The new manager Danielle seems to point out only the African American staff when talking down to people the last few times Ive been there. Ive also openly heard her speak about her employees as if the customers werent there. Her attitude is as if she doesnt want to be there and the store is constantly a mess. There are a few employees who were always nice but since she started working their the environment is no longer welcoming. I will be going to a different location if she is still there.

Marge is just the best. I go daily with my bf for our morning coffee. Marge is always there keeping it all running in tip top shape (so don’t the other employees I just don’t know them my name!!! Keep up the great work!!

Product is very good.But unfortunately the people working nights leave a lot to be desired!! Especially when you inform them that a product rang up for double the price that is advertised right on the shelf in front of theProduct itself. Which as far as I am concerned is nothing short of either false advertising or theft!! Being told youre crying over $3. No I work hard for money and dont appreciate it being stolen from me !!! Well on a bright note the gas station just down the road from this one is now getting $10 a night that I used to spend here!!

I used to get the Sunday Boston Globe at Cumbie’s weekly, for over a year now none of the news papers are put together with the different sections. It’s a mess and so frustrating that I will not return!

Half the pumps are out of order. I only go here in emergencies so not that often. Every time I come at least three pumps are out of order. Who is in charge of getting these fixed??

This has to be one of the worst I have seen for the morning commute. Every Cumberland farms I have seen in the mornings always has the hot sandwich bar constantly stocked, not this one.You can never get a hot sandwich here. Employees are lazt and social butterflies. You want a cold sandwich you can get one of those that is overstocked. What does that tell you.....MAKE HOT SANDWICHES AND KEEP IT STOCKED.

Never had problem everyones always smiling, singing and dancing and this is all the locations everybodys very warm and welcoming with every customer that walks in and out the door .... Braintree too much attitude from the manager Mike and hes this way with everyone.

My husband and I have been coming here as part of our coffee routine since the old one was open across the street. I absolutely love this cumbies, every person in here makes me feel welcome and respected ALWAYS! I feel like Im visiting friends! Lol. Would definitely reccomend to go to this particular one!!

Relatively new station. The mart is very clean and pleasant, the second entrance off of Lincoln s]St. is very convenient.
