I had really nice service today. I also got my covid test down through drive through. It went by so smoothly. I had to book it 2 days in advance.
Almost every single time I go to the drive through pharmacy, no matter what time of day, or what day of the week, theres a long line of cars and it takes on average, 10 minutes per customer. So if Im car number three in line, Im guaranteed to be there half an hour. They allegedly have two pick-up lanes but the last time I decided to be cute and use Lane number two, somebody had stolen the delivery cylinder. Of course they didnt tell me this until there were an additional 2 card backed up in the first lane, and I wasnt about to get back in line at that point.
Cashier mike was very helpful and polite to every customer.
I had an appointment for the Flu shot at 4:15 and finally got the shor at 4:50. Why bother making an appointment if the make you wait that long.
If I could give negative stars I would.Slowest drive thru line ever!! Rudest pharmacist too. Rolled her eyes and raised her voice at me when SHE got the name wrong when she was looking up my script. I Absolutely hate coming here.
This pharmacy is absolutely the worst. All the technicians are incredibly rude and I absolutely hate coming here.
Longest wait in line, both in drive thru and in store. staff who don’t seem to have ability to multitask or move quickly. 20 min in line for only 2 customers to get there rx is ridiculous.
Used to be a great pharmacy. Now I consistently wait forever for prescriptions. Today it took me 50 minutes waiting to find out they didn’t fill my prescription because my medical plan changed and it will take another hour. No courtesy call, just bad service. Going back to CVS.
This evening I had to set up a Covid testing appointment at Walgreens (online). I was having trouble with setting it up (probably due to my fever), so I spoke to a Pharmacist named Melissa. She was Soooo helpful!!!! She told me that everyone who called, was calling for the same reason was having the same problem as me. She walked me through it, she found the problem, not me. Kudos to you Melissa. I couldnt have done it without you! Many Thanks in Advance!
Worst Pharmacy EVER. I wish I could give it a Minus Stars but it wont let me. I will be without 3 of my Medications that are waiting inside the Pharmacy because of power outage. Called & was told that I couldnt get any from the Canton Store. I really need these Medicines, I told them that hopefully I will make it till tomorrow without me getting really sick & was told nothing they can do. Thank You Very Much For Nothing.
Horrible experience everytime I go. Nobody knows anything. They are rude and very unprofessional. Would not recommend. Switching to cvs

I have one simple question to ask over the phone: how to leave this pharmacy for another? Have been on hold for 41 minutes and counting.The last two times I have tried to pick up my prescriptions here, this Walgreens has misplaced my doctors orders and made me wait an unreasonable amount of time. (Most recently, half an hour; before that, as many days as it took me to call my doctor and confirm that my inhaler had in fact been prescribed.)
Sat 11/10/18 . Drove 9 miles to pick up rx. Store closed. Would have been nice to post this on website. Couldnt have moved rx ready for pickup to another store?
I went to Walgreens yesterday to transfer a prescription as I am new resident to the area. The pharmacist took down my information and asked when I’d like to pick up my prescription and I asked for today, being Friday, as I need my prescription by Sunday. I should have know as the pharmacist did not speak to me at the counter, rather she sat behind her computer and I had to repeat my information multiple times. I called after work today and was on hold for over an hour to find out they never even called my old pharmacy and was told it was not done because the pharmacy was “slammed” and would call now. I informed the person who answered the phone that my old pharmacy was closed after 6 and on the weekends. I told him to cancel my request so now I have to wait for my prescription until Monday when my old pharmacy opens. I’d rather drive a half hour to my old pharmacy than deal with the terrible customer service I experienced at this Walgreens.

Customer for close to 20 years, visiting location in Stoughton, MA (05755) at least once a month to pickup my wifes and my medication, getting flue shots etc. For last six plus months I was experiencing horrible service at Drive Thru window picking up medications. Waiting for 15-20 minutes behind other car becomes normal, Im not sure what could cause such a huge delay to process Rx pickup unless insurance and similar issues are being taken care of at Drive Thru window.. If this is the case, I strongly believe those kind of problems should be discussed with customers in question inside of your pharmacy without holding pickup line. I can not consider ready for pickup phrase seriously if I need to wait 20-40 minutes depending how many cars are in front of me.. I would never bother to write this letter if that has occurred ones or or twice, I understand there my be staff shortage or other reasons. It became normal by my estimate and its getting worst. I can tell existing management is not capable running Walgreens at 413 Washington St in Stoughton, Massachusetts. I hope for quick change, otherwise will have no choice but switch to CVS across the street, I can rarely see more than one car at their Drive Thru window.
This store is by far my favorite store. When i walk in and see familiar faces, thats what makes me feel comfortable. Recently, ive noticed a bunch of new employees, eager to work and on top of their game as far as what they learned when hired, i appricate that they want to learn but i enjoy the employees that have been there forever, they are friendly, happy and they understand that i dont need to be asked a million questions. I was there a week ago and was asked 2 times in different isles (by new employees) if i needed anything, it seemed overwhelming. I go to this location at least 3 times a week. Its a shame its not 24 hours anymore. As a mother of 3 under 6, my husband and i relied on this location. Too bad its all corporate now. Im giving 5 stars because i know and appricate the employees that have been there for years.
Dont try to call the pharmacy no one answers waited on hold for 30 minutes. No wonder they cant compete with CVS. Stick with CVS absolutely horrible pharmacists. So not just the insurance companies making decisions about your health now the pharmacists think they are doctors.
This store seems small & out-dated compared to other Walgreens. Not the friendliest store if you are shopping with coupons & an older gentleman that seemed to be a manager is there! Also it’s a pretty location. I was there around 8:30pm checking out. Had some problems with some points not posting on my transaction & the manager was not helpeful when the cashier called to help! He was too busy hauling around a cart around the store at a very slow place almost looked he was just there killing time. Cashier was a sweetheart though, too bad management was a fail to him when he asked for help. I left anyhow & got my problem with points taken care of right away near my home immediately! I don’t think being on the floor prancing around killing time is as important as taking care of your customer’s needs & addressing cashier’s concerns! Line was soooo long & the manager instead of checking people out at the 2nd register just told the cashier to hurry up with m transaction right in front of me! I will never give this store my business again! What do 2nd registers or the register at photo center exist for if no other employee steps up to help when it gets busy? Gave this store 2 stars based on the manager’s awful customer service on the night of 6/25/18 around 8:45pm! Cashier was very helpful & truly showed concern for my issue however. Management needs to step up at this location & there should be more help available during busy times!
