The service I received 4 weeks ago for my 2014 mercedes GLK350 was great! I had my transmission repaired and my exhaust system replaced. It took little over a week to repair but these guys informed me of what to expect and got the job done at half the cost of what the dealship wanted to charge. Now my SUV is running like new again, Thanks TWJ for your awesome work!

Wayne at TWJ was my second opinion for my vehicles needs. I have a 2010 TSX and I knew something was up with my suspension. Wayne quoted me a little more money but I was able to get my whole suspension rebuilt for a great price along with the maintenance I needed. Awful customer service and awful work. I just got my coil overs installed 2 days back and they are making weird noises cuz they weren’t tight. When I called this guy, he talks rude like he’s doing me a favor. I was paying for stuff and the way he was talking to me like he’s paying me. He needs to be more professional!! I was referred here by my brother 3 years ago after receiving service from somewhere else I wasnt pleased with. Walked in and told the guy that I had just called to see if they can look at my car. The guy look at me with a blank stare like he didnt know what I was talking about. I asked if he can take a look at my car once again and he had an attitude like not wanting to attend customers. Needless to say I just walked right out. Totally unprofessional.
