Pharmacy staff are extremely rude and act as if your bothering them. There excuse is because there short staffed but not the customers problem, especially when sick and need scripts in a timely manner!

If I could give zero stars, I would. Highly disappointed in the pharmacy staff. They are extremely unprofessional and rude. My son is 6 months old has congenital heart disease and needs specific medication. We transferred the medication to this CVS branch and have had nothing, but issues.The first day, we called and they said it would be ready in a few hours. We headed over and it wasnt there. The staff had a little bit of an attitude, but I disregarded it. They told me that it had to be ordered.Day 2, I tried to call ahead to see if was available before I headed down there. I spent a total of two hours on the phone. No one answered the phone. I eventually headed down there again, I spoke to someone else who told me that there was some kind of special order that needed to take place. I told him no problem and told him I would return in a half an hour. When I came back, I was assured that the medication would be ready the next morning.On Day 3, I tried calling to check ahead, but again the phone just kept ringing. A few hours later, I received an automated call that said they would need to call my doctor. I again tried to call them, but again no answer. I once again headed down there. Once I got to the desk, Jeanine shouted to everyone in line that they would be closing the pharmacy, since the pharmacist had to leave. I asked her if she could just check if my sons medication was there because if it wasnt, I would need to make other arrangements since he was running low. She told me No. Im not going to do that. The pharmacist needs to go home. Then shouted the same thing to another employee. I tried to explain the situation to her nicely and again, explain to her that I just wanted to check if it was there and that I could come later when the other pharmacist arrived and she showed zero empathy and flat out refused. I asked for a manager.The worst part of the experience was that as I was explaining my situation to the CVS store manager, Jeanine thought it was appropriate to interject and clarify as we were talking. I found this very ride and unprofessional. When working at a pharmacy, you have to have empathy. People that come to pharmacies, usually dont want to be there. Either they are sick or their loved one might be. It is important to be pleasant, professional and take ownership of the situation. If you cant do those things, you should not be in a people facing job.So in summary, I had horrible customer service experience and my son still doesnt have his heart medication. Avoid this CVS pharmacy at all costs.

Very rude staff and never have my prescription ready even after multiple calls. A black lady I forgot her name was very rude and started to argue like she was ready to fight me. I mean what’s up with professionalism. If customer prescription is not ready he or she will be upset. But ppl at this location really don’t know how to fix the problem. Rather they escalate the problem into a big mess. Zero star

Non professional staff with nasty attitude. I had some pick some medicine for myself that i need often. Prescription refill due date was passed and I called in before hand to make sure it’s ready when I get there. I was told over the phone it’s ready to pick up but when I got there they said it was not ready. They need to order it and I was stunned like how come I was told it’s ready and in reality it’s not ready. They told me it was other girl who talked to u and she is not in today. That excuse they came up with, I was so upset. Instead of correcting their mistake they started arguing with me as it was my mistake. Very disappointed from their behavior. Never gonna go back here again and never gonna recommend this place to any one.

The pharmacy stuff are the most rude people I ever seen. I am new in Stratford and this is extremely disappointing.I am not sure if is only with Spanish people or with everyone in general.It’s happened couple times. The last time I when there to asked for a consultation as I am pregnant and I suppose to take one specific type of iron. While two woman were laughing and Having fun I was standing there for while, when I said “hello” this guy answer “ I am on the phone” with a rude voice. But what happens with the rest of the stuff? Are they getting pay to make jokes to each other? Are they getting pay enough to actually care for customer service? No sure what’s happening but this is insane. Next time I will have to record as this is unbelievable and def complain beyond a simple review.

I am trying to get my prescription transferred to Walgreens. It has three days since i requested and is still not transferred out. I am already out of my medication.I am trying to get hold of the Pharmacy for which i have to wait 30 minutes because there is no one to answer my phone call.It was a very bad experience and i wont get any of my prescription filled from CVS in future.

Pharmacy is too busy talking to each other rather than correcting simple information such as, changing an address & a last name change so it bills through insurance properly. Pretty much had to pay out of pocket for my medications (and leave some behind) because it wasnt processed correctly.

Horrible customer service. Nasty assistant manager and shift supervisors. Expired product on the sales floor. Dont honor their own coupons or return policies!! Vindictive to me after my last complaint to corporate about this location. Was even sworn at for not being able to key my own reward number in on a defective pin pad while picking up my vision loss medication!! OMG! Tons of issues here. No cashier training. Im reporting to corporate, DM, BBB, posting to social media instagram, FB ect..

Do not use this pharmacy! It has been five days since my refill was due & it is still not ready!! There is no one to answer calls so had to go there each day to check. The app says the script is in process. I learned that means it will not be ready for at least five days! Tried calling but after being on hold for over an hour not once, not twice, but every single day! That is a problem with staff. I was told it is being ordered today. I dont think the pharmacist understands the importance of certain medications. Save yourself the grief & go to a different pharmacy.
