I love how big and spacious this location is. Its really cute and its a nice spot to hang out or do some work. I visited today however and while trying to order a Frappuccino with the cashier, some girl behind the counter started shouting at me in a very rude tone that she was out of mocha so she cant make that Frappuccino for me. Theres no other drink I can order here, so I asked for a chocolate croissant. They gave me the wrong croissant. I didnt complain because I didnt want food getting wasted for no reason but this was very far from the best experience.

Kristen was super helpful in helping me choose which drink I wanted for my wife.

Super friendly baristas! They were all really nice, quick, and made some great coffee. I’ve been coming to this starbucks for years now and i’ve very rarely been disappointed by my coffee. I wish they had more tables for people to work at but aside from that it’s a great location.

Horrible connection. I could not reload my card. Items more expensive than listed. Pop cake was listed at $1.99. Charged $2.25. On a good note wasnt charged for water. Last week the Starbucks in Tangers outlet in Deer Park charged me 1 dollar each for water. Staff bery patient with my reception issues.

This is a superb place. I like the service, the food and drink, and even the vibe. If youre having trouble deciding whether or not you want to go, I think you should say yes and go to this place. Although it didnt look the same during the coronavirus pandemic, its still good.

This store tends to be a little iffy with efficiency however, they’re always nice. If you happen to catch a time that the only dude that seems to works there, Rob or something similar, you’ll have a beyond superb experience. However any other time of day, it’s a 50/50 shot. It’s amazing to watch this kid zoom between people always helping whoever isn’t being served, constantly helping his coworkers. If that kid isn’t the store manager, he should be.

Place is nice and very busy full of students!! For some reason it was 38 degrees outside and they had the AC on?!?!

I love this starbucks!! this has to be my favorite one I wish I lived closer but anytime I am in the area this is the one I use my order is always right and never any problems and all the girls are soooo friendly!! I havent had great experiences with the one in Riverhead by me. Maybe you guys could show them how to kill it with customer service!

This location is under new management and you can see that over the last year everyone is so much happier to work here! Store gets lots of mobile orders, so don’t place your order and walk in 3 minutes later expecting your entire order ready! Even if it looks empty in there, there mobile orders don’t ever seem to stop!

Pretty good. Coming here to meet a friend to speak German. Came early enough to get a table!I originally gave it 4 stars. Why not 5 stars? Im frugal. This place is expensive. When considering the value proposition though I suppose I ought to give it a 5... The food is improving here. More nutritious than it used to be.Note: mid December 2018. Wallpaper is Peeling off the half-wall near the pickup area. Old adhesive tape is visible behind the peeling paper - time to get this fixed for good, isnt it?

The service was fast, and friendly. The place inside was clean.

The staff was friendly, the restaurant was clean. They even honored my request to turn down the music. But Starbucks coffee just seems like mud to me. If I wasnt with other people I would have gone somewhere else for coffee.

Staff was really sweet, brought over some empty cups for a toddler to play with!

This is very busy Starbucks location. It is right by the 347 highway for easy convenience. The server is very nice every time they take my order. Line is long at times but it moves pretty quickly. Pick up coffee and cake is always fresh!

Very generic Starbucks, I went here with Marvin to study the other day and it was almost completely empty. I love the huge painting on the wall that takes up almost the entire space, it adds a really nice touch and personality to the Starbucks. We ordered a salted caramel macchiato to share but it didnt really taste right to us. Also I was disappointed that this location closed so early, we had to leave at 10PM meanwhile I was expecting at least 11PM.

Im an emt who was on his way to work and stopped in for a coffee. The guy behind the counter picked up my drink for me because I was a public servant in uniform. Place gets not only my respect and my business from this point forward.

Very clean and nice Starbucks the seats were clean and it looked new it took fast for the drinks to be ready and the line is very fast the drink was really good and this Starbucks made me feel like I was at home I am defally coming back here again and I recommend this Starbucks if you want to be at a clean place and if you want to feel like you are at home

Mobile order was placed. They had 1 drink up when I got there, working on another and started the last frap and forgot about it and made other drinks until I had to remind someone that I was waiting for the last frap.

Went there around 430pm Wednesday. The inside was unkempt, counters a mess, cold food section was unstocked & whatever was inside was tossed. The man that took my order was very pleasant & the girl that was making the drinks seemed unsure, which was very evident after I left and tasted it, my peppermint mocha frappuccino was not as pleasant and heart warming as it usually is. If I had never been to a Starbucks before this would have been my last time, I enjoy SB in Main St., Port Jeff, Selden & Miller Place always friendly, clean & comfortable

My experience is that the atmosphere and staff is the same as in any Starbucks, and this is in an ideal location right off of 347. Parking can be tough at times close to the store, but there are always spots a little ways down. My only gripe with this particular Starbucks is that the consistency of the drinks vary far too much. Overall a Starbucks that matches the chain expectations.

I told them to make sure my black tea lemonade is shaken, yet they NEVER shake it-- NOT A SINGLE TIME. Its one of the easiest drinks to make, and they cant even do it right.

This Starbucks location seems as if its always understaffed. There will be at least six people on duty and yet only one person making drinks.. always expect to wait long.. only come here if you have enough time and youre not in a rush..
