10/26/21: Worst Pharmacy ever!! Woman in Pharmacy has the nastiest disposition. Scheduled a Covid booster with them, but she was so nasty, I cancelled. Dont have to deal w/miserable people like her. She should stop dealing with the public and retire.
The pharmacy wait is totally uncalled for!!! Can it have anything to do with Walgreens hiring the laziest slowest people they can find? Unless its 2am and its life or death... id definitely pick another location, what a waste. Walgreens should be ashamed of this location.
If I could give zero or negative stars, I would. Nobody in the pharmacy cares that their service is beyond disappointing, their text message system doesnt work & they have just no regard for their customers. Such a shame. Ive been going there for over 30 years and now Im transferring out to anyone but them.
I love how the pharmacy will contact your doc if there is a discrepancy with a prescription, they will fax your doc! I used to have to play phone tag back and forth when there was a prob, but they will do it for you....much quicker than having to call myself and...as we know time is precious when a prescription is needed NOW!!

Literally the worst Walgreens Pharmacy location Iβve ever gone to. Iβve waited over an hour at times for my prescriptions and the customer service was AWFUl! Tonight I finally hit my breaking point. I waited for over 45 minutes while there were maybe 3 cars ahead of me. When I finally got to the window at the drive thru, I ask the pharmacist if they were unusually busy because I had been waiting so long. Mind you, I wasnβt saying that to complain, I was genuinely astounded by the wait time. (I work in the service industry so I know what itβs like to deal with costumer complaints) The pharmacist just shock her head, said nothing, and popped out the drawer that passes your prescriptions to the drive thru customer (being me at the time). Well she did that soo forcefully it smacked into my car door and left a mark. Worst experience ever. Iβd recommend never going to this pharmacy for prescriptions, unless you donβt mind waiting for hours.
Went to the store wait for 2 1/2 hours for a photograph the guy was really pathetic even if the guy tried to help his manager name Michael was disgusting . We just wanted them to stamp the photograph as it was required as per immigration of other country, which all the Walgreen does but they said βnoβwill never go to this store . please Avoid. thank you

Its walgreens... The kid at the register by the door was kind and efficient. Store actually had a selection of super glue by gorilla glue to my surprise I got what I walked in for.
The only bad thing about this walgreens is their customer service.... Although I never had any altercations with the employees, they arent friendly whatsoever. Not even the male manager. Although, they arent rude or snotty. Theyve never given me an attitude but as I mentioned they arent friendly and dont speak to you while checking out. Even if you start a small conversation with the cashier until he/she are done bagging the stuff, they dont talk back. Theyll throw a half a smile and keep bagging.Also, when I do the WIC service, sometimes itll say item not WIC eligible. Even when I opened the WIC app and showed the cashier that this food product is WIC ELIGIBLE for some reason, the computer will deny it. I told the cashier this happened last time and the manager fixed it..So he said okay Ill page my manager. It was about 8 mimutes and the line behind me was getting longer and longer. And the manager never came. They wanted to cancel my order and to have me wait until the manager came..but I couldnt do that. I had a very cranky baby And he just wanted out of the store!!! So I ended up having to buy the baby food.. And it was about $120 worth. I then had to pay with cash And it was the only bit of money I had. I had this problem once before as well, I bought 4 cans of baby formula, the lady scanned it and it was saying not wic eligible... She then called the manager to see whats wrong, and the managed fixed it. The items went through and I was satisfied. I wish I could give it 3 and a half stars because its a great store and great prices but their customer skills are awful.
Ive been going to this location for almost 15 years and its only getting worse as time goes on. Word is that there has been a change in management and it certainly shows. Pharmacy staff is slow and inefficient; unable to locate simple medication accessories. Very disappointing.
Disapprove of Walgreens as a company. Go to an independent pharmacy instead!
Drive-thru line for pharmacy pick up is way too long
The service in the Pharmacy has definitely gotten worse over this past yr. from constantly being put in hold any where from from 4-9 times on 1 call, the rude Pharmacy techs to waiting a VERY long time in the drive through and if you hit the call button they shut off repeatedly...not to mention the constant turn over of employees..why cant you keep your employees...shape it up Walgreens?

I experienced a very unreliable photo service on 8/29/2012. I ordered a print out from one of the self service machines and the machine gave me the option to pick the photos at 10:15PM on 8/29, which I selected thinking that I would receive my photos at that time. Be aware, photo customers would not have any priority compared to regular customers. One of the cashiers went to the computer, saw my order and told me that it was not ready. He said they were not done and that I had to wait one more hour because they were assisting other people in the regular line. Hello! Am I a customer?? The order was due at 10:15pm, are photo customer treated with less priority?? This was extremely important to me as I explained to the cashier because it was for my daughters school project, but again he did not care. What a shame that Walgreens hires people with such a poor customer service concept, and who do not seem to care about the customer rights. He should have told me to wait a few moments to see what he could do, but again, disappointing Customer service. Be aware, photo service is not available as advertised. I have no complaints about any other area of this pharmacy.
This place has the worst pharmacy ever!! Itβs embarrassing. My prescription was sent in at 1pm. I gave them 6 hours. My meds still werenβt ready and a bunch of confusion. Horrible!!!

Went here to try and get a prescription before a trip late at night. Was spoken to disrespectfully, was given no help navigating the issue, and it was implied that I was deserving of this because I came in late at night and disturbed the pharmacist.The pharmacist Steve J. was rude and degrading and should learn how to speak to customers with respect. Not my usual experience at Walgreens, so I was very disappointed. Sad they allow their customers to be treated this way here.

Pharmacy is slow. Been coming here for awhile due to its location and mosy of the time its slow. The employees do not get help as the line gets full even though I have seen each person back there have the ability to help out. So for the most part be ready to wait if you come here.

The staff at the pharmacy were not very concerned about people at the counter they basically acted like there was no one standing waiting to pick up a prescription and I ended up leaving and I had to go back later in the day around noon and the same problem even though there were more people behind the counter and they still ignore you which really needs to be fixed.
If I could give this 24 hr Pharmacy 0 stars, I would. Walgreens has a horrendous and inefficient automated phone service. Once you finally access the option for the Pharmacy and get through the hateful & frustrating system, you then have to wait over 30 Minutes to be connected to a person in the Pharmacy. The system plays games with you. It starts ringing as if someone is going to answer, but nobody answers. After waiting 42 minutes waiting to ask an urgent question about one of my meds, I still got no response. I was going to transfer some meds over to this Walgreens but thereβs no way I will. Unresponsive was in a 24 Hr Pharmacy is the worst thing it could offer. What occurred was insane! So I ended up calling my old CVS pharmacy in Washington DC. I was able to speak to a pharmacist in less that 1 minute. One minute! This all happened at 10:00 pm. Both pharmacies weβre open for 24 hours. Thank you CVS in Wash DC for your reliability and excellent disposition. This is another reason I hate living in CT. Connecticutians donβt know the meaning of the words βCustomer Serviceβ. Nobody gives a rip here, not even Walgreens Pharmacy. Just pathetic.

Never again!!! photo service is nonexistentI ordered a canvas online at 8pm and I was given the choice to pick it up at 9:45 that same day. I went there at 11:05,more than an hour past the time it was supposed to be ready and surprise, surprise my canvas wasnt ready. the guy in charge of the photos had no idea I ordered a canvas and after looking in vane for a couple of minutes, he was suggested to check the computer. after checking the computer he told me that it wasnt ready.. so I asked how come it wasnt ready and obviously he had no good answer for me. now comes the interesting part: a lady steps in and asks me when did I submit the photo, and after telling her that I went in one at 8pm she puffs and tells me that it would be impossible for my canvas to be ready in such a short time, so I pull out my phone and show her a snapshot of my computer screen that clearly says that my canvas would be ready at 9:45. she comes back telling me that the system is wrong and that my canvas would be ready by tomorrow. after telling her that I need the canvas the early the next day( otherwise I wouldnt have went to Walgreens at 11pm!!!) she tells me with an attitude that if I need the canvas in the morning I should stop by at 7 am and it would be ready. now I am wondering does this lady even care about my situation?? does she care that I have a 3yr old daughter that I have yo take to pre k before I get to work in the morning?? the answer is NO. May I say that the store is very disorganized, kind of dirty and the customer service, well, you gwt attitude instead of that so hood luck! GO TO CVS !!! THEY ARE MUCH MORE NICER, FRIENDLY AND ORGANIZED. after I get my canvas I will never step foot in that store again... or any other Walgreens for that matter!! by the way you can get canvases printed and devered to your house for about 30% less and no attitude just by using Google. the only reason I used Walgreens was because I could get the canvas the same day but obviously that is just a scam!

The worst pharmacy I have ever had the misfortune of visiting. Dropped prescription at 8 they told me 45min to 1hour I came at 10:45 wasnt ready. Horriable service, dirty, falling apart and unorganized. Will never come back again. Should be closed.No customer service no consideration.

The drive through service is really badThey ignored me waiting then finally the girl with the pierced nose came and throw the medicine to me in a bad way and left and i was still need to pick another medicine so i waited again until somebody else came.
