Luv my AT&T Store... the customer service is super-duper!

Customer service is excellent moise and mike are very knowledgeable and helpful definitely recommend this store

Dont know what theyre doing at all (just an authorized retailer). Got something to take care of, go to Milford location, thats the Corporate store and they will get you squared away! The right way!!

My husband and I drove Sandra and Mike crazy. Very patient and kind. The customer service was great.

Great 👍 in Stratford area

I went to this AT&T retailer and was very pleased with the help of the representative. He was more than customer friendly. He assisted me with every question that I had asked and with servicing my cell phone.

We went to the Stratford AT&T store location and Elijah was awesome! It was on Labor Day and we ended up getting 2 new phones and I felt horrible that it was going to take a while and he was so polite and made me feel comfortable about him being stuck after store closing hours. Too bad there aren’t more knowledgeable friendly and informative people out there in the customer service industry like Elijah, it would really make shopping a better experience;)

Small shop, but surprisingly well stocked. I have never had a better customer service experience. Paul is a awesome guy! Helped me and my brother out with everything. Took the extra time to make sure we were getting the best deals and went over my brothers plan to make sure he was getting what he needed and not paying more. Hats off to you Paul! Hell of a job and your one hell of a guy. Thank you!!!

Im pretty sure I already left a review for this place but if not I really like this store in particular. I got a very good, sturdy and great looking Kate Spade phone case for half the price even the screen protector was on sale for very cheap. The customer service was great they put it all on my phone for me

I would like to share my experience at yourAT&T store. It was a great experience to have two great young men to work with. Juan and Devin are enjoyable guys they were of great help and very patient young men. Their should always be men as polite as them. Great costumer service skills! I hope they never change. My mother was in this location recently, who was worried about coming in due to the recent pandemic.... but I’m so thankful the managers Luis and Rachel I believe were there to assist her with getting her a new phone and being patient with an older woman. I am beyond thankful for this store and it’s employees, my mom and myself are happy to call this our new store!

Omgggg Elijah was my representative and customer after customer kept coming in I thought there was a revolving door .... well Elijah (while still taking care of me) took care of each and everybody customer in a timely manner a( and some were a little angry at the situation they were in) that did not bother Elijah he is an awesome person as well as a representative of AT&T thank you Elijah and please give him the recognition he deserves

I visited the store yesterday. We were transferring 3 lines from other carriers and adding a 4th new one. We encountered some issues with pin numbers from our previous carrier. Elijah and Jaylin were very patient and kept trying. Both of them are also very professional, knowledgable, and well versed on all products and services. Great experience.. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would.

My experience at the store went very well. Their were to great employees that helped me there. Their name were Juan and Devin. They showed excellent product knowledge, expressed a sincere love for the company and had great customer service. I will do business with them again!

The customer service agent was professional, knowledgeable and very helpful.

I went there at 10:00 am when the usually open. When I knot on the door the door was lock so a guy came up and open the door and said he can’t let me in because he was stocking up something. I said what 😳 to myself, he said I have to wait 20 minutes until he is finished to let me in I didn’t argued with him I just turn around and walk away and drove off. First let me tell you I am a customer for att since 2003 if this guy work in the store and he know he supposed to unpack something isn’t he supposed to come to work early to get it down. Let me know if I am wrong but that wasn’t cool at all very Disappointed with this store for customer. You work for a big company that’s is world wide and this is what you said and did to a customer. They supposed to be on point with their work two dumbs 👎. I didn’t fight with him but all I have to say I am done with ATT bye you lost a customer 👍

Dont go to this store. They will try to make you pay for more expensive phones / plans by blatantly lying.On one occasion my mom needed a new phone (not smartphone), and they told her she was REQUIRED to upgrade to a plan that had data because her other plan was old.A couple days ago I purchased an iPhone there and the only reason I went to this location was because I had done my research and they were closest.The woman tried to talk me out of the 300mb data plan (all i needed) again and again, and when I asked her if I could simply turn off data for the phone she said I couldnt (which is a lie).

Let me start off by saying that the two guys that worked there the previous times I went were great but the woman working there now is...not so great. My mother (the plan holder) lost her phone to a snowblower while attempting to clean up after blizzard Nemo. Upon going to AT&T she was told that the only way to get a replacement phone that would be the same quality as her previous one, she would have to use my upgrade. Which was fine seeing as I just received a new phone. However since it was technically MY upgrade she shut off the SIM card to my phone and gave her a new, very small, one. My mother attempted to tell the woman that the SIM card was far too small for the phone I have and that it would not work. Upon politely telling the woman this she was met with an extremely rude attitude and told that I have an HTC Vivid and that was the size SIM card I needed. My mother tried to tell the woman again that she had seen my SIM card and that it was the incorrect one and the woman REFUSED to switch it for the correct one. Finally my mother had enough of being talked to as if she was an idiot and left, with the improper SIM card. Seeing as I now have no working cell phone I will surely be returning tomorrow to get the proper SIM card for my HTC Titan. I hope that someone who knows what they are doing will be on staff tomorrow because the woman whom my mother had to deal with clearly does not.
