able to print a big floor plan here.
These people are rude and lack rudimentary common sense. They refused an RMA of a box that was too dented for them when the FedEx driver dropped it off that way. She was making example of the holes on the side being reason for refusing to take it, yet those holes were the perforated handles intentionally added by manufacturers found on most heavily-boxed items.
I tried to ship a package and computer crashed dassia said it was ok to leave it there and she will take care of my box when computer came up and also call me i waited about 15 minutes no call so i called female andwered the phone said she didnt know what box and dassia was on a ten... i went back saw my box in a corner while she was helping someone else... i was like when u tell someone you will take care of something when computer comes up and customer is waiting for a confirmation call . Out of site out of mind should never be part of customer service. That box could have been there all week if she went to break and didnt care about it when she got back heck next she would have went home after her shift was over I wont be going back there any more!!!!!! UPS here i come.
Has what you need for shipping and printing. As for the people working there, the asian girls are ok, but there is this older skinny white lady who wouldnt help me until the line started backing up. She tells other customers that shell be right with them. I was standing there for 5 or 10 minutes She must hate latin guys.
I needed to write this as its really bad place to go too.Ok as many of you wrote this already same with me. On three occasions I had my box opened up because they wanted to see inside for no reason given. They also wanted to rebox my items because there was a bump on top. Now I leave because Im not going to pay them to re box something does not need it, so I take the same item to Fedx by my work in Concord NO QUESTIONS ASKED. Just dropped off no issues with my boxes at all what a difference in customer service and what a scam in this place…. I don’t even set foot in this place again.
As with the other posters, I have numerous times tried to drop packages off here for shipment, only to be told they needed to be re-boxed due to some minor crease or bulge in the box. Every time they have told me this, I said no thanks and drove a couple miles to a local postal center that has FedEx pickup. They take my packages no questions asked and they arrive at their destination without issue. Why this FedEx location has such a inane desire to repackage everything is beyond me. Absolutely ridiculous.

Not enough people to help and when I got to the front of the line I was told I had to go stand in another line if I wanted a receipt for the package I was dropping off. Both workers knew I had been waiting and I got no help. My title company sent return envelope via FedEx so I used it, but I will not use them again. Ive lived in various places throughout the country, but I havent seen customer service this poor in a long time. Cmon Stockton or youll get more bad press than you have already.

They need more people. Every time I go in there I always see people standing around waiting. Half the time their self printing and scanning machines don’t work! Most the workers are friendly but they try and help to many people at once then they forget to come back to you.

Poor, Manager would not accept my box because it had a dent in the side, they stated that the box ( the one they they delivered to the site ) was not in good enough shape to use to ship back the parts, I find this to be a double standard, they delivered the Box with the dent in the side and then they have the Gall to say its not in good enough shape to use to send back the parts !!, they INSISTED I BUY another box to ship the same parts back in the box they delivered because it was no longer acceptableTalk about Stupid
