Phenomenal service! They went above and beyond in fixing my Audi A6 for an exceptional price. After a collision, my rear bumper was in desperate need of a new pain job. In addition, my rear lights were cracked and water had started seeping in during a weeks worth of rainstorms. The Audi dealership had given me an absolutely insane price to replace the lights, which was out of the question on a students budget. To top it off, the rocker panel covers beneath my doors on both sides were starting to rust away from the rest of the car (also previously given an outrageous price elsewhere to fix this). I was worried that it wouldnt be worth fixing this car. Grzegorz took the time to track down all the parts and notified me of the cost-- significantly more reasonable than anywhere else! They cleaned out the rust, installed and painted the new panels, swapped out my rear lights, and repainted my bumper. They even cleaned my tire rims and buffed my headlights. 10/10 recommend. Definitely will be taking my car there for future service. These guys know their stuff, dont rip you off like other body shops or car dealerships, and do a quality job. Thank you for making my car basically look new again!

Very poor job of detailing my car. Was promised that all small scuffs will be removed. When completed, scuffs on driver side quarter were untouched. Upon inquiry he just made excuses that it couldt be buffed out. The polish on the car was terrible. Left streaks all over the place. When I took the delivery I had to point out marks on the my car that was left over by the buffer. Avoid at all cost

I have used this shop twice already and each time deliver as promised. Professional and curteous service and these guys know what they are doing they brought my accord out of the dead water for a ver reasonable price. I highly recommend these guys to all friends family and any body that gets to read this review. A+++±

Great service, dependable, honest

I had a very bad experience with this shop . My car was in a minor car crash so I called Auto Body Artists. Marcin- who works there and I believe he is a co - owner quickly helped; My car was towed to their shop. I asked Marcin to give me an estimate for the total cost of the repairs needed. After 3 days he said: $3500 or $4000 depending if one part will be fixed or if the appraiser from insurance company decides that a new one will be necessary. I had 2 witnesses for this estimate; I was over the phone. When it was time to pick up my car, I called to talk about the details and Marcin suddenly changed his estimate saying that the total cost is exactly what the insurance company estimated - but since he did not had a copy of the total ) he asked: so how much is the check from your insurance? He asked if I can bring the check from the insurer, but I explained that the check was not for his name. It was for me, so I could cover the expenses of the car repair. And I believe the numbers must match for me - not for him. His previous estimate was lower: so what had changed since then for him? If any of the parts was more expensive that he thought, shouldnt he contact me first to explain it? Since the new part was not necessary, the total estimate should be $3500. But he explained that it was just an estimate. Looks like for him the numbers must perfectly match his price, which I believe is not fair. He has been is this business long enough to know how much his labor and parts cost. I just want to add, that it was second time (and the last one) I had my car repaired in this shop. Same thing happened few years ago, that is why I specifically requested the total cost of the repair before he saw the estimate. Not fair...hate when people do business like this and that is why I will never used their services again and do not recommend to do business with them.
